Assassin’s Creed A new cinematic trailer for Assassin’s Creed Origins has been shown off at Gamescom and it shows off some of the icons that Assassin’s Creed Origins could have mixed in Well, Gamescom is currently in full swing and it would make sense that we would get to see more for Assassin’s Creed Origins during the event given that it launches on October 27th here. It would be insanely strange if Ubisoft missed the chance to show off more for the game and they did not as it was one of the items that opened the event showing off more of the Xbox One X out there. Call Of Duty The private beta for Call Of Duty: WWII's multiplayer is about to start and here is what will be coming for Call Of Duty: WWII to be tested out I am hoping that you are ready to kick some Nazi ass here soon as Call Of Duty: WWII is about to unleash its multiplayer beta on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC in just a short amount of time. While Sledgehammer Games has been hard at work making this another great entry into the franchise, they need help making sure it is a multiplayer experience you want and that Activision was able to secure a few more purchases by setting up a private beta as such for those who pre-ordered the game already. Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Another week has come and gone and we had even more to talk about in the world of video games than was expected. At least expected by me as we are getting close to the next big gaming conventions out there and you'd think that all the studios and publishers would be holding back. Assassin’s Creed New details for Assassin’s Creed Origins' combat system have been placed out there and it looks to shake up the Assassin’s Creed we once knew I hope that you were not sold on the previous combat systems as it looks like Assassin’s Creed Origins is going to be changing it all up and give the franchise a good shake as it needed. I mean, we have all seen some of it so far in the other videos and gameplay that Ubisoft has let out there, but now we get some solid words on just what is going on that may or may not turn you off to the new game. Dishonored The first gameplay trailer for Dishonored: Death Of The Outsider is here and we get to see how we are tackling this new Dishonored standalone DLC During the big E3 event from Bethesda we heard that we were getting Dishonored: Death Of The Outsider to continue on the story as we all wanted. There isn't much more of a wait as we can see it on our PS4, Xbox One, or PC on September 15th but it would be nice to see what Arkane Studios has crafted so far to get us all hyped up for it. Life Is Strange A new Life Is Strange: Before The Storm trailer is out now and it shows just how some of Life Is Strange's characters started to hate each other more If you've played Life Is Strange already then you know well about the strained relationship between Chloe and her "new step-douche" David. There is no denying the level of animosity between the two characters and in the new "expansion" that Deck Nine Games is bringing to us all on August 31st we are going to see just a bit more on how all of that grew to where we saw it last. Life Is Strange A new behind the scenes video for Life Is Strange: Before The Storm is here to give some insight on the story for these two Life Is Strange characters before launch In a month, August 31st, we will get our first episode for Life Is Strange: Before The Storm and we've seen some fun stuff for it so far. At least enough to see that Deck Nine Games is going to be telling a prequel of sorts from the last title and that it won't feature the same protagonist and the super time-bending powers. Call Of Duty The Nazi Zombies mode for Call Of Duty: WWII was fully shown off at SDCC and a whole lot of new Call Of Duty: WWII information came with it Unless you've been hiding under a rock and skipped all of the Call Of Duty: WWII news from last week, then you most likely saw the officially announcement of the Nazi Zombies mode that will be coming to the game when it launches on November 3rd. The trailer was leaked and Sledgehammer Games asked everyone to wait for the official reveal. Overwatch An Overwatch panel has been set up for SDCC this week and it will take you behind the scenes for Overwatch's latest hero Doomfist Fans of Overwatch and those looking to know more on the latest Hero to grace the game, also those who will be at this year's SDCC, let it be known that you will have the chance to get a behind the scenes look at the new hero as well as ask the team questions about it all. It looks like Blizzard has set up a panel just for all of you out there with those Q & A possibilities. Call Of Duty Activision is bringing Call Of Duty: WWII, Crash Bandicoot, & Destiny 2 to SDCC with Call Of Duty: WWII Zombies getting shown off We are a week out from SDCC this year and as usual Activision is bringing a whole slew of things to show off with Call Of Duty: WWII and Destiny 2 being on the bill for this year's geekfeast. It makes perfect sense as they have done this almost every year for quite some time even when there are only small announcements and expansions for other games and then the buildup for their big money maker of the year.
