by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 6th of September 2019 - 05:00 PM ]
Avengers The next character profile is here for Marvel’s Avengers and we have one more look at the Hulk and a few other extras coming for Marvel’s Avengers We had Cap. last week and here we are back with the next character profile for Marvel’s Avengers. This time it is Hulk and we get to see just how this big green rage monster will be in the mix of things that Crystal Dynamics has for us. We know he is going to be massive and, well, hulking in the game and we just have one more taste of what his gameplay will look like in Marvel’s Avengers. Unlike the Cap. Read More...

Captain America Has A New Highlight For Marvel’s Avengers
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 30th of August 2019 - 07:00 PM ]
Avengers A new character profile for one of Marvel’s Avengers is here to show off Captain America and just how he may be fitting into Marvel’s Avengers on the whole During Gamescom, the world had a chance to see Marvel’s Avengers in a way that only so few had a chance to actually see. We had a chance to see the various teammates in action and how Crystal Dynamics has designed them for the game. In an odd twist to it all, one of them dies at the end of the footage and this raises a few questions for Marvel’s Avengers and just how it will all flow in the long run. Not a huge spoiler, but it is Captain America and it would seem an odd choice from Square Enix to allow for that to happen too. Read More...

Death Stranding Introduces More Characters & Gameplay During Gamescom
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 20th of August 2019 - 07:00 PM ]
Death Stranding Meet some new characters for Death Stranding and dive a bit deeper into what the gameplay of Death Stranding may actually hold when it launches We may need to wait until the Tokyo Game Show next month to see all of the new footage for Death Stranding, but during the opening event for Gamescom we did get a nice big treat to a few things. Not too surprising given how Kojima Productions rolls and likes to troll their fans. Thankfully, though, we did get a nice new treat of characters and actual gameplay for Death Stranding to leave us all further confused and questioning things along the way toward November 8th here. Avengers The behind closed doors gameplay for Marvel’s Avengers has now been made public so everyone can get a better feel for how these Avengers handle Just as we all figured, the extended gameplay for Marvel’s Avengers is now out there after Square Enix kept it behind so many closed doors leading up to Gamescom this year. More Of The Original Vision Will Be Coming With MediEvil
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 14th of August 2019 - 05:00 PM ]
MediEvil A new look at MediEvil is out there to show off where the game is and what has been added back in from the original run of MediEvil You have been wanting more for MediEvil. Now we have more for the game just ahead of Gamescom where it will be playable for the masses. Sadly, not everyone will be able to make it out for that, so we have to rely on Other Ocean to drop some new gameplay and details for the game on us. There are still a few months until MediEvil's October 25th release date so we have plenty of time for all of that. I have a feeling it will flow out more after the PS4 hands-on people will have, but here we go with the latest updates we have today. Read More...

SDCC Hands-On — Marvel’s Iron Man VR
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 26th of July 2019 - 09:00 PM ]
Iron Man While at SDCC, I was able to see Marvel’s Iron Man VR in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here is my take on Marvel’s Iron Man VR So many were shocked to find out we were getting Marvel’s Iron Man VR and there has been a lot of hype around it after it was announced for the PSVR. That was at least the case for me, so I went on the hunt during SDCC this year to find Camouflaj and give the demo of it all a go. Surprising enough, I was able to do that and hop right into the helmet while suiting up. Read More...

Doctor Who While at SDCC, I was able to see Doctor Who: The Edge Of Time in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here is my take on Doctor Who: The Edge Of Time So many fans out there have been excited to see just what is going to happen in Doctor Who: The Edge Of Time since it had a surprise announcement and then what felt like a quick development cycle. It is still releasing this September for the various VR systems across the PC and PS4. It is also still very much linked to the current version of Doctor Who currently on the BBC with Maze Theory working close with them to make sure it is what fans want. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 23rd of July 2019 - 07:00 PM ]
Ancestors A new video series for Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey has kicked off to take us further behind the anthropology we will get to know in Ancestors I hope by now that we all know the basics of what is going on Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey and just how things will evolve as we play. Not just in terms of gameplay, but also the way that Panache Digital Games is going about sharing the experience with us and trying to stick close to the real situations that brought humanity to the place it is today. It looks like Ancestors is going to be much more than a game for us when it launches this year on PC, Xbox One, and PS4. Now we get a little bit more of a treat to see just how that will all be. PlayStation PlayStation will have a new mystery item out at SDCC with some boxes that will house all the random PlayStation gear one could want PlayStation was missing at E3 and it looks like they may be sitting part of SDCC out too. At least when it comes to games and other things for that part of the company. Instead, we have word now that they will be out there but with some exclusive gear for con-goers to pick up while on the show floor. All stuff that you most likely could not get from the PlayStation Gear Store as it is listed that each will be limited to 500 pieces per exclusives. Read More...

Shenmue III Has Some New Visuals For Us To Look Over
by Jana Lass [ Wednesday, 10th of July 2019 - 07:00 PM ]
Shenmue A new trailer and set of screenshots for Shenmue III have been released to keep all of the Shenmue fans excited after the game getting pushed out Even though there was a recent delay for Shenmue III, which does not mean that we will not be seeing more for the game before Deep Silver places it out there on August 27th. Given that there has not been a whole lot out there already for the game it does feel like Ys Net is holding back for some weird reason. More so when you have a look at the short video clip we have for Shenmue III and the few new screenshots that give us a basic idea for how the game is going to look. Read More...

It Is Time To Go Far From Home In Marvel’s Spider-Man
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 2nd of July 2019 - 09:00 PM ]
Spider-Man To celebrate the release for Spider-Man: Far From Home, we have a few more suits to put on in Marvel’s Spider-Man This is a big week for Marvel’s web-head with the release of Far From Home and now we have another way to celebrate with Spider-Man on the PS4. In a not too surprising turn of events, it looks like Insomniac Games is placing a few of the new costumes from the film into the game as a free update. Sadly, it will not be all of the new suits we have seen for Spider-Man in the film yet, but it is a free update and we cannot look a gift-horse in the mouth here. More so when all that is needed is the update for the game that should be live as you are reading this. Read More...

Doctor Who: The Edge Of Time Is Coming To SDCC To Show Us What Has Been Made
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 28th of June 2019 - 07:00 PM ]
Doctor Who New videos for Doctor Who: The Edge Of Time are out there to show off how the game is made and how Doctor Who can get to experience it at SDCC Not too long ago we were all made aware that Doctor Who: The Edge Of Time was going to be a thing and bring the franchise to the VR setting. It looked rather cool and I know I was hoping to be able to see and/or play what Maze Theory had put together at E3 this year. Sadly, that did not pan out and I was left wondering just what would be going on with this title. It launches this September on the PlayStation VR, Oculus Rift, HTC Vive, and Vive Cosmos so it would make sense to have some of us fans give it a go beforehand. Read More...
