Make Every Strike Count In The Gameplay For Star Wars Zero Company
by Jana Lass [ Wednesday, 10th of June 2026 - 09:00 PM ]
Star Wars The gameplay for Star Wars Zero Company takes center stage, as we finally get to see a bit of how Star Wars Zero Company will handle It looks as if every move we make in Star Wars Zero Company needs to count, as long as we want to master the gameplay that will be heading our way. That feels a bit like a given, but it's something that Bit Reactor and Respawn Entertainment are hammering home in the latest gameplay we have to look at. Since Star Wars Zero Company does land on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC this August 27th, I'd venture a guess it will be good to know what is on the way. Especially as the new gameplay might lead you to think this is a normal action title instead of the action turn-based tactics game that it is. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 5th of June 2026 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Even as I am writing this little update, the week is still going strong, and so many video games are getting announced and revealed out there. Partially, as the Summer Game Fest continues on, along with the IGN Live event that will go down over the weekend. We cannot allow that to take away from the big things we saw this week with God Of War Laufey, Marvel’s Wolverine, and Until Dawn 2 getting a showcase during the week, but that does mean that the week is not fully over. Just what we can handle with the load around here for all of the video games. Read More...

A solid build since we had the first announcement that this was going to be the next massive title in the IP that Crystal Dynamics has crafted for us. There was just not much in the way of knowing when we should be ready for that to hit us all. Now, though, we have the announcement that Tomb Raider: Legacy Of Atlantis will bring all of this adventure to those platforms on February 12th, 2027. Read More...

The Gameplay Is Getting Very Bloody Out There For Marvel’s Wolverine
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 3rd of June 2026 - 07:00 PM ]
Wolverine A new and extended bit of gameplay for Marvel’s Wolverine is here, and it is giving us the Wolverine we have all wanted We knew it was coming, and gods did Insomniac Games deliver on the promise to show us all more for Marvel’s Wolverine. Given that the game is still slated for release on September 15th for the PS5, it makes sense that they would push it all at this point and give us seven minutes of fun gameplay to look at. It is not raw gameplay, but it is something for us to stick our claws into and see how Wolverine is coming to life in this game. Not just him, but even more characters that we have had teased already, and many others that we did not know were coming in with this game. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 29th of May 2026 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week We did have a short week around here when it came to video games, but it was still a solidly full week. I will always blame the weird holiday structure that we have to go through, but that is getting way off topic. Especially when we could be talking about the new things for Dead By Daylight and the various things we had for The Backrooms pop up around here. We had the full launch of 007 First Light and also had a chance to test out some music content on the site for you with the Amonklok Tour we had a chance to take in. Read More...

T.W.I.R.L. Will Be Pulling Us Out Of Bed This Coming Summer
by Juliet Meyer [ Friday, 29th of May 2026 - 07:00 PM ]
T.W.I.R.L. The release window for T.W.I.R.L. is offered up, with another look at what T.W.I.R.L. will be bringing into our homes After all of the massive horror titles we've seen out there, it's time to take it back to a bit more of the indie with T.W.I.R.L. A new horror game from Genie Boy Games that will take us all into the existential nightmares of being a nine-year-old boy. Not something that anyone would normally go to, but it's always fun to get a little retro and see what other stories can be offered into the PC world. Not just as we are playing as such a defenseless character in T. Read More...

Do Not Buy This Game Have a new look at Do Not Buy This Game, and see why you might want to give the demo a try for Do Not Buy This Game One has to be either bold or brilliant to name their game Do Not Buy This Game. A game that many PC gamers might have seen for a while, with Kingblade Games having a demo out there for it. All with the fun irony that the game is still being built, and it is a walking-sim of a game about a game being built. That is like a dream within a dream kind of thing here. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 22nd of May 2026 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week There we all go, with one more week in the books and so many more video games and non-video game things to cover out there. It was definitely pop culture-related and had some interactive media to it, so Universal Fan Fest Nights will also have a place here, just like Horror Nights. That aside, it was great to see more for the Resident Evil movie come up, then all leads into titles that are launching or launched this week. Video games like 007 First Light and the latest version of the Darksiders Warmastered Edition certainly topped that bill. Read More...

Candy Land The fun of Candy Land is coming to life before, during, and after SDCC 2026 with the Candy Land Café Another of those famed board game properties is coming to life, with the announcement of the Candy Land Café. A nice little bit of fun that will get us further into the sweet fun that Hasbro has been carrying for decades now. I am fairly certain that there are very few people out there who don't have any clue about this famed board game, so it feels about right that they are going to hit us all with that nostalgia. Even if this will be a limited engagement thing starting on July 9th and running in San Diego, CA. Read More...
