A New Friday The 13th Game Is In The Works For 2015

It's been announced that there is a new Friday The 13th title in the works from Crystal Lake Entertainment and an un-named developer Good news for us horror fans, maybe, as there is a new Friday The 13th video game in the works. This is to go hand in hand with the new TV show and film but hopefully will not be solely a tie-in for the franchise. Details are still sparse on it all since the news dropper "exclusively" on EGM Now but that does not mean we don't have at least the basics as we wait for the anything visual for this new Friday The 13th game. Oh The BioShock Film That Could Have Been…

Concept art for the canceled BioShock movie has been released online showing off the direction that the film could have taken If there was one franchise that could have made the jump into films easily it was BioShock. The environments, the characters, the story, and well everything about it could have easily made the jump. Unfortunately at this time BioShock will not be gracing the silver screen in a film sort of way. The project was canned a while back due to having the funds slashed from $200 million to $80 million. The Interview Is Up On Xbox Video But Not Video Unlimited…Smart Move

You can now watch The Interview on Xbox Video and other services but not Sony's own video unlimited… yet… While not directly video game news, The Interview being placed on our gaming systems for streaming could lead to some gaming outages in the coming days. What I am talking about here is that Sony has decided to let the film stream on YouTube, Google Play, and Xbox Video as of this writing. There are plans to let it go to other platforms, including Video Unlimited on the PlayStation Network but those plans are supposedly coming shortly. We Finally Have A Trailer For Powers Coming To PlayStation

The first trailer for Powers, the PSN TV adaption of the comic book, was shown at NYCC and we have it here for you Powers, the show, was announced at E3 during Sony's huge press event and it was received with mixed feelings from all. If you were lucky enough to be at NYCC over the weekend and were able to sit in on Sony's panel you may have been treated to seeing the first footage and trailer for the show. There have been a few stills floating around as of late but the trailer shows just how Powers is going to run for all of those PlayStation Plus subscribers out there. Heavenly Sword Movie Is Coming This September & Here's A Trailer

The film adaptation for Heavenly Sword will be released on September 2nd for all to enjoy Back in February we had our last look at the CGI film version of Heavenly Sword. Today we are greeted with a new trailer that explains a bit more of the story for those of you who have yet to play the game. For those of you who have played the game though you can also enjoy seeing how they are making changes to make watching it just as fun as playing Heavenly Sword when it first released. Three new short videos based on Borderlands have been released in a series call Tales from the HQ. If you are eagerly waiting for Tales From The Borderlands to come out so you can expand on the stories of the world, let me offer you these three new shorts in a series call Tales From The HQ. Don't get them all mixed together though as while both the new game from Telltale and these are only connected in the way of Borderlands characters and environments. Tales From The HQ is a series of short films made by students at the Academy of Art in San Francisco, CA who happened to team up with 2K Games and Gearbox. Can We Cut To An Official Fallout Film Now?

Another 'fan film' for the Fallout universe has surfaced, Fallout Lost/Found. Here's what is known. It's been a bit since we had a 'fan film' service to Fallout with Nuka Break so I guess it is time for another with Fallout Lost/Found. What is Fallout Lost/Found? Yet another fan short that will be making the rounds keeping all Fallout fans clamoring for a full on feature film or maybe an episodic show the likes of The Walking Dead. Reports are in that Screen Gems and Sam Raimi will be bringing The Last Of Us to the big screen. How excited are we now? File this new The Last Of Us news under the most amazing thing I could have heard and hope is 100% confirmed. What is it? That Sam Raimi, Ghost House Pictures, and Screen Gems is working on bringing The Last Of Us to the big screen. One of the best parts of the game, that being the story, will now be placed on a medium that will let everyone, gamer or not, to enjoy what I thought was one of the best stories I have had the pleasure to play through. Back in November of 2013 we got the first look at what the Heavenly Sword CGI film would look like. You Can Binge Watch Mortal Kombat Legacy Season 2, But Do You Want To?

Earlier this year we got a trailer and a few details about the second season of Mortal Kombat: Legacy. I was not overly impressed. Now the time has come and we have the full season available to watch. I have and am still not impressed at all. Again this feels like a simple milking of the franchise and nothing more. The Brothers Rapture Show Us Another Slice Of Rapture

I'd like to think that we haven't yet because of worry that fans would not accept it unless it is top notch. So what do we get in the interim?
