Prey Another long bit of gameplay for Prey has been released but this time we get to see some of Prey's alien abilities mixed into it all Hopefully you are ready for a whole lot of new gameplay for Prey as that is what we have here for us all to digest. Well, some of it is new as the first bit is filled with the gameplay that Arkane Studios has already shown us all before, but thankfully there is a bit more than we've had before. There is still more to see for Prey before May 5th of course, but given that Bethesda was out at the con to show it all off, the amount still in hiding has been dwindled a little more. Styx It looks like Styx will be getting another buddy in Styx: Shards Of Darkness and this time it is one of your real-world friends The wait for Styx: Shards Of Darkness is finally over as the game finally comes to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on March 14th. That's not exactly why we are here though as not only is Cyanide Studios and Focus Home Interactive bringing the game to us but they are also bringing in the ability to play the game with a friend. Not the friend that we've seen already for Styx in terms of his clone but we are getting Co-Op game play in Shards Of Darkness. Prey A new gameplay video for Prey has released to showcase how we can use the powers of the Mimics in Prey to get around the game and survive One could say that once you've seen one of Prey's mimics in action then you've seen them all. That one person would be wrong as mimic can look and act like anything, but it gets even more compounded by the fact that Arkane Studios has also given us all the ability to do the same in the game through one of the first powers we unlock in the game. We've seen the enemies use it before but now we get to see just how we will get to handle it in Prey and it looks like it could be something truly silly or something that could save our lives in the game. Styx A new developer diary for Styx: Shards Of Darkness shows off a bit more of the game as well as how Styx has been evolved since the last game and beyond If Styx: Shards Of Darkness will be your first foray with this little goblin then A, you are missing out, and B, you need a crash course in who this little goblin is and how he has been crafted for the game and how he has evolved since. It would be odd if Cyanide Studios left him in the past and didn't use all of the new hardware and game to further show off this amazing character and while they are odd, they are not that odd. Prey The first hour of Prey has been played out there and now we have some great Prey gameplay chunks to see just how the game opens and handles There are still many months until Prey is officially released, May 5th is still the date, but it seems that Arkane Studios couldn't hold back from giving out some sweet demo action for us all. A nice hour long section of demo for the game at that and it is filled with a whole lot of what the game is going to bring to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. South Park It looks like South Park: The Fractured But Whole has been delayed again as this new South Park title has been pushed off of a Q1 2017 list now It does not look like South Park: The Fractured But Whole is catching any breaks with actually making it to a release date as it looks like the game has been hit with yet another delay. Originally it was slated to land just in time for the Christmas holiday, it would have made the perfect gift, as it was set to release on December 6th. That date has come and gone and we were all set to head back into South Park before the end of March as the release date was slated as Q1 of 2017. Read More...

Prey The release date for Prey has been set and we also have a nice new look at Prey's gameplay as we wait for May to inch ever so closer The date has been set for Prey now and it looks like we can add another video game into the mix of things in May now. Yep, it looks like Arkane Studios will be wrapping up everything to get the game out to us on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on May 5th here. That seems to be a nice date range for so many other video games out there and now Prey joins the ranks. Werewolf It has just been announced that Werewolf: The Apocalypse will be getting its own video game version for us to pretend to be a Werewolf out to save the world It seems like it wasn't that long ago that we were talking about a World Of Darkness MMO coming and then being canceled but now it looks like the universe is being brought back in video game form as we now have Werewolf: The Apocalypse getting the same treatment here. Yes, it looks like Paradox Interactive, the people who own the rights to the IPs, have given way for Cyanide Studios and Focus Home Interactive to give bringing this part of the universe to life and hopefully success. Werewolf: The Apocalypse wouldn't be my own personal choice to come from the WoD here but at least it looks like they are still willing to give it a try and give gamers a taste of the table top games in the realm of the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Styx A new cinematic trailer for Styx: Shards Of Darkness has released and it shows off a bit of Styx's stealth tactics and mayhem he can create in the process We are all still waiting for a solid release date for Styx: Shards Of Darkness as March is still the only part of the date still set out there but that doesn't mean that the videos and fun have to stop. Of course not and that is just what Cyanide Studios has brought us here yet again for the game with a new trailer aimed to highlight the thing we know Styx is good at; Stealth. I mean, his last title was named Master Of Shadows and with a name like that, not to mention how the game actually played, stealth was his strong suit and I know I was able to put it to some amazing use from start until the end. Prey In a recent interview for Prey it was revealed that Prey could end up being a new horror game based on how the AI works with its abilities Up to now Prey has been generally shown off as a nice action filled space adventure, of sorts, but since a recent interview on how some of the creatures react in the game it looks like Arkane Studios may have also made a horror game in the mix. At least if the AI of the game has anything to say about it as it looks like those Mimics in the game are not going to be scripted events but all how the game will react at will. Dishonored 2 The first big update for Dishonored 2 brings in a lot of fixes and new game plus to Dishonored 2 so you can choose just how the game plays out yet again Hopefully by now you have had the chance to play and experience Dishonored 2 at least once by now. At least that is the hope for most of you from not only myself but the team over at Arkane Studios. The reason for that is the fact that the first major update for Dishonored 2 has just dropped for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC versions of the game and will be bringing us all New Game+ in the mix. Darksiders We sit down and review Darksiders Warmastered Edition. The original game has been remastered for a new generation and platforms. Here's our review of Darksiders Warmastered Edition Last year we were able to see Darksiders 2 get the remaster that it deserved and now here we are with Darksiders Warmastered Edition to remaster the title that started it all. Not only that but THQ Nordic is the one bringing it back to us after KAIKO did all the remastering work. Not a bad combination and it also allows us and new gamers to experience Darksiders on a few more platforms that it had never been on to date. Read More...

ARK Park A new VR experience is coming with ARK Park as it will expand on aspects of the core title that ARK Park's VR would only be able to deliver to us all We've seen a few VR experiences that give us a feel for Jurassic Park but it looks like we are going to be getting a solid on here with ARK Park in 2017. At least a version that does what the original parks were intending to do without all of the crazy need to not be killed by dinosaur's aspect of it all. I guess Snail Games is going to leave all of that to ARK: Survival Evolved given that ARK Park is based in the same game universe and all about the fun experiences and not the dread of having to outrun all of those horrible beasts.
