Rage Co-Op Gameplay

The upcoming new FPS from Id Software Rage has another new trailer out. This time showcasing the Water Service mission with some great Co-Op. The trailer shows off the usual with Co-operative game play; Work together to win. It seems Id has implemented a bit of competition as well with a combo and point system and a sense of urgency with the whole mission being timed. Complete a step of the objective and you will be rewarded for more time. At the end of the trailer they show off a little bit of the Teammate reviving mechanic, which is always a nice addition to a co-op game. Read More...

Borderlands 2 Game Play Footage

So I was surfing around YouTube and came across this amazing fourteen minute long sneak peak of Borderlands 2. Just watching the first five minutes I was blown away by the unprecedented amount of changes to the game; Completely revamped menu system that is all in-world and amazing improvements of enemy AI, they actually climb walls and jump over gaps to get to you. Trion Announces End Of Nations Will Be Free To Play

End Of Nations is Trion World's highly anticipated MMORTS which is still in the works, but that's not going to stop them from making some major announcements. Trion games announced yesterday that End Of Nations will now embrace the very popular free to play business model. Like all other Free to play titles, EoN will feature micro-transactions along with an optional "subscription" feature. Free players will have access to "the entire game" according to Trion, including its 50 person Multiplayer battles, full single player mode and player customization. Borderlands 2 Is Getting Chilly Too

Living in Vegas it is rare that we get to see snow. I'm talking real heavy snow. I personally hate the stuff but I do love the temperature that comes along side with snow. I do enjoy going outside on a nice brisk day where I can still wear short sleeves and not freeze my balls off. Much like the poster boy for Borderlands 2 as you will see below. How Do The PSP God Of War Titles Compare To PS3?

When I heard that Sony was going to bundle the two PSP God Of War titles, Chains Of Olympus and Ghost Of Sparta, for the PS3 I was a little upset. I already dropped the cash on these games for the PSP and the PS3 was already out. I thought then, why did they not just make these games on the PS3 and just make them downloadable or cheap disks? After seeing the below comparison, I am even more infuriated that I had to wait to get them in high definition and on my big screen at home. WarCorner: Real ID Party Available For Testing

Blizzard a while back made mention that players would be able to group together (same faction) and be able to run through random dungeons together across servers. Crazy I know, but it is Blizzard. They have the technology and the man power to make such miracles happen. I got an e-mail today confirming just that. The Real ID Party system went into live testing today and players will be able to experience cross-realm game play with friends. How this works is players will be required to have the Real ID of their friends they want to play with and invite them into a group. Read More...

Gears Of War 3 Leaked Online?!?

Epic games are pissed and they are out for blood. I'm sorry if you leaked out one of my most anticipated games for 2011 I would be pretty ticked off myself. Two months before release videos on youtube.com for Gears Of War 3 are popping up all over the place. Not only that, the videos are of the full single player campaign and some of the multiplayer options. This is very reminiscent of the Crysis 2 PC leak that happened not too long ago. Petroglyph Games has opened its doors to everyone willing to participate in the new free-to-play Multiplayer Online Battle Arena game Rise Of Immortals. In fact, it's so open, you just need to head over to their site and sign up! This title has been in beta for a couple of months now, and finally ready for the public to get some hands on time with it. Well if getting a sneak peak of the soon-to-be released title isn't enough, players that participate in the open beta test will get 1000 Petroglyph coins at launch (a little over $10 micro-transaction cash). Nearly 14 years in the making, Duke Nukem is back in action in Duke Nukem Forever. It was shaky and seemed like it was never going to hit shelves, but Gearbox and 2K Games proved most of us wrong.
