Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Well, the week has come to an end once more, and we had some fun with the various video games and films we had announced there. Some big ones like Resident Evil Requiem and Poppy Playtime had some highlights. I Must Find Her Gameplay for I Must Find Her is out there, and it further highlights how I Must Find Her will offer up a different take on these events With the many titles that have been out there about the Chernobyl disaster, it is interesting to see one take a different approach as I Must Find Her seems to be doing. We are still going to see a lot of the walking around and darkness that seeped into the world from it all, but it seems that Evil Deal Games will be mixing in a few other things into the game that might take us to some darker places. Usually, we get to see soldiers and other workers at the facility get their stories played out, but in I Must Find Her we get to hear how it affected the local population who were just living their lives before all of it. HELLMART The release date for HELLMART is set in place, and we will be starting our shift at HELLMART before the end of the month The doors are about to open for HELLMART on the PC with a release date that is only days away from now. A final release date that we can expect from GAZE IN GAMES for it all, and to offer up another life simulation game with a solid horror twist. Just like the many others that place us in a zoo, flipping burgers, and working other service jobs, all while facing the other horrors out there that are not just the general public. Star Trek Dive deeper into the combat of Star Trek Voyager: Across The Unknown and see just how we will be commanding everything in this Star Trek title The captain is on deck, as we take a look at the combat that we are going to have to master in Star Trek Voyager: Across The Unknown. Okay, that's a little off since we will be playing as the captain in the game, but we have gameXcite behind the controls of this new look, so we're not the captain in this instance. Not to mention, this is just a fun way to give us more on how we will be bringing this version of Star Trek Voyager to life, but also a way for Daedalic Entertainment to keep us reminded that it is coming to the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on February 18th. Poppy Playtime The release of chapter 5 for Poppy Playtime now has a release date, with another look at the Prototype that we’ll face in Poppy Playtime The prototype phase for Poppy Playtime: Chapter 5 is coming to an end for the PC, as we now have a release date set for the next chapter. Not just the game in its prototype phase, but also the fact that Mob Entertainment is gearing up to show us The Prototype in the game when it does come to us all. Granter, we all are expected to have been following along with all of the chapters for Poppy Playtime up to now. Not only did we get a lot to check out during the convention, but we also managed to get solid updates out to you all week. Some, like, Styx: Blades Of Greed gameplay, Dead By Daylight and Stranger Things kicking off the crossover, Resident Evil Requiem getting some fun new visuals, and the fact that we will be able to play Xbox video games without the need of an Xbox soon. Grave Stakes The Early Access for Grave Stakes is here, and now we can play the dark gameshow that Grave Stakes is going to bring us With so much going on near the end of the year, it is interesting that we all lost sight of the next game show that was about to pop off with Grave Stakes. A title that was supposed to hit Early Access at the beginning of December last we heard, but it looks as if Wild West Games had to put the pause on that. Alone Psychological horror, Alone, is announced here and we will see how dark our dreams will truly be in the world of Alone If there is one thing that the horror genre is not going to be this year when it comes to games, is that we are not going to be short on them. Especially as we add in another small title to the mix with the announcement of Alone coming to the PC here. A new title on the way from River Flower Games that will not only be a horror, but one that delves a bit into mental health. Senara The Senara is ready to set sail with us all with new horrors coming into our world within Senara: The Sacrament Horror is hitting the seas once more with a new title on the way to the PC in the form of Senara: The Sacrament. A new horror title that Influsion is working on out there that will lock us into the world of a sealed ship. Not the normal grounds that we find ourselves in with the genre, but it has been used extremely well when it has been. LAG KILLS A new horror title, LAG KILLS, has been announced with us seeing just how LAG KILLS out there in the world I do not think a single gamer out there has never succumbed to rage at any point in their lives, and that is a little bit of the point in the upcoming LAG KILLS. A new survival horror title that we are getting on the PC from Deranged Games. Not that we are going to be playing as the killer, but that we are going to be keeping clear of a gamer who has lost their mind due to the amount of lag they have been experiencing. Romeo Is A Dead Man The story for Romeo Is A Dead Man is on display once more just ahead of the official release for Romeo Is A Dead Man Nothing says Ultra-Violence and Sci-Fi like February and the pending release for Romeo Is A Dead Man. Dead By Daylight The Stranger Things crossover for Dead By Daylight is finally here, with many more kids needing to survive Dead By Daylight Things are getting turned upside-down here in Dead By Daylight with the second chapter of Stranger Things officially out there in the game. We just couldn't let the IP die, and this is a good one to have in the game, so I guess it makes sense that Behaviour is getting this out to us. Even if it feels a little weird to have it after the main show of Stranger Things has come to a close. That's neither here nor there, though, as it does bring us more to play in Dead By Daylight on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC. Read More...

A new title that will have the darkness we can expect in the tunnels of the Metro systems, while trying to make sure we have enough gameplay that makes it stand out from the others.
