Let's Lower The Chaos With More Dishonored 2 Gameplay
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 3rd of October 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Dishonored 2 A second video of Dishonored 2's Clockwork Mansion has been released so we can see how Dishonored 2's stealth play works a bit Last week we had a chance to see some new Dishonored 2 gameplay that took us through an area called the Clockwork Mansion in the game. We had both a run by what looked like a novice player and then one run by Arkane Studios directly; both of which caused a whole lot of chaos and lacked any finesse to get through it all. It looks like Bethesda wanted to make sure that all of us looking forward to Dishonored 2, that have different style of play, get a taste of the mission as now we have it running through yet again but on Low Chaos mode. Mode being a general term and not a setting here. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 23rd of September 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Little Nightmares New gameplay details for Little Nightmares have popped up as well as a little bit on what is going on in Little Nightmares' story If you were paying close attention back at Gamescom you would have heard about Little Nightmares getting a nice little tease and announcement. This would be a new 3D platforming title from Tarsier Studios that looks like something inspired by the dreams of Tim Burton. Of course there is a lot more going on with Little Nightmares than just that but for the first trailer that Bandai Namco brought us for the game that is all we had to see. Now that some time has passed though, it looks like the development team is ready to get into a few more of the details of the game than before. Read More...

Dishonored 2 A new gameplay video for Dishonored 2 has been released and it highlights all of the new ways in Dishonored 2 that we'll be able to kill our enemies If you played the first title then you shouldn't be too surprised that Dishonored 2 is going to have a lot of creative ways to kill all of our enemies out there. Arkane Studios has already shown us a few ways in past videos for the game but it looked like things were about the same par as before. Of course that is never the case and now we have a good look at a lot of creative ways to murder people in Dishonored 2 through all of the powers and contraptions we will have when Bethesda gets around to publishing the game on November 11th. Injustice 2 Two more characters have been added to the Injustice 2 roster with a classic character coming back for Injustice 2 and a new one joining the ranks Here we go with another big gaming convention and yet another two more characters added to the list for Injustice 2. Keeping with their tradition it looks like NetherRealm Studios has given us yet another alum to the franchise and another major character making their debut. Fallout 4 New gameplay for Fallout 4's next DLC has been released and we get to see the last bits added to Fallout 4 in action just a bit Fallout 4's final bit of DLC is still on its way to the game on August 30th to the sadness of many who were hoping for the game to keep flowing on for many more years. It is sad but that is the call that Bethesda has made and we are all going to have to deal with it. At least the last bit of DLC for Fallout 4 will be taking us all to the famed Nuka-World for all the games, rides, prizes, and surprises it will have in store. Read More...

Prey Gets Its First Bit Of Gameplay Out Of QuakeCon
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 5th of August 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Prey The first gameplay trailer for Prey has been released out of QuakeCon and now we see how Prey will take a different story path than before It was announced at E3 and now out of QuakeCon this year we have our first bit of gameplay for Prey to gaze upon and see how the reboot is going. I have no doubt that Arkane Studios is going to do an amazing job with this iteration of the game given their past but it is nice to be able to see it all in action. Great minds think alien here as Bethesda has given us that taste of Prey that we are all looking for as we wait until 2017 for it to finally land on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. At least that would be the easiest of the platforms to assume the game will come to. Read More...

Two More Fighters Have Been Shown Off For Injustice 2
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 26th of July 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
Injustice 2 At SDCC Injustice 2 received two more characters into the mix with a classic character and a new one just for Injustice 2 fitting into the story Given that SDCC is all about the comic books, or at least should be, it makes it the fitting place to see two more characters added to the roster of Injustice 2. So far we've only seen six characters make the leap from NetherRealm Studios' last title to the new one with about half of them being completely new to the franchise altogether. Now it looks like they are digging into the Warner Bros. Read More...

Evolve Stage 2 Is Bring Us Electro Griffin… Boogaloo
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 26th of July 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Evolve A new-ish character is coming to Evolve Stage 2 as one of the original hunters from Evolve is getting a solid makeover for you to earn up to That didn't take too long for the new Evolve to get yet another character update added into the mix. It looks like Turtle Rock Studios is truly behind this IP and don't want it to fall behind like so many other 2K Games titles out there that have. That is all in the past and as we wait for Evolve Stage 2 to hit the PS4 and Xbox One we have a new character joining in the mix for the PC version. Although I say new character, it is really just a new skin and weapon mechanics for a fan favorite character from before. Read More...

Evolve It has been announced that Evolve is going free to play and you can now download Evolve on the PC to give all the new additions a try If you loved it or hated Evolve it makes no difference as the game is going free-to-play and getting a whole lot of upgrades and changes to the gameplay. As a matter of fact it looks like if you want to give the game a go on PC now that it is free it looks like 2K Games is giving it out to us all for free as of right now. That's right, you can now play Turtle Rock Studios' passion projected, Evolve for free right now on the PC and then later on the PS4 and Xbox One. Fallout 4 Final DLC Looks To Be The Upcoming Nuka-World
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 6th of July 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Fallout 4 At E3 the Fallout 4 Nuka-World DLC was teased and shown off to the world but now it seems it will be the final Fallout 4 DLC too Hopefully you weren't banking on the Fallout 4 DLC to keep rolling out after the most recently teased one. As it seems the upcoming Nuka-World DLC teased at E3 is going to be the last bit of planned DLC that Bethesda has for the game. So get ready for the Fallout 4 content to stop flowing out after that hits the PS4, Xbox One, and PC sometime next month. By all of that I am only talking about the core game as I'm guessing focus is going toward the VR version of the game which is why this will be the last. Read More...

New Gameplay For Dishonored 2 Shows Off New Occult Abilities
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 24th of June 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
Dishonored 2 The first bit of gameplay for Dishonored 2 was shown off and now we have a better look at some of the upgrade for Dishonored 2 we are going to get Here is yet another title I didn't get a chance to personally check out at E3 but by the gods we had a great showing of Dishonored 2 out there during the event. In fact, we had about 15 minutes of gameplay shown off by Arkane Studios out at the show even though Bethesda had nothing more than a small museum to offer up on the show floor. While that was cool it didn't truly show us what we wanted out of Dishonored 2 in closed environment but that is what we have the internet for isn't it? Read More...

The God Of War Demo Had A Lot More In It Than We Thought
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 24th of June 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
God Of War A new look at the God Of War demo out of E3 has been release where a few of the God Of War developers explain more on the game than we saw live Last week the world was given a great surprise in terms of the new God Of War being shown off at E3. A lot of questions obviously popped up due to all of this but Santa Monica Studios was very tight lipped about every aspect of the game that we couldn't physically see in the demo. Believe me I tried and the closest little extra I got for God Of War was the fact that they are not ignoring anything from his past but are doing a solid continuation. That and it will of course be on the PS4 but that is all stuff that we could have just made a solid assumption on given the state of everything. Read More...
