Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games Thus concludes our week of video games. Another solid week and not so many bad bits of news and delays. Of course that doesn't mean it was all happy and bouncy but in the world of video games that never seems the case. Thankfully we had some solid things like a new Jason and Counselor for Friday The 13th, the next episode of King's Quest finally coming, and all of the death dealing coming to Dishonored 2. We Are Returning To The Mall Again With New Dead Rising 4 Gameplay

Dead Rising 4 More gameplay for Dead Rising 4 has been released and it has us smashing through the Dead Rising 4 mall and world with all kinds of tech It shouldn't be too shocking that we are going back to the mall in Dead Rising 4 when it launches this December 6th. It kind of has been one of the big things that Capcom has been pushing for with all of their media content and campaigns so far. What says holidays more than Black Friday at the Mall and we are definitely getting an interesting version of it for Dead Rising 4. Dead Rising 4 Looks To Be Going Even More Over The Top With Weapons

Dead Rising 4 Some new gameplay for Dead Rising 4 has come out of Gamescom and it looks like we have other IPs as weapons in Dead Rising 4 again and then some There has been a whole load of gameplay released out there for Dead Rising 4 and it looks like we have even more to show off right out of Gamescom. It may not be in the form of a solid demo of the game run by Capcom but it is a whole lot more gameplay and showcasing of some of the games more unique weapons and armor. I mean Dead Rising 4 wouldn't be a fit into the franchise if it wasn't for all of the over the top style of weapons, armor, and gadgets so this is to be expected. Read More...

Celebrate 10 Years Of Dead Rising By Getting The Remasters This September

Dead Rising The remasters of the Dead Rising franchise have a release date just in time for the Dead Rising 10th anniversary that is coming this September Yesterday, August 8th, marked the literal 10th anniversary of Dead Rising's first release date and now it looks like we have a solid date on when we are all going to get to play the remaster of most of the titles that have come out in the franchise to date. I am not certain why Capcom is leaving out the third solid game in the list here but they are. None the less we will be getting all of the other Dead Rising titles remastered and out on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on September 13th with all of the usual upgrades and additions we should expect. Dead Rising 3's New Trailer Shows The Real Tone Of The Game

Just in case you were still worried about the overall tone of Dead Rising 3 still being "too serious" and you've missed all the Twitter chatter about the game still having its light hearted side, then do I have a trailer for you. The new Gamescom trailer for DR3 is out and from what I saw at SDCC for the game, this is more the tone that Capcom is going for. I'll let you take a watch in peace for now. Cites have been destroyed, human life is now precious even more so now yet everyone with a pulse has seemed to come to terms with zompoclypse. We Found The Best Zombie Plan

We asked for your plans and we got a lot of submissions. Looks like all we have to do is place Contest, Prize and Zombies into an article and we get all you readers' creative juices flowing. Maybe it was just the first two, but I like to think positive when it comes to the seriousness of having a good zombie plan. In the end, the most creative and interesting was written by error_code (Rhai). I mean it was not only a "How To Survive The Initial Onslaught" type plan, but it also included the long term plan as well; including a "doomsday switch" in case the zombies somehow overrun the base of operations. Learn Where The Plague Comes From in Dead Rising 2

Dead Rising 2 is only a few weeks out from launch. Wouldn't it be nice to have a solid feel for what is going into the game? You already know the basics of the story, the characters you will encounter, the weapons you'll use as well as the multiplayer. Yea, it kind of would be nice to have it all in one nice little spot. Well at least in four different video spots, which are all shown below.
