New York City Will Be Our Open Playground In Spider-Man
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 16th of August 2018 - 09:00 PM ]
Spider-Man A new video for the upcoming Spider-Man game is here to show us more of the in-game city we will be swinging around as Spider-Man Just as we thought we were not going to be seeing more of Spider-Man before its launch on September 7th, here we go with just a little more. Not much more as there is still a lot hidden away by Insomniac Games, but more in the way of the location and world we will be swinging around in. Anyone who knows Spider-Man, in general, knows we will be based in New York City and that means there should be a lot of iconic buildings and structures to keep an eye out for in the game. Well, it does not mean it but it is something we should do as we are swinging around with our PS4 controllers. Read More...

Assassin’s Creed Odyssey’s Athens Will Feel Much Like The Real One
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 16th of August 2018 - 07:00 PM ]
Assassin’s Creed New videos for Assassin’s Creed Odyssey have released and give us a view of the Athens of the Assassin’s Creed universe and more naval combat If there is one thing that Assassin’s Creed has been known for it is the look and feel of the locations. At least after we get past all of the murder, historical stories, and other gameplay aspects we have seen in the past. That still does not change the fact that so far Ubisoft has done a great job capturing the locations and feeling of the era in their settings. Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is not going to be any different and now we have further proof that we will be whisked back to Ancient Greece in the game. Read More...

Days Gone Will Use Realism To Build More Gameplay Tension
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 15th of August 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
Days Gone A new behind the scenes video for Days Gone has dropped to explain how Days Gone will use a sense of realism to add to the gameplay tension in the game It may not be much for now, but we have another look at Days Gone here and how Bend Studio is aiming to use more realism in the game to add to the tension we will feel when playing. At least that is the claim here as we see how we will be forced to encounter hordes of "freakers" in the game early on and have to deal with that as we progress further into the game. Not only that but we will also have to worry about our motorcycle's status in Days Gone in terms of fuel and state of repair. Read More...

Spider-Man We have a launch trailer for Spider-Man now and it brings with it some old and new gameplay to look at as we wait for Spider-Man to launch We are getting ever so much closer to the launch of Spider-Man and it looks like we may be nearing the end of the new info and updates and heading more toward the marketing push to sell more copies of the game. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 13th of August 2018 - 07:00 PM ]
Assassin’s Creed The next Behind The Odyssey video for Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is here, as well as a look at the box art for the other character in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey Here we go with the next of the “Behind The Odyssey!” for Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. This one takes us deeper into the combat of the game and gives us all a small look at how Ubisoft has taken what they did in Origins and moved everything a bit forward. I say a bit, as they did a great job before and I think they only need to make things fit better for the new characters and backgrounds they will have in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey compared to the last game. Something that looks like they have done well so far. Read More...

Assassin’s Creed More gameplay for Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is here to show us how missions can play out differently than a tradition Assassin’s Creed mission Add another mission from Assassin’s Creed Odyssey to have a look at here. One more in the growing list of them and there does not seem to be a sign that they are slowing down. Given how many that Ubisoft crammed in the last game, I would not be surprised to see even more out there and still not scraped the surface of what the full game will hold. More so as this latest mission highlights one of the new features coming to Assassin’s Creed Odyssey in the manner of player choice will change the flow of the game. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 3rd of August 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
Assassin’s Creed A new showcase of Assassin’s Creed Odyssey’s combat options is here to give us more ways to kill and hunt in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey With Assassin’s Creed Odyssey being set in the lands of Ancient Greece and us taking on the role of a Spartan, it makes sense that we will have a whole lot more added to the combat of the game. If you have not figured it out yet, we are here to look at more combat and hunter abilities and skills in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. Read More...

More Characters Will Be Joining The Roster In Spider-Man’s Story
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 25th of July 2018 - 09:00 PM ]
Spider-Man Another bit of story is out there for the upcoming Spider-Man game and we have a look at the last of the pre-order Spider-Man suits from SDCC Just as many of us thought, Spider-Man for the PS4 was one of the big games out at SDCC that Marvel was out there showing off. It was not the only one, but that will be our focus on things right now as Insomniac Games’ version of the franchise will be landing here on September 7th and the other games looked at are out already or further out than that. All of that said, it looks like there will be even more characters than we thought in Spider-Man when it launches in all of the heroes, allies, villains, and anti-hero categories. At least if they keep some of how the latest to show up in the story close to here comic book counterpart. Read More...

Assassin’s Creed Odyssey Kicks Some More Gameplay Into Your Faces
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 2nd of July 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
Assassin’s Creed New gameplay for Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is here and it gives the rest of us a taste of what was on the floor at E3 for this Assassin’s Creed title There is no denying that we had a good showing of Assassin’s Creed Odyssey out at E3 even though it was one of the worst kept secrets of the pre-show. It always seems the case for this franchise as of late and Ubisoft either needs to embrace it or figure out a way to keep that all hidden before large shows like this. That is not why we are here though, as while we had some good gameplay and demos to experience for Assassin’s Creed Odyssey on the floor, not everyone out there had a chance to see or experience them. Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey Has A Few New Screenshots To Speculate Over
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 29th of June 2018 - 09:00 PM ]
Ancestors Four new screenshots for Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey have popped up and they give us another hint as to what we may get to experience in Ancestors Another good chunk of time has passed since we last heard anything for Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey, so it seems about time we had something. Given that Panache Digital Games announced the game almost three years ago and we still have little to no clue on the inner workings of the game as of yet, one would think it is time. Just as last time, it is but only slightly. Read More...

Death Stranding’s Cast Is Expanded & We Finally Get Some Gameplay Out Of E3
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 15th of June 2018 - 09:00 PM ]
Death Stranding There was more to see for Death Stranding out of E3 and it shows some new gameplay while keeping us all confused about what Death Stranding actually is Another of the titles we knew were going to be a focus for E3 this year was Death Stranding and many out there were hoping to get a better understanding of what the game is actually going to be about. That is besides being another weird adventure Kojima Productions is going to take us on and house a whole lot of famous actors and directors in the game. Star power can only go so far and even with adding the heroines of Death Stranding in the latest trailer, Léa Seydoux and Lindsay Wagner, we still have a lot we are waiting to get fully defined for the game.
