by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 17th of September 2018 - 07:00 PM ]
Red Dead Redemption 2 New images for Red Dead Redemption 2 are here to give us a look and feel for the many different locations we will visit in Red Dead Redemption 2 October 26th seems so far away right now, but thankfully for those looking out for Red Dead Redemption 2, we have a new look at some of the locations we will get to explore in the game. All in a nice little postcard style of images from Rockstar Games to try and highlight some of the varying lands in the game. It would get a bit boring if all we had was old, rustic towns in the middle of a desertscape to shoot our way through. Read More...

The Walking Dead We have a new trailer for The Walking Dead: The Final Season to get us all ready for the next addition to The Walking Dead video game story Next week we will see the continuation of the story for The Walking Dead: The Final Season and how Clementine will wrap it all up. In the usual manner for Telltale Games, we do not need to wait the full week until we get to see just where this story will be taking us and it could also bring more of another villain group to the forefront. That is if they want to keep bringing in more from the core story for The Walking Dead here. Just by looking at the basic key art here I am sure any true fan will see what is in the pipes. Death Won’t Come Easily In Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 10th of September 2018 - 07:00 PM ]
Sekiro A new trailer for Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is here to take us through a few new looks for Sekiro as well as some of the verticality we can expect While we may have to wait a bit for this year's TGS to fully kick off, we do not need to wait to see something new for Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice that will be shown off out there. That is right; we have a new trailer to look at for this title from FromSoftware that caught a lot of attention out at E3 this year. I am guessing you figured that out as you clicked in here anyways and are most likely looking for more on Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice instead of just random tidbits like that. Read More...

There Are More Nightmares To Come In The Walking Dead: The Final Season
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 4th of September 2018 - 07:00 PM ]
The Walking Dead We have a new look at the second episode of The Walking Dead: The Final Season showing off how the nightmares of The Walking Dead still persist We have seen some stuff go down in The Walking Dead from Telltale Games so far. Some really heavy stuff goes down. That also means that the characters in the game have also seen this stuff and have been written appropriately to show how all of that has affected them. Nightmares do seem like something that the denizens of the universe should be having all the time. In the latest show for The Walking Dead: The Final Season out of PAX West, we get to see that a bit more. Read More...

Review — Strange Brigade
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 29th of August 2018 - 09:00 PM ]
Strange Brigade We sit down and review Strange Brigade. A Co-Op romp through a very strange and mystical world. Here is our review of Strange Brigade The time has come for us to take on the world with the Strange Brigade. Not only the name of the organization we will be playing a part of but also the latest title to come from Rebellion in the way of a Co-Op third-person shooter. It has had a rather fast turnaround time from announcement to launch and that has cast some weirdness on Strange Brigade since. At least from some of the gaming community. Read More...

Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week That was a fun week in terms of video games. Things Are Getting Darker In Overkill’s The Walking Dead
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 17th of August 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
The Walking Dead It looks like Overkill’s The Walking Dead is heading to Gamescom and with that means we are getting a look at a new area in their take on The Walking Dead We will soon be treated with more for Overkill’s The Walking Dead as it looks like the developer is heading out to Gamescom here in the coming weeks and unsurprisingly bringing its gameplay with it. Not too shocking given that Overkill just showed the first bit off at E3 here and it was met with a whole lot of positive responses in general. Hells, we even loved the hells out of this take on The Walking Dead and are glad to see more gamers are going to get to check it out before launch. Read More...

Silence Will Ring The Loudest In The Quiet Man
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 16th of August 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
The Quiet Man New details for The Quiet Man are here as well as a look at how The Quiet Man will blend live-action and CG in this action game We finally have some solid details on The Quiet Man after the title was announced during E3 in a very strange way. All it seemed like we had was a live-action trailer with a little bit of gameplay mixed in. As it turns out, that was actually all "gameplay" from Human Head Studios as they are aiming to bring us a mix of live-action film mixed with third-person action gameplay to seamlessly tell us a nice little narrative. Little in terms of The Quiet Man spanning only one in-game night and only taking us about three hours to complete from start to end. Read More...

Review — The Council: Ripples
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 15th of August 2018 - 09:00 PM ]
The Council We sit down and review The Council: Ripples. This is the third episode of Big Bad Wolf’s interesting take on history & the occult. Here’s our review of The Council: Ripples The intrigue continues as The Council: Ripples has dropped out there and we have now had a chance to play it through. There is something huge building in the game and it looks like we are about to hit the point Big Bad Wolf has been building toward. At least it feels that way as we are now at the midpoint of The Council with this episode. Read More...
