Yesterday I reported about a video that was “leaked” in regards if Sony is going to be announcing a new console or working on 3D gaming with the current PlayStation 3. According to the press release, Dungeon Siege 3 will have Square Enix (Final Fantasy) on board as Editor, and Obsidian Entertainment (Neverwinter Nights 2, Knights Of The Old Republic) as the Developer, with Gas Powered Games (Dungeon Siege 1/2, Supreme Commander 1/2) supervising the whole process. According to a leaked survey, the classic four person Nintendo shooter GoldenEye might be being built from the ground up by Activision, and coming to Wii consoles. This leak comes with possible box art and some concept screens. According to the leak, GoldenEye has been "Modernized" and will feature all the weapons and characters we love from Onatopp to Trevalyan, as well as classic weapons like the PP7 and high tech assault rifle. The leak also showed a picture of a new Wii controller shell, and a soon to be coveted gold plated classic N64 controller. Popular concert series Video Games Live has announced a crazy line-up of the of some of the most familiar and epic video game soundtracks for a new 90-minute special they are filming for PBS. Now, Video Games Live has been around for a while and is the brainchild of game music composer Tommy Tallirico and Jack Wall. For the unitiated, Video Games Live consists of video game music performed by a live orchestra with game footage and different lighting effects to coincide with the footage. This version of the concert will include music from the Super Mario, Zelda, Sonic, Halo, Warcraft, Final Fantasy, Castlevania, God of War, Civilization, Chrono Cross, StarCraft and Guitar Hero franchises, and will also be "including a musical journey through Classic Gaming".
