Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week And thus concludes another week in the world of video games. Another fun one out there and one filled with so many new releases and updates that it was hard to make sure we go to everything. Not only that but games like For Honor and Resident Evil 7 kept up the Halloween fix for the horror video games out there. That and that we had new reminders for Wolfenstein II and Assassin’s Creed Origins that will both be dropping next week. Read More...

Resident Evil The Switch versions of Resident Evil Revelations and Resident Evil Revelations 2 will have a few classic titles hidden in the mix On November 28th the Nintendo Switch will be getting its version of Resident Evil Revelations and Revelations 2 added into the mix. More or less, they will be the same titles we had before when the titles launched but with some optimization for the new platform. Pretty much how every developer out there like Capcom goes when bringing their titles to other platforms. As it turns out though, these versions of Resident Evil Revelations will also be coming along with some other fun little mini-games that the other platforms did not get. Read More...

Hide And Shriek Has Gone Free To Play Just In Time For Halloween
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 20th of October 2017 - 05:00 PM ]
Hide And Shriek Just in time for Halloween Hide And Shriek, the jump-scare multiplayer game, has gone free to play so get out there and Hide And Shriek If you think back to last Halloween, you may remember the title Hide And Shriek getting a little release out there for PC on Steam. It was a little title that was a One Vs One multiplayer title all about fear that Funcom put out there while working on all of their other titles that have come out since. The may premise of Hide And Shriek is that you and your opponent are in a closed location and your goal is to get as many jump-scares pulled off on your opponent through traps, sneaking around, or any other tactics you can think of. All to get the most points and "frighten" them to death. Read More...

You May Want To Reassemble Your Team For Call Of Duty: WWII & Beyond
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 18th of October 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
Call Of Duty We have a new live action trailer for Call Of Duty: WWII and also a look at just where the Call Of Duty franchise may be going This is going to have to be one of the stranger updates we have had so far for Call Of Duty: WWII, but it is an update and something new to spy on just a few weeks before it comes home to our PS4, Xbox One, and PC. I wish I could say it is all about some sweet new gameplay that Sledgehammer Games has for us here, but it is mostly all about what Activision has for us to spend more money on the game and get us all to pre-order it well before launch. As if you needed further reasons to do that given that this title is taking us back to the Call Of Duty and looks to offer up some of the new things we should be expecting in future titles. Resident Evil 7 Will Be Bringing The End Of Zoe & Other Things Soon
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 17th of October 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
Resident Evil More gameplay for Resident Evil 7's upcoming DLC has been released and it looks like there is a lot more to Resident Evil 7 going on than we knew December 12th is coming up a lot quicker than we thought from before, but that just means that we will all be getting the Resident Evil 7 DLC and Gold Edition of the game that much faster. Of course, this may not mean much to those who have been waiting for Capcom to release this DLC or only wanted to play the core game, but for those who do not fall in those categories, we will need to take what little bits we can get for it all. Especially since it looks like the End Of Zoe DLC could also be sending us off to yet another addition to the Resident Evil franchise or maybe even some more unannounced DLC for the game in the future. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week There we go with one more week of video games in the bag with so much going on this week alone. Some of it in the news and update arena, but also some of it in the major game releases for this week and the next few that will be coming up quickly. Only a few more days until South Park: The Fractured But Whole is out and that is only if you have had time to hammer through the video games that came out this week. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 13th of October 2017 - 09:00 PM ]
Respawn It looks like Respawn Entertainment is working on a new VR game but do not hold out for it to be one of Respawn's current IPs with a VR twist It looks like 2019 could be a huge year for all of you whom happen to be fans of Respawn Entertainment and the good work they do. I am sure you have heard of the titles Call Of Duty, Star Wars, and Titanfall so it would be hard to imagine someone reading this who has yet to find one of their titles they enjoy. Nonetheless, it looks like Respawn is heading into a new world of video games here and joining others out there who opted to team up with Oculus to bring us all some new VR content. Like some major VR content from their studio that will aim to further blur reality and virtual reality for us. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 29th of September 2017 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week This was an exciting week for video games now was it not? It started to feel like it was going to be all over the place and then it was, but it also brought with it a lot more on God Of War and Star Wars Battlefront II so we cannot really complain. Not only that, but there was all kinds of Resident Evil news for all of the consoles out there and the continued push for more on Wolfenstein II and The Evil Within 2. All kinds of twos this week but thankfully video games are well out of that terrible stage of existence now. Read More...

Cuphead We sit down and review Cuphead. A new take on the classic platformer and artistic styles. Here is our review of Cuphead Here we go as Cuphead has finally made it to its release. A title that has garnered so much praise, excitement, and then upset over how gamers out there played the bit that was out there early. All kinds of fun in the gaming community here, but now is the time that we all get to sit back and see what all the hullabaloo for the game from StudioMDHR is all about. Well besides being a platformer using the artistic style of 1930's cartoons and such. Read More...
