We started off with the announcement of a new Call Of Duty title and then ended with the announcement of Battlefield 1. All with a bit of Dishonored 2 mixed in and the start of the mad rush to get all of these reviews out to you all. DOOM The launch trailer for DOOM has been dropped on us and we get to see just how intense of a ride DOOM is going to be once it launches to all of us Not much longer now and we all will be playing DOOM in both multiplayer and single player to our hearts content. May 13th is going to be the big day for id Software to bring back the famed franchise and so far it has looked amazing and played amazing; at least in terms of the multiplayer so far. DOOM The multiplayer beta for DOOM is opening up to the public here soon and we have details on the DOOM post launch content; both free and paid If you were feeling left out because of the closed nature of DOOM's most recent multiplayer beta then you can stuff that in a sack. It looks like id Software needs more testing for the multiplayer aspect of the game and now Bethesda is going to open it up to you. By you I mean anyone who so chooses to load up DOOM on their PS4, Xbox One, or PC and partake in the open beta that is going on from April 15th to the 17th. DOOM On the heels of DOOM's multiplayer modes announcement we now have a look at the playable demons coming to DOOM in said multiplayer Here we go with yet another look at DOOM and its upcoming multiplayer. This time we have a good look at the demons that id Software have crafted for us to ruthlessly slaughter each other with in the game. Also some of those cool power ups and weapons that the non-demons in the game would be using to stay alive. DOOM The six multiplayer modes for DOOM have been revealed and it includes two classic modes that DOOM fans will remember and four others to flesh it out We just had a good look at the multiplayer maps that were coming to DOOM and now it looks like we have a look at the modes of gameplay we will have when entering into said maps. That didn't take too long but it is not surprising given that the beta goes live here in about a week and Bethesda needs to get us all more jazzed. DOOM A new video for DOOM has been released and this one shows off nine of the maps that will be included in DOOM's multiplayer during the beta & at launch The multiplayer beta for DOOM is only a few weeks out now and we haven't yet been able to see the maps that we will be killing each other on. This could be a good ploy by Bethesda to keep us all on our toes or it could be that id Software is still wrapping up a build just for the beta and they aren't done yet. Looks like whatever the case was before it is no longer the case as now we have a nice quick look at the nine maps coming to DOOM and that will be available to play when the beta goes live on March 31st for everyone lucky enough to be in on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. DOOM The dates for DOOM's multiplayer closed beta have been confirmed and it looks like fans of DOOM will be slaying each other in Hell very soon Looks like we all will be entering the brutal world of DOOM here soon as the multiplayer beta is only a few weeks out now. We are talking like a few weeks as it is currently slated to run from March 31st to April 3rd. At least if you picked up id Software's earlier title Wolfenstein: The New Order as it looks like Bethesda isn't fully ready to open the floodgates for DOOM's multiplayer to the world just yet. At least they are trying to work out some of the bugs earlier on than the week before unlike some other recent titles… As with all of these kinds of things this isn't going to be the full multiplayer mode coming to DOOM when it launches on May 13th. DOOM The release date for DOOM has been set and we also have a nice, new collector's edition for DOOM to try and get us to drop even more money on the game The wait is almost over for DOOM, or at least in sight, as we now have a solid release date for the game and it is May 13th 2016. Looks like id Software has finally made it to a place in the development process where they feel they can dictate when DOOM hits the PS4, Xbox One, and PC without worry of having to delay. DOOM A fresh batch of screenshots for DOOM have been released as well as a few highlights from the upcoming coverage of DOOM in Game Informer for us to take in Most of everything is stated in the above as we have some new screenshots for DOOM out there and ready for us all to pick apart and enjoy as id Software continues their work toward bringing us this franchise again. It does look like they are nailing DOOM to the best of their abilities from just the visuals we are getting here but there is still so much more until we can add this game to the great wall of Bethesda when DOOM launches sometime this spring. It's been kind of a scattered mess all week as to what we have been getting but none the less we had another fun week for all things video games. I know I am happy to see that Rise Of The Tomb Raider is going to have a lot of what made the franchise amazing back in it. A new bit of gameplay for DOOM has been released out there and it shows off some good old fashions demon killing…and the BFG Sometimes in the hullabaloo of things stuff gets lost in the cracks as was the case here with the most recent DOOM trailer that was released. There have been so many new things going on due to Gamescom and a plethora of title releases that this new DOOM trailer was also missed by us here as well.
