Homefront: The Revolution's Goliath Edition Equips You For War
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 1st of March 2016 - 08:00 PM ]
Homefront The big collector's edition for Homefront: The Revolution has been revealed and it comes with a drone inspired by Homefront that you can use at home The release of Homefront: The Revolution is still a ways out as it is still set from May 17th and you still may be on the fence about picking up a copy. It happens and that usually leads publishers like Deep Silver to throw together some great bonus editions of their games like they have here with the Goliath Edition for the next entry into the Homefront franchise. It really looks like the way that we are going to want to play Dambuster Studios' creation as it will let us take some of the action off the screen and into our homes. Read More...

Call Of Cthulhu Video Game Hasn't Fallen To The Depths
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 26th of February 2016 - 10:00 PM ]
Call Of Cthulhu New information has popped up for Call Of Cthulhu the video game as it gets a new developer and the first screenshots for Call Of Cthulhu the video game Almost two years ago we first caught wind of a Call Of Cthulhu video game being in the works. Originally it was helmed by Frogwares but then there was no word at all on the game's progression. Here we are in 2016 and it looks like Cyanide Studios has now been tapped to take this game further by Focus Home Interactive and now we have our first real update for Call Of Cthulhu the video game. Looks like this IP hasn't been lost the ravages of a lost mind just yet… Of course as this is still a very early announcement of the new developer taking the reins of Call Of Cthulhu there isn't much to go on but there is a little bit besides the basics. Here's our review on how they did When it comes to some great storytelling The Walking Dead graphic novel is one of the best. Battleborn Three new heroes for Battleborn have been revealed to us as well as the co-op story mode for Battleborn that looks to change the game for the better Looks like we are even closer to that sweet number of 25 for Battleborn's hero roster as we get closer to the release of the game. We have three new heroes to show off for Gearbox's next huge title and it looks like they are not light on the badassitude. That is a word now. But not only do we get to see these three new heroes in action but it looks like 2K Games allowed for some of the co-op story mode to get mixed in just to show us what we have to look forward to on May 3rd here. The Walking Dead: Michonne Has Just Walked Onto The Scene
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 23rd of February 2016 - 10:00 PM ]
The Walking Dead The Walking Dead: Michonne's first episode is now out and we have a new trailer to celebrate this new bit being added into The Walking Dead comic storyline The wait is now over as the first episode of The Walking Dead: Michonne is now out on almost all of the platforms it has been developed on. Sooner or later Telltale Games will be able to hit everything in all regions all at once but until then we will have to deal with a very slight lag time between the general major platforms and the mobile platforms. There is already so much of The Walking Dead on the later it is probably not that noticed when there is a few days in delay so maybe it isn't that big of a deal. Read More...

The Technomancer Takes Us To Exotic Places To Kill Stuff
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 23rd of February 2016 - 08:00 PM ]
Technomancer A new trailer for The Technomancer has been released to show off the harsh world that our own Technomancer will have to survive on his quest Hopefully by now you know that The Technomancer is taking place on Mars in the future sometime. It has kind of bee the highlight that Spiders has been pointing us too quite often in their gameplay videos. We've also already seen a nice little subsection of that. Now that we are moving closer to the summer release window for The Technomancer on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC I guess it is time for us all to have a nice little look at those locations that we are going to be heading to so we can see new lands and creatures just for us to kill… As you have most likely figured out by now Focus Home Interactive has given us another new trailer for The Technomancer and it shows off just what I was talking about above. The World Of Styx: Shards Of Darkness Looks Even Larger Than Before
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 23rd of February 2016 - 06:00 PM ]
Styx New screenshots for Styx: Shards Of Darkness have been released and it looks like Styx is going to be traversing some very large areas in his next major title If you thought that Styx had a large world to explore in the first game then it should be no surprise that Styx: Shards Of Darkness will be just as big; if not bigger. It would be a step in the wrong direction for Cyanide Studios to not up their game with bigger and more detailed environments to sneak through and murder those pesky humans and elves. Those jerks. The BioShock Collection Gets Rated Yet Again For Possible Release
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 22nd of February 2016 - 10:00 PM ]
Bioshock The BioShock Collection has been rated again, this time in Brazil, and it looks more like the BioShock Collection could be a real thing In September of 2015 we had our first "leak" of a supposed BioShock Collection from the South African ratings board. It was claimed that it was in the works from 2K Games, heading to the PS4 and Xbox One, and heading to them on November 27th of 2015. Seeing as that day has come and passed it was easy to think that a BioShock Collection was just a fleeting thought and nothing of truth. That was of course until it was rated yet again and put a bit more substance to the possibility that we will head to Rapture again on the next gen systems. Read More...

Here's Our Review On How They've Done So Far Slow and steady seems to be the pace that the new King's Quest is going in terms of releasing new episodes for the game. Only six months since The Odd Gentlemen game us the first taste to hook us in and now here comes the second one. All in a storytelling experience that claims that each episode of King's Quest can be completely isolated and playing the others just helps with the overall narrative of the game. Read More...

Get Happy As Carmageddon: Max Damage Is Heading To Console
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 22nd of February 2016 - 06:00 PM ]
Carmageddon A new Carmageddon title is heading to the PS4 and Xbox One in the way of Carmageddon: Max Damage and it is time to let the madness ensue If you were hoping that there would be another Carmageddon title soon or even one to head to the PS4 and Xbox One then it looks like today is the day you were hoping for as Carmageddon: Max Damage is that game. Yes, Stainless Games has been crafting another in the franchise since the last not-so-popular PC title that released last year. Of course take all of that as you will but that doesn't change the fact that we are getting a new title sometime "mid-2016" or whatever that means. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 2/15/16 — 2/19/16
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Saturday, 20th of February 2016 - 12:00 AM ]
Video Games A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games There we go with yet another week in video games in the bag. As usual there was so very much that we had to cover and we did our damnedest to make sure we were able to get to every last bit that we could. We did have a lot more on the Far Cry Primal and Paragon side of things than could have been expected but the world of video games is a fickle bitch. I'm just glad we were able to get to the Layers Of Fear and Minecraft: Story Mode reviews we kept talking about that last few weeks. That all said, now we just have to keep looking forward to the next week and all of the other video games that we are going to hear about in the coming days. Read More...

Another ADR1FT Gameplay Video Shows Off How Serene Space Is
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 19th of February 2016 - 10:00 PM ]
ADR1FT A new ADR1FT video has been released just after the release day announcement and it is more accolades for ADR1FT than any true showing Earlier in the month it was confirmed that ADR1FT would be getting its PC release on March 28th and the console version would be soon after. Three One Zero has been working hard on making the game the best VR experience to have and it has impressed quite a bit. That's why I find it odd that it took so long after the initial announcement for 505 Games to give us the trailer talking about said praise for ADR1FT as well as extra the release date. I guess again, beggars can't be choosers here and we should just be thankful. Read More...
