Death Stranding There was more to see for Death Stranding out of E3 and it shows some new gameplay while keeping us all confused about what Death Stranding actually is Another of the titles we knew were going to be a focus for E3 this year was Death Stranding and many out there were hoping to get a better understanding of what the game is actually going to be about. That is besides being another weird adventure Kojima Productions is going to take us on and house a whole lot of famous actors and directors in the game. Shadow Of War A new trailer for the next DLC for Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War is here and it shows us a bit more on how this will expand the story Shadow Of War has already given us The story for Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War is getting further expanded here soon and we have our first look at the next DLC that is coming. Well, more of a Story Expansion than a DLC but it is what it is for now and Monolith Productions is wrapping it all up for us and putting a little Orc skull on it. Overload The release date for Overload has been set for PC with a console version of Overload slated for Q3 of this year If six-degree-of-freedom tunnel shooters are your thing then get ready for one more as Overload has been saddled with a release date now and will be leaving Early Access. That may sound like this is only a PC title based on that, but Revival Productions has just wrapped that version up and packing it up for May 31st. Overload is also hitting the PS4 and Xbox One, but that will be sometime in Q3 of this year at this point. Shadow Of War The Gold and War Chest aspect of Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War will be going away and you now have a limited time to use them all in Shadow Of War If you were really into spending real-world money to boost things in Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War, then you may need to get on that bandwagon a little more as it will be going away. Well, at least the Gold and War Chest aspect of the game is going away as Monolith Productions is pulling the plug on it and keeping the game flowing in all of the other ways. Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Time to put another week of video games in the bag and look back at what happened this week. It was a pretty big one for a few franchises out there as Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4 and The Division 2 where given the announcements and the hype for Far Cry 5 is hitting some heights. Shaq-Fu We can look forward to Shaq-Fu: A Legend Reborn to hit us this Spring as it takes on the horrible game from 1994 that spawned it, Shaq-Fu It looks like some games franchises just never stay dead as now we can look to see Shaq-Fu: A Legend Reborn coming to the PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC this Spring. We are not talking about a remaster of the old 1994 title that was utter garbage during the time of everyone having a video game out there. Death Stranding Another gameplay trailer for Death Stranding was shown off and it raises many questions with few answers for Death Stranding Just as we have had for the last few outings of The Game Awards, we have another new trailer for Death Stranding to look at here and try to figure out. Things have been very strange and hush since Kojima Productions announced the game so long ago and with each new view, this PS4 title seems to baffle and confuse. At least the trailers do as they make little to no sense, but given who is making Death Stranding I guess it works. Portal Get ready to use those Portal guns again as it looks like that franchise has crossed with another to bring us Bridge Constructor Portal It has been a while since we had anything truly new for the Portal franchise in terms of a full game. It is crazy to think that it has been six years since the last full entry into the IP and at most, we have had little links back and forth with characters, items, and Easter Eggs to entice us all a bit more. If you are like me, you are sitting there hoping for a full new title into the franchise, but for now we are going to have to sit and take games like what Headup Games has for us here. Shadow Of War The Slaughter Tribe for Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War is here to join in the fight and you can get a taste of what they will add to Shadow Of War here Yesterday we all caught wind of the new and free updates coming to Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War today (11/21/17). All of that should be rolling out there as soon as the respective stores for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC get all of those things updated for us. We would be remiss though if we left out the other DLC that Monolith Productions has for us here with the addition of the Slaughter Tribe into the mix of it all.
