Our First Look At Episode 3 Of The Walking Dead: A New Frontier Is Here
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 14th of March 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
The Walking Dead We have our first look at The Walking Dead: A New Frontier episode three and it looks like The Walking Dead universe is kicking the game up a notch It has taken a bit longer than I thought, but it looks like we finally have our first taste of episode three for The Walking Dead: A New Frontier. I know I was hoping for it to come shortly after last month's physical release but it looks like we still have a bit to wait as it will be hitting us on March 28th for now. That doesn't mean that Telltale Games didn't have something to show everyone out at PAX East though as a nice little teaser for this new episode of The Walking Dead was shown off and, in typical fashion, make it looks like the shit is truly hitting the fan. Even More Gameplay For Prey Has Been Shown Off At PAX East
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 14th of March 2017 - 05:00 PM ]
Prey Another long bit of gameplay for Prey has been released but this time we get to see some of Prey's alien abilities mixed into it all Hopefully you are ready for a whole lot of new gameplay for Prey as that is what we have here for us all to digest. Well, some of it is new as the first bit is filled with the gameplay that Arkane Studios has already shown us all before, but thankfully there is a bit more than we've had before. There is still more to see for Prey before May 5th of course, but given that Bethesda was out at the con to show it all off, the amount still in hiding has been dwindled a little more. Especially since now we have the chance to see some of the alien powers in action for the first time. Read More...

Injustice 2 Is Set Ablaze As Firestorm Has Now Been Confirmed On The Roster
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 13th of March 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
Injustice 2 Another new character for Injustice 2 has been announced and it looks like Firestorm will be joining in on the Injustice 2 fight at launch now Another week and yet another Injustice 2 character getting announced and added into the fight. This time we have Firestorm getting the confirmation and shown off here. Mark another off the "leaked" list of characters that NetherRealm Studios is bringing to us in Injustice 2 here on May 16th. This leaves only four more on said list to be shown off and then the others that have not been mentioned thus far, but for now we will focus on Firestorm and the little bit of gameplay that we have to see for the character. by Jana Lass [ Monday, 13th of March 2017 - 05:00 PM ]

As has been the case for some time, Gun Media brought a whole lot more to the convention as we all still wait for that Early 2017 release date to finally come so we can start killing everyone on our PS4, Xbox One, or PC. In terms of what they actually brought was a look at many of the never seen kills, Locations, and Jasons for Friday The 13th: The Game that Illfonic has been plugging away at so we can all experience the fun. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Saturday, 11th of March 2017 - 12:00 AM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site One more grueling week of video games in the bag here and it was yet another one filled with all kinds of fun. We had some of the aftermath of GDC to still filter through here as well as the start of PAX East and soon SXSW. Those are just the conventions for all these video games at that as we also saw a whole lot for Injustice 2 and Mass Effect: Andromeda flow out here this week. Also we have official word on when Outlast 2 and Styx: Shards Of Darkness will finally be hitting our homes. Read More...

It Is Almost Time To Join The Experiments Of The Crow's Eye
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 9th of March 2017 - 10:00 PM ]
The Crow's Eye New gameplay for The Crow's Eye is here and it looks like the release date has been set for The Crow's Eye as well in a few weeks Earlier in the year here we were treated with a nice little tease for a game called The Crow's Eye. It looked to be an interesting psychological puzzle style game that 3D2 Entertainment was going to test our brains and sanity with and then there wasn't much more of a word from it since. I know it piqued my interest when I saw it and was eagerly waiting to see some solid gameplay and possibly a date to look out for when it would hit my PC. As it turns out though, it looks like both have been answered here as The Crow's Eye will be launching on March 20th here and we also have some solid gameplay to look at and see if it will hold up to the speculations. The Guardians Of The Galaxy Cast Is Here With Gameplay Coming Soon
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 9th of March 2017 - 08:00 PM ]
Guardians Of The Galaxy New screenshots for Guardians Of The Galaxy have been placed out there with word on when we'll see Guardians Of The Galaxy in action before launch We've all been waiting for something to come out officially for the upcoming Guardians Of The Galaxy title that Telltale Games is working on but since its originally announcement back in December all we've had have been rumors and speculation. Things like the "leak" that we may see the first episode at least before the end of April, the 25th is still the date in rumor, as well as very little on what the game's story will actually revolve around. Given that Marvel has made it clear that their video games don't need to follow the Film and TV franchise continuity if they don't want to, this version of the Guardians Of The Galaxy is rather up in the air and still fraught with mystery. Injustice 2's Alliances Get Shatters As More Join The Fight
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 9th of March 2017 - 06:00 PM ]
Injustice 2 The second part of Injustice 2's Shattered Alliances trailer has been released and we get more heroes added to Injustice 2's roster with a few more glimpses Not too long ago we had a chance to see part one of the main Injustice 2 story that we will be fighting along in. It looked amazing and focused a lot more on the Superman side of the story but now we get to see just how the other half of the fight is living and fighting back as NetherRealm Studios has brought us the second part of it all. Not only that but it looks like we have a few new confirmed fighters for Injustice 2 and if you look hard enough you can see that there are a few others in the background. Things are truly starting to pick up here for the game as May 16th approaches us with the speed of the Flash. Read More...

Injustice 2 Gets Mystical As Dr. Fate Has Officially Joined In
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 2nd of March 2017 - 06:00 PM ]
Injustice 2 Another new character for Injustice 2 has been revealed as well as a little more on Injustice 2's gear system out of GDC 2017 Here we go with yet another heavily requested character joining the ranks of Injustice 2 as now it is official that Dr. Fate will be part of the fight. So many gamers wanted to see him back in the first Injustice but it looks like NetherRealm Studios held on to him and now has finally brought the character in. It's not like the franchise was lacking in the magical characters but here we go with one of DC's most powerful ones being tapped in. It makes me curious as to how the issues of Injustice 2 couldn't just be solved with this character alone, but then we wouldn't have a game now would we? Read More...

A little Bit More For Injustice 2's Gear System Has Been Discussed
by Duke Searles [ Monday, 27th of February 2017 - 08:00 PM ]
Injustice 2 DC All Access brings a bit more for Injustice 2 as they dig into the now ended beta and get a few more little tidbits on Injustice 2's gear system The wait for May 16th and the release of Injustice 2 is really doing a number on a lot of us out there. Sure the now ended beta for the game was a nice little taste, but given that NetherRealm Studios has been very hush-hush on mechanics and characters in general, outside of the truly planned ones, we all need to grasp for every little tidbit that we can get. That is where DC All Access has stepped in here to bring us all just a little more on the gear system for Injustice 2 as well as some new gameplay as we watch a few poorly executed matches from the aforementioned beta. Beggars and choosers here all… More or less it is the same frazzle dazzle that we get for Injustice 2 in terms of gameplay news. Read More...

Mimics Are Everywhere In Prey And We Will Add To The Madness
by Jana Lass [ Thursday, 23rd of February 2017 - 08:00 PM ]
Prey A new gameplay video for Prey has released to showcase how we can use the powers of the Mimics in Prey to get around the game and survive One could say that once you've seen one of Prey's mimics in action then you've seen them all. That one person would be wrong as mimic can look and act like anything, but it gets even more compounded by the fact that Arkane Studios has also given us all the ability to do the same in the game through one of the first powers we unlock in the game. We've seen the enemies use it before but now we get to see just how we will get to handle it in Prey and it looks like it could be something truly silly or something that could save our lives in the game. Something that seems to be the case in all of Bethesda's titles now doesn't it? Read More...

Injustice 2 Is Shattering Alliances & Making Heroes Out Of Villains
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 23rd of February 2017 - 06:00 PM ]
Injustice 2 Another story trailer for Injustice 2 has dropped to shows us more of the divide and introduce a new character to Injustice 2 in the mix of it all I hope you are ready for some more Injustice 2 story to be revealed as that is what we have here to look at today. At least a bit more as we all know how NetherRealm Studios rolls and they will keep the best parts well-hidden until May 16th when the game hits the PS4 and Xbox One. That is of course as long as no one leaks or spoils anything else for Injustice 2 before it comes to the masses. We know how some of those sites out there like to do that. Read More...

Another New Jason Teased For Friday The 13th: The Game As Pre-Order Bonus
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 20th of February 2017 - 10:00 PM ]
Friday The 13th The pre-order bonus for Friday The 13th: The Game has been shown off in ways of the custom Jason for Friday The 13th crafted by Tom Savini If you've been following along with Friday The 13th: The Game since day one then you may be familiar with the bonus of an extra Jason for the game from the mind of Tom Savini. This is to go above and beyond all of the other versions of the character that Illfonic currently has for the game as well as everything that Gun Media has planned as well. I guess this would fall under planned as the only way to get this version is to pre-order Friday The 13th, but I digress. Read More...

New Gameplay For The Surge Shows How We Are Helping Combat Climate Change
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 17th of February 2017 - 10:00 PM ]
The Surge The next gameplay video for The Surge has been released and shows us fourteen more minutes of The Surge and more of the story We've had some gameplay before for The Surge and now it looks like it is high time for us to get some more. Of course we always want more but Deck 13 needs to be able to keep some of it to themselves until May when the game lands on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Digressing aside though, here we are again with more gameplay for The Surge and this time it is more combat and a few new areas of the game to look at. The first time around I saw that the combat was a bit on the clunky side and barring any real detail it looked a bit broken. Read More...
