Resident Evil A tease for the next Resident Evil Showcase is here to give us just a little more for Resident Evil Village before next week It may not be a massive update but it is a bit of an update for Resident Evil Village with things set down for the next big showcase. Sadly, this is an announcement for an announcement that Capcom and others like to do, but it does give us something to look forward to for next week. Those things being some new gameplay for Resident Evil Village and the continuing beta for the RE:Verse part that is currently firing off. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week We finally made it through one more week and were able to get to as many of those video games out there as we normally do. That seems like a small feat, but it was something impressive with all we had for Oddworld: Soulstorm before launch, a new look at Hello Neighbor 2, a couple bits of extended footage for Kena, and a review for the just-released Evil Genius 2 in the mix. Resident Evil The Resident Evil Village showcase happened and we ended up getting much more Resident Evil than we could have expected There was a whole lot more for Resident Evil Village than just a new trailer out there during the most recent showcase that Capcom had for us. That was in there along with the release date for May 7th now. That and that we will also see the game hitting the PS4 and Xbox One on top of the already announced PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC version we knew was coming to us. This time it is in a teaser for what Capcom is going to bring us next week but at least it is all about this game and not something mixed in that we have to try to pinpoint. We have a new thirty-second tease for Resident Evil Village now, with a long trailer next week, and this one takes us into some of the other strangeness that will be coming in this one. Resident Evil A new making of video for Resident Evil Village has popped up out of the Tokyo Game Show to show how this will evolve the Resident Evil franchise There were some promises that we would see something big for Resident Evil Village here out of the Tokyo Game Show and I have a feeling that is still yet to come. I say that as all we have here, for now, is a nice behind-the-scenes style video from Capcom taking us into the choices made for the game and less of the actual gameplay. Resident Evil There is more to see for Resident Evil Village as we see how things have progressed for everyone since Resident Evil 7 We have a new trailer to look at for Resident Evil Village to look at here, and it looks to offer up just a little more on what is going on in the game. Granted, not much more as there is a lot of the same snow-covered ground and shots of said village to look at, but it is more and we will take it. Even if it would be nice to have a nice slice of gameplay from Capcom from a working version to help show off the new monsters we are getting in this run.
