A Few New Screenshots For The Technomancer To Marvel At
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 8th of September 2015 - 07:03 PM ]
Another small batch of screenshots for The Technomancer have made their way online to show off the vastness and horrors awaiting us in our journey with The Technomancer The Technomancer has been in for one rollercoaster of a ride for me when it has come to its visuals and depiction of the mythical "Red Planet." Some shots and video I have seen from Spiders Games have blown my mind even though they are listed as pre-alpha. Others have not. Read More...

Mega Man Is Coming To The Big Screen So Lets Cross Fingers
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 4th of September 2015 - 10:00 PM ]
It has been announced that Mega Man is getting a silver screen adaptation of the franchise so let's hope it stays true The title, again, here pretty much takes the cake as it looks like Mega Man is getting a film adaptation for the game and it is slated to hit the big screens and not just straight to DvD. 20th Century Fox will be the big named studio behind this project but before you start your shuddering it looks like Chernin Entertainment has already tapped a few proven and talented people to make sure this Capcom title doesn't go the way of video game movies. Mega Man is one of those titles that will be looked at with a heavy eye so there will be little wiggle room given the franchises popularity and massive Mega Man fan base. Read More...

The Nightmare Of Batman: Arkham Knight On PC Is Almost Over
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 4th of September 2015 - 07:01 PM ]
A new interim patch for Batman: Arkham Knight on PC has been released so current owners can start taking down the Arkham Knight already The light can be seen at the end of the tunnel for those still suffering from the issues of Batman: Arkham Knight on PC. It looks like Rocksteady Games has finally been able to get that patch together to fix some of the issues that plagued Batman: Arkham Knight and Warner Bros. have released it out in the wild. At least released it out for those who have already purchased Batman: Arkham Knight as it makes the game 'playable' by PC gamer standards and there is a lot more to go until it is available again for purchase on Steam. Deus Ex: Mankind Divided Release Date Revealed & Augmentation Begins
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 31st of August 2015 - 09:00 PM ]
The official global release date for Deus Ex: Mankind Divided has been revealed as well as a new way to alter your pre-order of Deus Ex: Mankind Divided Add yet another title to the February 2016 release schedule as Deus Ex: Mankind Divided now has an official release date for February 23rd of 2016 on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. That is also a world wide release date at that as Square Enix has written it in soft stone. I say soft stone here as it looks like Deus Ex: Mankind Divided may still get a release date change only this time it won't be based on Eidos Montreal needing time but more in line of how many of us out there actually pre-order Deus Ex: Mankind Divided earlier than said date. New Hitman Gameplay To See That Brings Down The House
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 31st of August 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
Official gameplay for Hitman has been shown off and released into the wild to show us all how far the new Hitman title has progressed to We've seen plenty of Hitman footage "leaked" out by those testing the alpha build of the game. It never looked to eye-poppingly amazing before as it was always someone who doesn't know how to play Hitman, from the looks of the gameplay, as well as people with PCs that could barely seem to run the game. To fix this issue for all of us looking forward to Hitman on December 8th it looks like Io Interactive has taken it upon themselves to give us a real play through of the same area we've seen leaked and not plugged up by Square Enix to date. All of which right out of PAX over the weekend so we know it is as fresh as they can make for now. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 8/17/15 — 8/21/15
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 21st of August 2015 - 11:03 PM ]
A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games Another week in video games down and many, many more to go. Even if this week was a bit on the roller coaster ride that we usually use to describe weeks that occur before major conventions. PAX Prime is coming up so I am sure that all of the other big announcements and reveals will happen then. That's not saying we didn't have some great stuff for Until Dawn, Batman: Arkham Knight, and Mad Max this week. Hells, we also had one of the best announcements for Kingdom Heart III with Big Hero 6 getting its time in the sun when that game finally hits the market. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 18th of August 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
Batman: Arkham Knight is getting a few updates for the Season Pass DLC and it looks like we are getting Tim Burton's Batmobile and the Tumbler in the future Batman: Arkham Knight has been out for a while now and there have been some good updates for it so far. Last I heard the PC version was still having issues over the PS4 and Xbox One versions but that is not why we are here today. What we are here for is the fact that there is a new batch of DLC being pumped out for Batman: Arkham Knight and it looks like we are getting some amazing additions in the way of skins and Riddler Caves. In this instance we are getting the Batmobile from the 1989 Tim Burton films. Read More...

New Trailer For The Technomancer Shows Off The Horrors Of Mars
by Duke Searles [ Thursday, 13th of August 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
We have a new trailer for The Technomancer to show off even if it doesn't show anything more than a bit of Mars from The Technomancer Hopefully you are in the mood for seeing more for The Technomancer. I say that because that is what we have here for you and all today in the form of a new trailer for the game. We can thank Spiders Games for giving us something else to look at for The Technomancer. Sadly though it looks like there is nothing new to truly look at except for a bit more the oddness that is Mars in The Technomancer and one of the mutants that we are going to be compared to while being hunted for "going rogue" in the game. Hitman Is Looking Sharp In The Most Recent Screenshots
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 7th of August 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
New screenshots for Hitman have been released out of Gamescom 2015 and we have some talk about the demo that was shown for Hitman on the show floor We may not have any new official gameplay video to show you for Hitman out of Gamescom just yet but we do have some new screenshots to show you just how dapper Agent 47 will look while clearing out hit contracts. By dapper I mean how he will look in the standard clothes that Io Interactive will be giving him for when we all dive back into the Hitman on December 8th on our PS4, Xbox One, or PC. While there may not be any crazy costumes on 47 just yet at least we can get a real good look at how Hitman is shaping up in the visuals department as of Gamescom here. Read More...

See More Hitman 'Leaked' Footage Before It Is Assassinated Offline
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 27th of July 2015 - 09:00 PM ]
More 'leaked' footage for Hitman has made it online from the closed alpha test of the game and we can see more on how this Hitman may handle With Hitman hitting the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on December 8th you can bet your bottom dollar that Io Interactive is going "all in" on perfecting everything for the game. They have a lot to live up to as Hitman: Absolution was such an amazing and fun title after all. Sadly as their focus is hopefully all there it does leave a few things open for Square Enix to watch for Hitman and handle. Read More...

Hidden Gems In Batman: Arkham Knight Uncovered Based On Dates Again
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 22nd of July 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
A new event and Easter Egg in Batman: Arkham Knight has been discovered although you might want to skip if you want to keep your Batman: Arkham Knight experience spoiler free It really is no surprise that Batman: Arkham Knight has at least one interesting "Easter Egg" that is all based on the current date of the system you are playing on. I mean, Rocksteady Games made it a trophy in their last title in the franchise so it would be safe to assume that something would have to be added in for Arkham Knight right? Even if Calendar Man isn't one of the big bad villains in this game. Read More...

Flow Through History With Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 17th of July 2015 - 09:00 PM ]
Our first look at Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey even though it has been talked about for a few months now and we feel bad Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey wasn't on the radar I always feel lost and late to the game when little things like Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey falls through the cracks in the mix of other huge titles talked about and released. You most likely missed out on this as well given the fact that there wasn't more than a base concept talked about from developer Panache Digital Games. That and when not many things are fully shown or talked about Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey in a word of required visuals it slips very easily. Read More...

A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games Now that we are all caught up on our huge week of video game news it is time to start flowing back into the norm until the next big video game convention happens. Or event. Or damn near any kind of information flood in the world of video games that may be on the brink. That doesn't mean we didn't have much for this week as we had two reviews, Hatred and Fallout Shelter, and all kinds of news and rumors for Rise Of The Tomb Raider, The Division, and Batman: Arkham Knight. Our official review for the last title there is on the way so rest assured we will dig in when it is a bit fare to dictate if you should make the purchase at all or still leave the game on the store shelf. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 3rd of July 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
The official description for Batman: Arkham Knight story DLC featuring Batgirl now has a date and premises to see how she will help fight the Arkham Knight We all knew that we were getting a bit of story DLC featuring Batgirl in Batman: Arkham Knight. We just never knew when or in what capacity we would be getting her added to the mix. I am glad to say that while Rocksteady Games has been working on fixing those PC bugs and Warner Bros. have been aiming at the PS4 and Xbox One issues we now have more details on this story DLC for Batman: Arkham Knight.
