So, as promised, below are the first two episodes 0f the prequel to Alan Wake. Something I was hoping would clarify the differences between Alan Wake and Silent Hill for me. They look so damn close in style, world and gameplay for me, and I'm most likely forgetting others as well. So let's see what Remedy has in store for us to see the differences for the story. Halo Reach Minus The Afterbirth

For you non-hardcore Halo fans out there, you may not have known that the Halo: Reach beta is kicking off in the next week, May 3rd to be exact. Perhaps you did know because of the mighty inter-webs. We all knew it was only a matter of time - with that time being yesterday (4/27/10) - before we could begin playing Hostel Sims 3 on our consoles. A game that we all know is the most fun when you are torturing these poor defenseless people or forcing them into really messed up relationships just in hopes of seeing two chicks hop into bed with each other. After reading the Brian G article on DLC, I bring to you another DLC in the works from 2K Games that they will be releasing; The next BioShock 2 DLC called Rapture Metro Pack. Iron Man 2 Gets Its Prologue On

Well it's coming closer to crunch time for Iron Man 2. Both for the film and videogame. So let's take a look at what we get to look forward to in the next week. At least as far as the videogame goes. Visually it is looking rather decent. As you can see from the below screen shots and new "prologue" trailer for the game. I mean they are not the best visuals known to the gaming industry, but for a movie tie in game you have to admit to yourself that they are pretty spectacular. Review: Splinter Cell Conviction

I've never tried to hide the fact that I was not the biggest Splinter Cell fan. The exploits of one Mr. Fisher never struck me as the most engaging, no matter how polished the series might have been. There was nothing about the character that made me want to be a part of the world, so imagine my surprise when I discovered that what made me want to explore the game’s mythology was the dehumanization of Sam Fisher. I think the cover definitely serves as a metaphor for the changing of style and approach with this title. Now it is on, 505 Games and Naughty Bear. Not once or twice, but thrice now have you plagiarized a rule from the book "How To Be More Like Hades™" and I won't stand for it. This is the exact steps in Chapter 8, Communication. The chapter that has Rule #562 titled the same as your rule #162, "Smoke Signals." In the rule from "How To Be More Like Hades™" it states: Rule #562:For effective communication over great distances and to rid yourself of an enemy or innocent bystander, take their face and shove it into a fire pit until it gives off puffs of smoke. The Clashing Of The Titans Is Still Going On

Well now that the film has come and still kind of around in theaters, some of these screen shots (below) for Namco's video game version of the game have begun to make a little more sense. Although there were still no frog people in the film, some of the updated and altered creatures and scenes fit in a little better.
