by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 11th of December 2014 - 10:00 PM ]
While At The PlayStation Experience I Was Able To See Resident Evil Revelations 2 In A More Intimate Setting Than Just A Trailer. It is coming out here in a few months but is it going to be worth our time and money We've had the release date for the first episode of Resident Evil Revelations 2 already but we've yet to have a whole lot of time to have hands on with how this new game will handle. Luckily it was on the floor of PlayStation Experience for all of us to give a quick run through of what we've seen time and time again already. I was lucky enough to wait to get a chance to see if Resident Evil Revelations 2 is going to be more like the current versions of the franchise or if it really does go back its root or more along with Resident Evil 4. Looks Like We Have The Evil Within — The Movie
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 28th of November 2014 - 10:00 PM ]
A YouTuber has taken the time and care to pull all of the cut scenes and gameplay from The Evil Within to edit out a nice feature length horror film for us all The Evil Within was slated to bring us the most terrifying experience in video games to date. Some would claim that Bethesda and Tango Gameworks fell a bit short on that promise. For every one of those naysayers out there though there is at least one other gamer who has yet to try and make it through the whole game out of fear. I know at least three personal. Read More...

Resident Evil Revelations 2 Is Not Just Escort Missions
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 25th of November 2014 - 10:00 PM ]
Two new gameplay videos for Resident Evil Revelations 2 have been released showing off how each character can help and team up to survive Slowly but surely we are going to see all of the game mechanics for Resident Evil Revelations 2 through short little clips. In fact two more little clips have cropped up here from the Resident Evil YouTube account that show off how the "buddy cop" thing is going to work out for you. Well at least in the regards of making sure Moira and Claire don't die and how they can help each other to explore and stay alive from all of the Afflicted in Resident Evil Revelations 2. At least there is one thing that they seem to be not making and that is another escort game where your partner is pretty much useless when not directly controlling them. Read More...

See How Resident Evil Revelations 2 Is Going To Handle In Your Hands
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 13th of November 2014 - 06:00 PM ]
Some new gameplay footage for Resident Evil Revelations 2 has surfaced and it shows off the menu system as well as the controller scheme We've seen Resident Evil Revelations 2 in action already but until now there was no context on how everything was being driven and controlled. It was easy to assume the basic for the game as Capcom doesn't deviate from the basics all too much. I mean why would you change Up on the Left Stick from moving the character forward and all that? It would make no sense unless you were making a title specifically to mess with the norm and let's face it, Resident Evil Revelations 2 is not a game that looks to be deviating from the norm but giving us more of the Resident Evil franchise in our faces. Have A Crisper Look At Resident Evil: Revelations 2
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 3rd of November 2014 - 10:00 PM ]
We have some new Resident Evil: Revelations 2 gameplay footage that shows off a bit more on the characters and enemies of the game We've had some early and odd looks at Resident Evil: Revelations 2 so far and if you are like me you want to see a bit more to be able to pass the proper judgment before shelling out the cash. While Resident Evil: Revelations 2 is set to be episodic in nature, there is nothing worse than getting partially involved only to see the game tank part way through. The only bonus is that you don't have to pay for the whole thing up front and can slowly pay for Resident Evil: Revelations 2 on the PS3, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox 360, or PC as you wish. Read More...

A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games Happy Halloween and happy end of the week in video games news. It's time to get a butt load of candy, fatter, diabetes, and have some time to kick back and play some of our favorite video games of the horror theme. All of this is to lead into the next month where we get to do it all again. Of course this is mostly directed at all of those American readers here as most other countries don't have the same holidays and look at us as the degenerate freaks that we are. Even if it isn't proclaimed all over the internet in much of a public face. Read More...

Meet The Evil Within's Maniac: The Sadist
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 22nd of October 2014 - 05:00 PM ]
A new video from Tango Gameworks has been release to show off the thought behind The Evil Within's chainsaw wielding maniac: The Sadist By now most of you have run into The Sadist in The Evil Within. That would be the chainsaw wielding maniac that even the Haunted are afraid of. Or, you know, the first chainsaw wielding maniac that you are forced to encounter at the beginning of The Evil Within. If you haven't run into him at all then you just haven't played The Evil Within yet or Bethesda and Tango Gameworks left some kind of huge bug in the game that allowed you to completely bypass this enemy. We'll assume the prior for now. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 17th of October 2014 - 11:00 PM ]
A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games Now that was one hectic week for video games. Not only did we get a whole bunch of new information and looks at some great titles coming up, like Assassin's Creed Unity, but we also had a nice look at something that stirred the pot in controversy. That would be for Hatred and the graphic nature of the title. All kinds of madness mixed into the already messed up world the industry is in right now but we have to keep chugging along don't we? The latest trailer for The Evil Within has been released from Bethesda and is begging to be Let Out Today is the day that The Evil Within is released to the world. So far the reviews haven't been as shiny as I am guessing Bethesda and Tango Gameworks has wanted but I am still very optimistic for The Evil Within in the long run. So if you aren't playing the game then you have something else to see besides all of those out there hammering through The Evil Within via streaming video. Read More...
