Gears Of War 4 Has A Rock Solid Release Date Now
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 6th of April 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
Gears Of War The release date for Gears Of War 4 has been set in stone for later this year and Gears Of War fans will also be able to take part in a multiplayer beta The curtain has been pulled back and now Gears Of War 4 has a solid release date other than Holiday 2016. It looks like The Coalition is wrapping things up nicely and we will be seeing the game on October 11th as of right now. Of course things could change between now and then but it looks like all you gear-heads will be getting another Gears Of War fix in October. Let the partying begin and let the blood and guts flow like wine… It only took a little under a year to get that out there for us all but since Microsoft's big event at E3 last year it looks like a lot of care has been in place to make sure Gears Of War 4 went along smooth. BioShock Collection Has Been Rated Again With No Official Word Still
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 1st of April 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
BioShock A rating for the BioShock Collection has popped up again and this time the BioShock Collection was spotted on the ERSB site Looks like that rumored BioShock Collection is popping up for the fourth time now as it looks like it has been rated yet again. This time the rating was spotted over on the ERSB site and has since been removed. Most likely at the request of 2K Games as they are the listed publisher but this is the internet age and things like that don't get lost at all. It looks like it should just be time for the BioShock Collection to get the official announcement now for the PS4 and Xbox One but is going to sit in the rumor mill for just a bit longer. Lithium A new horror title, Lithium: Inmate 39, has been announced and looks to bring a new puzzle horror title to us so we may need a dose of Lithium to get back to normal It's time to add another horror title to the list as Lithium: Inmate 39 has been announced and heading to the PC, PS4, and PS Vita at some point soon. This would be the first console title developed by CanuArts and they are looking to bring some insanity to life with this little title. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 25th of March 2016 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games There we go with another great week in video games in the bag. I'm starting to sound like a broken record with now aren't I? It still doesn't make it any less true as we had a whole lot of new news and updates for all of our favorite video games out there. There was a whole lot for DOOM and Uncharted 4. We caught wind of some new stuff coming to Hitman and Batman from Telltale. Read More...

The Vampire Magician Of Hitman Is Coming While We Wait
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 25th of March 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Hitman A new set of challenges for Hitman are coming as we are forced to wait a bit longer for the teased Elusive Targets that were supposed to hit Hitman already By now you have most likely burned through all of the main missions in Hitman and have been dabbling in the Escalation Contracts and waiting for those Elusive Targets to show up. This is the main bit of content that will help hold us all over as Io Interactive wraps up the next "episode" for April. Sadly though it looks like the wait is going to be even longer for the Elusive Targets as they have been delayed until around the time of the second episode's release but that doesn't mean that Square Enix isn't trying to get us more Hitman in the meantime. This Week In Video Games 3/14/16 — 3/18/16
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 18th of March 2016 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games This has been one crazy week for video games hasn't it? We had a whole load of new rumors fly out there and some huge announcements. Could we be getting Red Dead Redemption 2 and a BioShock Collection or is that just wishful thinking? How about the price announcement for the PlayStation VR that came out and then was followed up by a bundle that still greatly undercuts the competition in terms of price. Hells, we also had a nice review for the first episode of Hitman land out there for you. Read More...

Review — Hitman — Paris
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 17th of March 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Hitman We sit down and review Hitman — Paris. This is the first episode of Io Interactive's latest addition to the Hitman franchise. Here's our review on how they did. The wait is finally over and the multi-delayed Hitman has been released. Well at least the first full episode and the prolog that many of us had a chance to experience during the beta that Square Enix put on for us. That was a nice taste but the maps were small and tight and it is time to see what Io Interactive has in store for us as we move forward with the rest of the content coming for Hitman. Here's our review of the first "episode" of the game just for you to read. Read More...

BioShock Collection Rated Yet Again…This Time With Box Art
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 17th of March 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
BioShock Another rating for BioShock Collection has been spotted and more rumors about the possible boxed collection of all BioShock titles are back Looks like another ratings board has shown some form of existence for a BioShock Collection. This time it comes out of Taiwan and also happens to include possible box art for the collection. All of this and there is still no official word out of 2K Games on the possible collection but signs are still pointing to the fact that we will be seeing some or all of the BioShock titles coming together in some form on the PS4 and Xbox One. Unless this is one major troll out there. Read More...

New Multiplayer VR Game Werewolves Within Has Been Outed
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 15th of March 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
Werewolves Within A new VR game, Werewolves Within, has been announced and pits players against each other to see who truly has a Werewolves Within… The mainstream VR hardware is still a bit off from release and it looks like we have yet another odd game to add to the list as Werewolves Within has just been announced. While the title does sound a bit goofy it does look like Red Storm is trying to make something truly unique out of the gate for the Oculus Rift, HTC Vive, and PlayStation VR. Werewolves Within wouldn't be a true Ubisoft game if it wasn't trying to capitalize on every available platform that it can right out the gate after all. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 3/7/16 — 3/11/16
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Saturday, 12th of March 2016 - 12:00 AM ]
Video Games A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games There we go with another week of video games in the bag. It was a bit more on the slow side given the proximity to GDC but that doesn't mean there wasn't much to see and experience in gaming. We had more to look at for Vampyr and we have more to look forward to for Portal. We are all prepped for DOOM's beta that is upcoming and it looks like Overwatch will be entering an early access as well. Like I said, all kind of news and updates on this slow week for video games. Dead Island 2 Has A New Developer Taking The Charge
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 10th of March 2016 - 06:00 PM ]
Dead Island 2 Dead Island 2 has a new developer and looks to be back in full swing without any of the compromises listed for the original Dead Island 2 developers being used Maybe you remember last July when it was announced that Dead Island 2 was losing its developer. All over creative differences and compromises that Deep Silver didn't want to make to the franchise that YAGER couldn't get around. Since then there hasn't been much word on the status of Dead Island 2 and all we've seen recently is that Dead Island and Riptide are getting the HD move to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Thankfully today I get to inform you that Sumo Digital has stepped up to make DI2 a reality. Read More...

Video Games A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games There goes another fun week in video games in the bag now. Again it had its high and its lows but we made it through. Of course that did mean that we had to watch as Uncharted 4 got hit with yet another delay and only a few sparse details for Vampyr. It did also mean that we got to see more cool kills for Friday The 13th: The Game and a huge collector's edition for Homefront: the Revolution get announced. Like I said, it had its highs and it had its lows. Read More...
