by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 29th of May 2014 - 05:00 PM ]
It has been officially announced that PlayStation owners will be getting Plants Vs. Zombies Garden Warfare this coming August Originally there was a rumor being spread that Plants Vs. Zombies Garden Warfare was finally making the jump to the PlayStation platform. EA was tweeting out mock images of PlayStation owned franchises with the PvZ twist to them but then left everything to speculation. The internet being the internet totally began the speculation and made the short leap of logic that this was some form of announcement that Garden Warfare was on its way to the PS4 and PS3. Here are those images just so you can see and make the simple leap of logic that people were at one point claiming some pretty outlandish ideas about Plants Vs. Read More...

The Evil Within Has Been Delayed To The Month Of Horror
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 27th of May 2014 - 07:00 PM ]
The Evil Within has been delayed until October 21st but we have some new things to look at and be frightful for. Well here is a bit of bad news and good news for The Evil Within. The bad news is that we are all going to have to wait another two extra months to get our hands on this fright filled game from Bethesda and Tango Gameworks. I have been so looking forward to this title since I first hand my mind broken by the gameplay footage that has been shown. Now the wait is going to be a bit longer to make sure that The Evil Within is completely polished and ready for our gamer minds to devour. Read More...

Four New Characters Have Been Revealed For Evolve
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 22nd of May 2014 - 07:00 PM ]
There are now four new characters for Evolve but the same four classes. Just in case you thought the first set of hunters for Evolve were boring, Turtle Rock has brought us four new characters for the game. One for each class with their own new personalities and different abilities, skills, and weapons in the game. I'll be honest here too; each of these new characters seems a lot cooler than the basic four that came with the original announcement for Evolve. Here is a quick rundown for the four new characters. Metro Redux Is Now Completely Announced With All The Perks
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 22nd of May 2014 - 05:00 PM ]
Metro Redux, as well as HD versions of 2033 and Last Light, have been 100% announced with all of their details. Late in March this year there were rumors abound about Metro Redux coming to the next gen consoles. This would be a HD version of Metro 2033 and Metro: Last Light all together for the PS4, XB1, and PC. It was so well rumored that Deep Silver and 4A Games even released a statement about the 'leaked' information stating that there is way more to it all than was being talked about. As of right now, we have all those details and they are just as amazing as we were told they would be. Read More...

Review: The Walking Dead: Season 2 — In Harm's Way
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 21st of May 2014 - 09:00 PM ]
We Sit Down And Review The Walking Dead Season 2 - In Harm's Way. It's The Third Episode. Does It Keep The Steamroller Of A Franchise Rolling? Here we go with the hump section of The Walking Dead: Season 2. We've hit the midsection of this season for the game and it should be 'all downhill' from here. Pun intended and hopeful. There is a lot riding on the season as well as the franchise here but has it fully delivered? Read More...

Apparently This Is Everything You Need To Know About Destiny
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 19th of May 2014 - 09:08 PM ]
There is a new developer diary type video for Destiny showing off what you need to know for the new FPS from Bungie. It may sound like I am joking here about seeing everything you need to know about Destiny here. I am. I highly doubt that this new two minute video is going to show you everything you need to know about Bungie's upcoming FPS title but the title of the video says it does. So given that then we will continue to go off this and that there is nothing else to know about Destiny. So what there is to know about Destiny is that it's an FPS (not new) from Bungie (not new). New Trailer For Transformers: Rise Of The Dark Spark
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 19th of May 2014 - 05:00 PM ]
A new trailer for Transformers: Rise Of The Dark Spark has hit the web showing off quite a bit of fun gameplay. Do you know how close we are to the launch of Transformers: Rise Of The Dark Spark? About a month away now and the game was only officially announced back in February. I am sure that Edge Of Reality, the new studio working on the franchise, has been working long and hard before that but it is still crazy to think that the game is coming out on June 24th already and there is still so little to know about Transformers: Rise Of The Dark Spark outside of it taking place in the same War For Cybertron setting. I just hope that Activision hasn't turned the somewhat decent franchise into a full on movie tie-in kind of thing. Let's watch the new trailer for Transformers: Rise Of The Dark Spark and see. This Week In Gaming 5/12/14 — 5/16/14
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 16th of May 2014 - 09:00 PM ]
A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Gaming. It is time to wrap yet another week of gaming news and there has been some great and fun news to lead into the weeks of silence before E3. Soon we will have nothing more than a few little tidbits to speculate on or hope for until we get full announcements and details. I'm sure we will most likely see 'leaked' information come out that will come to pass like the Halo 5: Guardians announcement but to keep things fun until June I hope they stay few. None the less we have had some cool new stuff for Dragon Age: Inquisition and Watch_Dogs come out to hype us all up for our future gaming needs. Read More...

Delays Strike Again And This Time It Is For The Division
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 15th of May 2014 - 07:00 PM ]
The Dev Team for The Division has just announced that the game will be delayed until 2015 now. Looks like we are going to have to wait even longer for The Division as it has been delayed until 2015 now. The reason behind this is…well not fully defined. If you look at the official statement about the delay below you will see that they claim that it is not to compromise quality of the game but there is no real definition there either. Not even the generic "it needs more polish" kind of excuse. All that is known is that we will not be seeing The Division until sometime in 2015. Read More...

Review: Bound By Flame
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 14th of May 2014 - 07:00 PM ]
We Sit Down And Review Bound By Flame. It is an interesting fantasy romp but is it worth the time and money? Here we go with Bound By Flame. A new fantasy themed, third person, action game from Spiders and Focus Home Interactive. Sounds so weird say that this game was brought to us from Spiders. Either may, I got the opportunity to sit back and take a fun romp through the game's world killing off all of the creatures that society has deemed "need to die." It is a bit of hack 'n' slash and DnD story-like but does it give you enough fun to keep you playing? Well, as usual, let me break it down for you. Read More...

Rumor Mill: God Of War 4 And Halo 5 At E3?
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 12th of May 2014 - 09:00 PM ]
'Leaked' documents surrounding the three big E3 Press Events point to new games and demos not previously announced. It would seem that there is a new document showcasing the schedules for the Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo conferences making the rounds online. The validity of this document is still to be determined but if it is true we could be seeing a new God Of War title as well as a demo for Halo 5. Of course at each respectful E3 press event and not in one big collaboration. Could you imagine that though? Read More...

This Week In Gaming 5/5/14 — 5/9/14
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 9th of May 2014 - 11:00 PM ]
A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Gaming. There we have yet another exciting week in gaming here. All kinds of news seemed to crop up even though most have claimed it to be a very slow news week. We have managed to dig up enough to keep the news and excitement trains rolling for many titles out there. That includes some rather large titles like Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare and Watch_Dogs. It also includes some smaller like Amplitude and the cancelled World Of Darkness MMO. Read More...

The Walking Dead Season Two Episode 3 Will Be Out Next Week
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 9th of May 2014 - 05:00 PM ]
The Walking Dead Season Two Episode 3 has a new trailer and is slated to be on all platforms/markets next week. It boggles my mind sometimes on how Telltale likes to keep their new releases so secret until they do what they just did with The Walking Dead Season Two Episode 3. Just like all of their other titles they wait until the week before to put out a trailer for the game, claim it is coming soon, and then give a solid date for five to seven days later. I've said it before that we should be used to it but it just sticks in my craw that much that it bugs me enough to complain. For now let us get to the new trailer for The Walking Dead S2E3. Have A Nice Long Look At The Gameplay Of Sunset Overdrive
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 8th of May 2014 - 09:00 PM ]
A new gameplay trailer and screen shots for Insomniac's Sunset Overdrive have been released for our viewing pleasure. We have yet to see much more than a CG trailer for the Xbox One exclusive Sunset Overdrive. This is the latest title coming from the once mainly PlayStation exclusive developer Insomniac Games. You might remember it being announced during the Microsoft E3 2013 press event or you might not. No matter which you luck out today that we have a metric butt load of new visuals and in-game footage to show you for this open world shooter title. Read More...
