Death Stranding Introduces More Characters & Gameplay During Gamescom
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 20th of August 2019 - 07:00 PM ]
Death Stranding Meet some new characters for Death Stranding and dive a bit deeper into what the gameplay of Death Stranding may actually hold when it launches We may need to wait until the Tokyo Game Show next month to see all of the new footage for Death Stranding, but during the opening event for Gamescom we did get a nice big treat to a few things. Not too surprising given how Kojima Productions rolls and likes to troll their fans. Thankfully, though, we did get a nice new treat of characters and actual gameplay for Death Stranding to leave us all further confused and questioning things along the way toward November 8th here. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 19th of August 2019 - 09:00 PM ]
Bloodlines 2 A new trailer for Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2 out of Gamescom is here to show how amazing Bloodlines 2 can look Here we go with just a bit more for Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2 fresh out of Gamescom. I do mean a bit, but it is a nice little look at just how the game could look at its best from Hardsuit Labs. Of course, this also is all about those who will be running on a system that can use the GeForce RTX technology to help run their version of Bloodlines 2. This looks to be more for the PC gamers out there more than for those looking to pick the game up on the PS4 and Xbox One. Read More...

See How Lucky We Are For Those Who Remain
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 7th of August 2019 - 05:00 PM ]
Those Who Remain New visuals for Those Who Remain have been released for Gamescom and they show off a bit more of the darker side of Those Who Remain It is always a fun time when Gamescom rolls around as it always seems like games that may have been forgotten come back up, as is the case here for Those Who Remain. We last heard anything about this game back in 2018 when Camel 101 first announced it was in the works. It caught eyes due to some of the visuals for this psychological horror title, and it looks like that keeps coming. Read More...

John Wick Hex Is Diving Deeper Into Gun Fu Than We Imagined
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 30th of July 2019 - 07:00 PM ]
John Wick A new developer look at John Wick Hex shows off more of the game's Gun Fu mechanics that has made John Wick such a fun franchise to date We all want more for John Wick Hex and now we have just that with a new look behind the scenes of how Bithell Games is going to work in all of the fun Gun Fu moves we have grown to love. I mean, that is one of the staples from the franchise and it would be odd if it did not truly show up in the game. This is why it is good that Good Shepherd Entertainment has brought us all a new look at John Wick Hex and how there will be more than just flashy animations once we start shooting and moving in the game. Wolfenstein Wolfenstein: Youngblood is about to launch so that means we have a new trailer to take in just days before getting back into the Wolfenstein seat In just a few days the terror twins will be at it in Wolfenstein: Youngblood to cause all of the havoc their bloodline is known for when it comes to the Nazis. It is odd to think that July 26th is almost here and that Machine Games has been hammering it all home so well. At least based on what has been seen thus far. Read More...

Get Ready For The Gunfight In Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 23rd of July 2019 - 09:00 PM ]
Call Of Duty New gameplay for Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare is here to show off the new multiplayer mode coming to this version of Call Of Duty Well, that headline may seem a bit off as I would hope that you would expect to have a gunfight in a Call Of Duty title, but this one may be a bit different than you think. In fact, what we are talking about here is a new gameplay mode that Infinity Ward is placing in the multiplayer side of it all. Not the most creative of titles for the mode, sure, but it is what we are getting here in Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare. Read More...

Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey Shows How Nature Is Cruel
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 23rd of July 2019 - 07:00 PM ]
Ancestors A new video series for Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey has kicked off to take us further behind the anthropology we will get to know in Ancestors I hope by now that we all know the basics of what is going on Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey and just how things will evolve as we play. Not just in terms of gameplay, but also the way that Panache Digital Games is going about sharing the experience with us and trying to stick close to the real situations that brought humanity to the place it is today. It looks like Ancestors is going to be much more than a game for us when it launches this year on PC, Xbox One, and PS4. Now we get a little bit more of a treat to see just how that will all be. Twin Mirror Has Been Delayed Until 2020 Now
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 25th of June 2019 - 09:00 PM ]
Twin Mirror After a new agreement for Twin Mirror, the game has been delayed with Twin Mirror now aiming for a release in 2020 If you had your hopes on playing Twin Mirror before the end of this year, let me dash those all to pieces. It looks like we are all going to have to wait until 2020 now to get our hands on the game as DontNod has pushed it back until next year. Sorry to say it for those who have been chomping at the bit for Twin Mirror based on the little that we have seen thus far. It looks like a fun concept and maybe fun gameplay, but it is hard to get upset at this point as we knew so little before now. Read More...

E3 2019 Impressions — Werewolf: The Apocalypse — Earthblood
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 19th of June 2019 - 07:00 PM ]
Werewolf While at E3, I was able to see Werewolf: The Apocalypse — Earthblood in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here is my take on Werewolf: The Apocalypse — Earthblood. It definitely looks like the World Of Darkness is having a great time with video games as of late as we have had so many shown off and updated on and also why I am here for Werewolf: The Apocalypse — Earthblood. This would be another of the IPs out there in the works, but one that we have known Cyanide Studio has been working on for a while now. So long that it has moved over to a different publisher, Bigben Interactive, but now is back with something more than basic concepts to show off. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 14th of June 2019 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week That was sure one crazy whirlwind of a week in the world of video games. Then again, that is usually how it goes with E3 and the other big events like it. We were lucky to be on the floor for it all and had a chance to check out so many titles like Marvel’s Avengers and Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. Those being the ones we had a chance to get to during the event, but there was also more for other video games like Cyberpunk 2077 and Bloodlines 2 for us all to get to. All of which will be coming as soon as we take a bit of a break to relax and recoup from it all. Read More...
