by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 26th of September 2017 - 09:00 PM ]
Batman The trailer for episode two of Batman: The Enemy Within is here and it brings more villains to the story for Batman to face off with The second episode of Batman: The Enemy Within is a week out from now and it is time to have a nice little sneak peek at just what may be going on in the story at this point. I am not talking about a recap of what happened before, but where Telltale Games is taking it all in this new episode titled The Pact. Not only that, but it also give a better look at a few of the other Batman villains that we already knew were going to show up in the game, but also at a few others that we may not have known about. Friday The 13th: The Game's Virtual Cabin Is Getting A Renovation
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 26th of September 2017 - 05:00 PM ]
Friday The 13th The virtual cabin is coming back to Friday The 13th: The Game for all to enjoy and learn even more about the Friday The 13th franchise If you have been following along with Friday The 13th: The Game since back during its Kickstarter days, then you may remember the Virtual Cabin DLC that they had for backers when they were still looking for funding. It was a nice way to stay up to date on some of what IllFonic was working on as it housed looks at all of the Jason variations we would later get to play and was also supposed to be a hub for us to see and hear anything we collected during matches. Not to mention that it was talked about to be the hub in between matches of Friday The 13th to give you something extra to do while waiting. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 9/18/17 — 9/22/17
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 22nd of September 2017 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Another amazing week of video games and everything in the bag. Even though it may have felt as if it was heavy handed toward a particular title, *cough* Call Of Duty: WWII *cough*, there was still a whole lot to cover. Then again, TGS was also going on so it makes perfect sense that there would be a lot of updates and news on all of the video games out there. Hells, we had a chance to see more for Resident Evil 7's upcoming DLC, then we had the Gold announcement for South Park: The Fractured But Whole, and even with Vampyr's delay we could not be brought down. The Evil Within 2 Gets A Whole Lot Of Gameplay To Dissect
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 22nd of September 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
The Evil Within 2 Previews of The Evil Within 2 are out there and they show off quite a bit of The Evil Within 2 in terms of bosses and puzzles to expect More of The Evil Within 2 is here to be shown off as many of the larger outlets out there have been given yet another sample of the game just a few weeks before launch. Hells, they could already have the game in hand as Bethesda is launching it all on October 13th so it would make sense that Tango Gameworks is done and now the media train is rolling. No matter the case, all of these previews for The Evil Within 2 are there and also bringing us a whole lot of new gameplay to look at and break down. Read More...

Call Of Duty: WWII Adds More Allies To Our Side Of The Conflict
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 21st of September 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
Call Of Duty Get introduces to a few more Allies in Call Of Duty: WWII as well as see just how authentic the team is trying to make this Call Of Duty title Just when you thought we had all of the Call Of Duty: WWII updates we were going to get for the week, Activision drops a few more. It is almost like they dropped the big story trailer and then realized that they left a whole lot out of the basic story that Sledgehammer Games has prepped and now they need to bring the rest of it all. Not really the case as it is all still promotion for Call Of Duty: WWII and reminders to pre-order the game on the PS4, Xbox One, or PC before November 3rd, but it can feel that way. Especially since we have another two characters to add into the grander scheme of the game and the conflict of the war we will be fighting. Read More...

Shadow Of The Colossus Shows Off A Bit More At TGS
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 20th of September 2017 - 09:00 PM ]
Shadow Of The Colossus A little more footage for Shadow Of The Colossus has been shown off at TGS and it shows just how Shadow Of The Colossus has been rebuilt The roof shook when it was let loose that Shadow Of The Colossus was getting a remake for the PS4 during the E3 conference. Get ready to get those roofs shaking again as we have more to see for the game straight out of TGS. It looks like Bluepoint Games is in full swing to get this version of Shadow Of The Colossus out there as this one is all about how well the game looks even though we still have quite a bit of time before it launches. Sometime in 2018 still looks to be the projected date for the game, but that does not stop us from enjoying a little bit of it here right now. Read More...

Vampyr Will Stalk The Darkness A Bit More As It Is Delayed
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 20th of September 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
Vampyr It looks like Vampyr has been given a delay due to a technical issue and now we can look for Vampyr to come to us sometime in Spring of 2018 Mark another title down for delay as Vampyr has been struck with just that and will be missing it release date that was supposed to be this year. There was never a specific date set down, but it looks like DontNod ran into an issue to the point that they had to push the release off to Spring of 2018. Another ambiguous date thrown out there for Vampyr, but it looks like we may have to wait as long as April of 2018 to finally see the game see the light of day on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. I guess we can all focus on the fact that it has not been hit with a cancellation and just hope for the best. Read More...

Meet A Few Of The Good Men In Our Squad For Call Of Duty: WWII
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 20th of September 2017 - 05:00 PM ]
Call Of Duty We have seen part of the story for Call Of Duty: WWII and now we get a little closer to the squad we will be following along in this Call Of Duty story We already had a nice look at the story for Call Of Duty: WWII, or at least as much as Activision wanted us to see, and now we get to follow it right up with a few more little snippets to show off the main squad we will be following along. The last trailer did focus a lot on "Red" Daniels who will be the protagonist that Sledgehammer Games is giving us, but of course, there will be supporting members for the story and team. That is what we have here for you now as we wait for November 3rd to hit and we get to see just what has been packed into Call Of Duty: WWII besides the multiplayer. Read More...

Detroit: Become Human Has A New, Fiery Trailer Out Of TGS
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 19th of September 2017 - 09:00 PM ]
Detroit We have a new trailer for Detroit: Become Human fresh from the Tokyo Game Show and it adds a little more excitement into Detroit: Become Human It looks like we have a new trailer for Detroit: Become Human fresh out of the Tokyo Game Show that is going on, and all to whet our whistles for the game as we wait for it to hit the PS4 sometime in 2018. So far it has been rather impressing to see what Quantic Dream has put together for this new narrative title, so there is a lot of excitement around this new trailer and what else we can learn from it. Although I am sure on of the big things, like release date, will not be part of it. Read More...

Send Shockwaves Throughout The Nation In Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 19th of September 2017 - 05:00 PM ]
Wolfenstein A new trailer for Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus is here to show us how to make sure there are no more Nazis at the end of Wolfenstein II We have had a lot of the propaganda for Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus as of late as well as more and more interviews that did not give us much in way of new gameplay footage to look at and enjoy. There is no denying that and that the world that Machine Games is crafting for us will feel like a true alternate history and not just some fantasy world. Of course, we will all find out for sure on October 27th when Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus hits the PS4, Xbox One, and PC, but we all need a bit more hype for the game before then. Read More...

Call Of Duty: WWII Will Have An Explosive Story For Us
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 18th of September 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
Call Of Duty A story trailer for Call Of Duty: WWII is here and shows us all how this addition to the Call Of Duty franchise will take us deeper into some iconic battles Hold on to your butts as the story trailer for Call Of Duty: WWII is here and it looks like we will be going through another explosive journey in far off lands where we meet new people and then kill them. Or we just have to deal with all the insanity of the Second World War and the parts that Sledgehammer Games has pulled for us. Still not the best of cake walks to have, but it goes a bit further into the "back to Call Of Duty's roots" for this installment. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 9/11/17 — 9/15/17
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 15th of September 2017 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week That wraps up yet another week of video games here and now we get to have a small break. At least from the updates as we have a whole lot of titles releasing here in short order as well as on the close horizon. It may seem like The Evil Within 2 and Shadow Of War are still very far away, but these video games are now only a few weeks off. Then we look at Marvel Vs Capcom: Infinite and need to remember that it is only a few days off now. Read More...

Not Every Prisoner Wears Orange In Minecraft: Story Mode's Third Episode
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 15th of September 2017 - 05:00 PM ]
Minecraft The trailer for Minecraft: Story Mode's third episode is here and it looks like we will meet many other ‘prisoners’ of this Minecraft world Here we go with the latest trailer for this season of Minecraft: Story Mode and the third episode set to hit our PS4, Xbox One, PC, or mobile devices on September 19th. We are about to hit the mid-way point of the story that Telltale Games has crafted so far so I guess it is time to start to expect all of those twists and turns to start hitting rather hard now. That is of course if they opt to go the path they normally do and aim to give us more than some fun references to Minecraft and all the things that Mojang has placed out in the world. Read More...

Get Ready To Take To The Sky With ThatGameCompany's Next Title
by Duke Searles [ Wednesday, 13th of September 2017 - 09:00 PM ]
Sky The next title from ThatGameCompany has been announced, Sky, and it looks to do just what the title says by taking us on an adventure in the Sky It looks like the wait for whatever the next title ThatGameCompany is working is now over as we just had the announcement that it is a title named Sky. It is nice, simplistic, and looks to use the same gameplay modes that the developer has used for so long to make some amazing title. The only truly weird part is that Sky will be coming to the iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV before anywhere else. Read More...
