by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 11th of September 2023 - 09:00 PM ]

Not that it felt like the game needed to launch around this time, but it is what Tessera Studios and Outright Games are going to do. Maybe this is to give us some small Transformers reprieve in the middle of all of the other horror going on in the month or maybe this is for some other reason we have yet to see. Read More...

Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Just as we mentioned before, this was a shorter week for all of our coverage for video games and everything else. Even if we did get to kick it off with a massive bang of Bloodlines 2 finally getting re-announced out there. Along with many new updates for celebrities in Mortal Kombat 1 and one more look at Gori: Cuddly Carnage. Not to mention that we had a chance to kick off the horror game reviews with Daymare: 1994 Sandcastle too. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 8th of September 2023 - 05:00 PM ]
Mortal Kombat Mortal Kombat 1 is ready to show us all how Van Damme is going to look so we can bring Mortal Kombat full circle further It only took the team at NetherRealm Studios thirty years to get here, but here we are with Mortal Kombat 1 and Jean-Claude Van Damme actually being in the game. Not as a full fighter, sadly, but as a full skin for Johnny Cage in the game. This is nothing new for the announcement as it was let loose a while ago, but now we have some solid gameplay to see and hear how the actor will be in Mortal Kombat 1. Read More...

Walk About The New Horror World A Bit More In REVEIL
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 7th of September 2023 - 09:00 PM ]
REVEIL New footage for REVEIL is here and it gives us one more massive look at the terror we might feel when REVEIL launches The world of REVEIL is back once more to give us a darker look at the world that Pixelsplit has been working on. Perfect timing to get us all further prepared for the spooky season that is incoming as well as giving them all something to show the world during Fear Fest 2023 too. I will focus a bit more on the latter since we get new looks at just how we are going to be walking about in the world of REVEIL. I know I will say it every time, but giving me a creepy circus or carnival will always pull me right into the mix of a game no matter how the gameplay functions out there. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 7th of September 2023 - 07:00 PM ]
Gori Gori is back in the mix with the demo for Gori: Cuddly Carnage smashing some massive numbers just in time for Fear Fest 2023 For those that may not have known, Gori: Cuddly Carnage has a demo out there on the PC for us all to give a try with. A demo that has shown us just how well Angry Demon Studio has made the game so far as well as given us some unicorn limb slicing fun in the mix. I mention all of this, as it seems due to the amount of limbs Gori has sliced in the demo with our help along with Fear Fest 2023 taking place, we have a new trailer to look at for the game. Mortal Kombat 1 Will Have Even More Blood Flowing In The Game Now
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 7th of September 2023 - 05:00 PM ]
Mortal Kombat One more blast from the Mortal Kombat past is here to expand the roster of Mortal Kombat 1 just a bit more This seems to be a big week for vampires, as now we have the announcement that Nitara is coming in with Mortal Kombat 1 on September 19th. You read that correctly. NetherRealm Studios is dropping the Outworld Vampire into the fight from so long ago and with all manner of updates that we should be looking for. Although, at this point, it feels like they were just looking to remake Mortal Kombat: Deception for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC instead. I jest, but it does feel like the roster is mostly coming from that title and various others that were not all that well-received. Read More...

Deceit A new look at Deceit 2 is here just before the new release date to remind us all how to play the game of Deceit The fun of Deceit 2 is coming in a little bit more of a wait with September 14th still a little way off out there. That does not lower much of the excitement that World Makers has built up for this title on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC but something worth noting here for now. In just a few more weeks and we will be able to head into the social deduction action that Deceit 2 has been building up. Even if some of it does not fully track based on the little bits we have had before. Read More...

El Tigre & April O’Neil Are On The Case In Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 6th of September 2023 - 07:00 PM ]
Nickelodeon Two more characters are here for Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 with one of them feeling like a nice hidden gem from the Nickelodeon line-up Here we go with two more characters coming out to shine for Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2. One of them is a classic character we knew was going to have to be back in the mix while the other feels like a deep cut from Fair Play Labs to fill the roster out a bit more. Maybe it is a deep cut or maybe it is not, but that is how it feels for me with El Tigre and my knowledge of Nickelodeon shows from over the years. With April O'Neil being the other big one here for when the game lands on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC. Read More...
