DOOM We sit down and review DOOM Eternal. The fast-paced, demon-killing, franchise is back with some new surprises. Here is our review of DOOM Eternal Some of us are sanitizing our homes and others are Satanizing our homes with the launch of DOOM Eternal. The next big installment to the franchise from id Software that aims to keep us all knees deep in demonic viscera and gore. At least in a virtual way on the PC, Xbox One, PS4, and Switch. The DOOM IP has been a staple out there for first-person shooters and now we get to see if it is going to keep us entertained in these trying times or hoping for the good old days of other FPS titles. It was supposed to hit the PS4 and Xbox One around the same time of it all, but after a few delays it was pushed out by Rock Pocket Games to make sure it was able to run on the consoles just as well. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 20th of March 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
Borderlands New video for Tales From The Borderlands may have leaked out to show off a new version of the game and a possible sequel to Tales From The Borderlands New rumors are abound for Tales From The Borderlands and that we might be getting a new version of the game. Not only that but we might also be getting a sequel to it as well. Something I am certain every fan of Gearbox has been hoping for in the mix and excitement of the most recent Borderlands title. But before we dig further in here, this is only speculation and conjecture based on a video that popped up online. Read More...

This is the one that will have us all seeing the wedding of Hammerlock and Wainwright in the universe there. Also, something to help pass all of the downtime we are going to have here in general and while we wait to see what else Gearbox is working on. If waiting the extra week is just too much for you, then you will be glad to see and hear that we have the first twelve minutes, or so, of this Borderlands 3 addition we will get on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Xbox Series X Has All Of Its Specs Out There For Us Now
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 17th of March 2020 - 09:00 PM ]
Xbox Series X The tech specs for the Xbox Series X are here to show us how the next Xbox will be the most powerful they have put out to date Since the Xbox Series X was first announced and a few teases for it came out there, we have had very little to go on in terms of specs and how the system will be handling games in the future. We keep hearing that it will be the most powerful console out there, but have not been given anything specific to show it all off. It is nice to say, but the proof is in the pudding and we need to see some numbers and things in motion. Read More...

DOOM Eternal Gives Us A Taste Of Some Of Those In-Game Events
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 17th of March 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
DOOM A new developer diary for DOOM Eternal shows us a bit on how those in-game events will play out along with the idea behind those DOOM cosmetics In only a few days, many of us will be able to dive into what DOOM Eternal has for us in single-player and multiplayer. March 20th is going to be a day of saving many of us from boredom and take us into a virtual Hell instead of what we are still dealing with here. It is also nice to know that id Software put a whole lot of work into the online social aspect of the game before we were forced into keeping things in that arena. More so than just earning all of the cool little cosmetics for DOOM Eternal and streaming the high-paced action to all of those sitting around without it. Read More...

The Great Slayer Is About To Launch Into Motion For DOOM Eternal
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 12th of March 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
DOOM The last trailer for DOOM Eternal is here to offer up a final look at what is still to come in this DOOM title launching next week In just over a week from now we are going to be fingers deep into DOOM Eternal and all of the mayhem it is going to allow us to partake in. Excitement could not be higher to get that fun escape into Hell and shoot everything up. I am certain this is not the type of scenario that id Software was looking toward when setting the March 20th release date, but keeping us all inside with some high-intensity gameplay is going to be the distraction our community truly needs. It is definitely what we are about to get to if the latest trailer for DOOM Eternal is anything to go by as well. Read More...

Swords Of Gargantua Is Bringing Its Swordplay To The PSVR
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 11th of March 2020 - 09:00 PM ]
Swords Of Gargantua The realistic swordplay title, Swords Of Gargantua, is making the leap over to the PSVR with a possible launch for Swords Of Gargantua this Spring Last year, PC gamers had a chance to dive into the world of Swords Of Gargantua to see what this rogue-lite action game was all about. This, obviously, left out a large chunk of gamers out there that have been looking for something along the lines of a realistic sword-swinging game. This most likely partly why Yomuneco has put the work in to make sure that those with a PSVR will not be left out. Read More...

DOOM Eternal Will Let You Customize Your Slayer In Some Fun Ways
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 10th of March 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
DOOM A new look at how DOOM Eternal will allow us to customize our DOOM Slayer in various ways with some awesome and some funny as Hell If you wanted it or not, DOOM Eternal is going to let us all alter the look of our slayer in the game through various means. Kind of an odd thing to think about for a first-person shooter where all we normally see in the hands, but it is something that id Software is adding in for us to unlock and have fun with. I mean, there is going to be a photo mode in DOOM Eternal, so that will allow us in single-player to see more of our alterations. Although, I am certain that this feature is going to be something that gets more highlights in the Battlemode where you will be able to see each other's slayers out there. Read More...

DOOM Eternal Is Giving Us One Heavy Soundtrack
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 5th of March 2020 - 08:00 PM ]
DOOM A new behind the scenes video for DOOM Eternal offers up a fun look at how some of the soundtrack and audio for DOOM Eternal was created To date, we have seen some fairly heavy and visceral visuals for DOOM Eternal with some heavy music going on in the background. What some of us may not have caught on to is that id Software is using one of those usually overlooked aspects of games to a much better degree. I am talking about the music and audio for the game in terms of much more than the gunshots and demonic grunts that DOOM has always been known for. Now we have a good look at how the teams have captured some of this audio we will be hearing out of our PS4, Switch, Xbox One, or PC on March 23rd here. Read More...
