While At E3 I Got To See Batman: Arkham Knight In A More Intimate Setting Than Just The Trailer. Here's My Take On It If there was one title I was looking forward to seeing more of at E3 it was Batman: Arkham Knight. That was even before the epic showing during the Sony press conference and the other awesome gameplay snippets. It is one of the few titles that truly looked next gen to me back when it was first announced and it still holds up even though it was pushed out further for launch. Have a look at the new 'Battle Mode' for Batman: Arkham Knight's Batmobile and be sad that the game has been delayed until 2015 sometime Looks like we get to add Batman: Arkham Knight to the list of delayed games with something exclusive to show at E3 here next week. In this case it is the new "Battle Mode" for the Batmobile and all of the insanity that is packed inside of armored beast. Oh, and also there are a few new in-game shots for the game that shows off Batman's ride a bit more as well as Batman doing what he does best; kicking ass and chewing gum except Batman doesn't like gum… Or was it Batman doesn't like guns? A new gameplay trailer for Batman: Arkham Knight has been released showing off a bit of everything in the game. Including a view of the Scarecrow. Finally we have a bit of gameplay for Batman: Arkham Knight and it does more than just show off Batman kicking ass in the same form we have had throughout the Arkham franchise. We get some new looks at the villains, including Scarecrow and the Arkham Knight. We also get to see how much fun it is going to be wrecking Gotham with the Batmobile. Read More...

A new trailer for Transformers: Rise Of The Dark Spark has hit the web showing off quite a bit of fun gameplay. Do you know how close we are to the launch of Transformers: Rise Of The Dark Spark? About a month away now and the game was only officially announced back in February. I am sure that Edge Of Reality, the new studio working on the franchise, has been working long and hard before that but it is still crazy to think that the game is coming out on June 24th already and there is still so little to know about Transformers: Rise Of The Dark Spark outside of it taking place in the same War For Cybertron setting. Joe Madureira, former Creative Director for Darksiders, has indicated that the franchise is not dead. To all of you Darksiders fans out there it looks like there is still hope for another title in the franchise even though the original publisher has gone the way of the Dodo. According to Joe Madureira, you will know him as the Creative Director for Darksiders, "Nordic Games seems very committed to continuing the series." At least this was part of a recent Facebook posting from the former Creative Director. So that pretty much means that there is a great possibility and nothing set in stone as of yet. Read More...

Documents and images from the canceled World Of Darkness MMO have popped up on Reddit and we have them here. I am still taken back by the cancellation of the World Of Darkness MMO from last month. I love playing the table top and LARP versions of the game system and was feverishly looking forward to the MMO coming out and no longer requiring to have to hound a bunch of friends together to play in the world. It has been taken away from us now and there is nothing to do about but hope that someday the World Of Darkness MMO might be revisited. Ubisoft has announced an eBook sequel story to the events of Watch_Dogs slated to come out around the game's launch. Watch_Dogs is still about a month out from launch and there is already a talk about a sequel to the game's story. This isn't another quick turnaround for another game in the new franchise but an eBook titled Watch_Dogs //n/Dark Clouds. Kind of an interesting way to go about it there but it does fit into Ubisoft's want for all IPs to be able to have a franchise built around it. From what has been stated so far don't expect it to be just a continuation of the story in Watch_Dogs the game but a whole new story in the same universe written by John Shirley. Read More...

We have been able to scrape a bit on Batman: Arkham Knight and Alien Isolation but it has really been the smaller independent titles and hands on that have kept thing flowing here. We also had a few new game announcements, rumors, studio layoffs, and a review mixed in but I think the newer Economic PC Gaming tutorial build have had to have been one of the shining lights here. I think the headline here kind of says it all about this new batch of Batman: Arkham Knight screen shots. CCP has just announced that the World Of Darkness MMO has been canceled. Among other things… It has been over two years now since we last heard about the World Of Darkness MMO and any updates. In fact the last time we heard about anything for this game was that it was definitely still in the works and that we should be expecting it. This straight from the Senior Producer's (Chris McDonough) mouth and in turn CCP. So it is sad news for me to talk about the latest announcement that the World Of Darkness MMO is no longer in the works and that we have yet another rash of layoffs in the gaming industry. New details and screen shots for Batman: Arkham Knight. Also details on Arkham Knight, the new character for the Batman universe. If you are like me then when you heard about Batman: Arkham Knight you thought that it was just a fun little subtitle for the game. Up until now it was easy to just make that logic leap given all of the other subtitles for the Rocksteady franchise. I think that is why it was a bit shocking and surprising to find out that the Arkham Knight mentioned is a completely new "villain" for the Batman universe.
