by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 24th of February 2016 - 08:00 PM ]
Uncharted 4 A new story trailer for Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End has been revealed to show off the hard work going into Uncharted 4 as well as a few new hints at the grander scale of the story Most of the news around Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End hasn't been too positive over the last months. Most of which have pointed to delays and all that jazz but Naughty Dog has been plugging away at making this the best and final entry into the franchise and it is still on par to hit the PS4 on April 26th still. So we'll start off with the good news that this isn't another notice that Uncharted 4 has been delayed. No, in fact it is a great new showing of how far the game has progressed and the story we are going to get to experience. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 12/21/15 — 12/23/15
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 24th of December 2015 - 12:00 AM ]
Video Games A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games Another short week in video games but it was a bit hardier than we have had in Christmases past. Usually this time is filled with all kinds of fluff and filler for our precious video games but there were so many little tidbits revealed and shared for our video games that it was fruitful. Granted some were on the sad side like the Uncharted 4 delay but then there were others like the Kingdom Hearts 3 gameplay and additions coming to Dying Light and Black Ops 3. We were even able to crank out a few of those promised reviews into the mix as well. Read More...

Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End Has Been Hit With A Few Delays
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 23rd of December 2015 - 06:00 PM ]
Uncharted 4 It is being reported that Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End has now been met with delays pushing Uncharted 4's release date back over a month further The wait for Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End has now become a little bit longer as it has been hit with a bit of a delay. It looks like we won't be seeing the game on the PS4 until April 26th 2016 now instead of the original mid-March release date that Naughty Dog gave us a while back. Just over a month's worth of delay and the excuse, as usual, is that Uncharted 4 needs a bit more polish and tweaking to meet not only our expectations but that of the developer's as well. I guess it means something when they want to push back their magnum opus for the franchise just a tad bit further. Read More...

New Kingdom Hearts 3 Combat Footage To Gaze Upon In Development
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 21st of December 2015 - 06:00 PM ]
Kingdom Hearts 3 A new trailer for Kingdom Hearts 2.8 has been released only this time it houses more Kingdom Hearts 3 combat so we can see how the game is progressing The promise was made by Square Enix that we would see some new gameplay for Kingdom Hearts 3 last week and it looks like we finally had it. It was a bit later than most expected but now we can see a bit more on how the game is being developed as well as how we are going to be teaming up without favorite Disney characters and Final Fantasy characters again in Kingdom Hearts 3. Although from the looks of this none of that has happened yet in Kingdom Hearts 3 for this footage as it is a very basic fight scene with lands and enemies we have seen time and time again in the Kingdom Hearts franchise. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 2nd of December 2015 - 06:00 PM ]
Amplitude The release date for Amplitude has been revealed as well as the track list of the songs we will be destroying in Amplitude once said launch happens The wait for Amplitude is almost no more as it is official hitting the PS4 on January 5th for all to download and play. Harmonix has been working hard to bring this PS2 classic title back into the fold with a new version of the game and a lot of us are ready to get back in. Amplitude was one of those fun college dorm games I remember and fell in love with so there is no doubt that I am ready for it finally hit very early next year. Well next year for those who didn't help out with the Amplitude Kickstarter in a huge way… If you happened to be one of those backers for Amplitude that threw down at least $40 then your wait will be even less as you'll have access to the game on December 23rd. Drawn To Death's Trophies Tell Their Own Story As Well
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 25th of November 2015 - 10:59 PM ]
Drawn To Death The trophies for Drawn To Death have shown up online and they add their own flare to the system as well as expand on Drawn To Death's story hidden in the game If you've been following along with Drawn To Death and everything up to now you may have seen the fun way that Bartlet Jones is telling a story in this third-person arena shooter title. More or less it is the inner thoughts of a teenage male and everything he is seeing and experiencing in life. A lot of which makes a perfect mirror for Drawn To Death to real life but that is getting a little more thought provoking than needs to be the case. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 4th of September 2015 - 11:00 PM ]
A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games This has really been the week of video games and their collector's editions hasn't it? If you don't believe me you can have a look at the Uncharted 4, Street Fighter V, and Deus Ex collector's editions that we had the pleasure of seeing this week. Also a Resident Evil one of sorts for the new HD remasters but those aren't true collector's editions. Read More...

A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games Another week in video games down and many, many more to go. PAX Prime is coming up so I am sure that all of the other big announcements and reveals will happen then. That's not saying we didn't have some great stuff for Until Dawn, Batman: Arkham Knight, and Mad Max this week. Hells, we also had one of the best announcements for Kingdom Heart III with Big Hero 6 getting its time in the sun when that game finally hits the market. Read More...

Review — The Vanishing Of Ethan Carter
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 21st of July 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
We Sit Down And Review The Vanishing Of Ethan Carter. Is It Worth Your Time? Did it upgrade to the new engine and platform well? Here's Our Review of The Vanishing Of Ethan Carter Originally The Vanishing Of Ethan Carter came out on the PC last year using the Unreal 3 Engine to extremely decent reviews. It is an interesting indie story game from The Astronauts that is more of an exploration experience and puzzle solving thing than anything you may think given the trailers but a game none the less. The Vanishing Of Ethan Carter was well received none the less and this drove the team to upgrade the game to Unreal 4 engine as well as bring it to the PS4. Read More...
