Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Things are starting to slow down and we can start to kick back and enjoy some of those video games we have out there. It is that time of year, and even though the awards of last week gave us some stuff to look at for The Callisto Protocol and a new Mass Effect, I have feeling things will be slowing down a lot more until the new year starts. Control Control is getting some big updates next year and now we can see and know when the Control Ultimate Edition is coming We all knew it was coming and now we know when for the Ultimate Edition for Control. We will be seeing this version of the game out there on from Remedy in February on the 2nd… if you are looking for the digital version on the PS5 and Xbox Series X. For those looking for the physical version of Control Ultimate Edition, then you will have to wait until March 2nd for that. IONIA Have a look at Rhythm Of The Universe: IONIA as we aim to head to the land of IONIA in the first of many VR games in this line We have a new fantasy anthology heading to our VR platforms out there and now we get a little more of a taste for the one that is kicking it off with Rhythm Of The Universe: IONIA. This would be the first from ROTU Entertainment in their Rhythm Of The Universe series that aims to span a planned seven titles. Endzone A new update for Endzone: A World Apart offers up new ways to use and herd animals out in the Endzone wastelands The ninth update for Endzone: A World Apart is out there as the Early Access rages on, and this one is looking to offer up some interesting twists to the wildlife out there. Well, more different ways to utilize them that goes a bit beyond just hunting and killing them in the wilds to help feed the people in the settlements. It would seem that we wanted more out of Endzone when virtually surviving and now we have an update that will allow us to herd and cultivate more from these animals. Twin Mirror The launch of Twin Mirror is here and we get one more chance to discover more of the truth behind Twin Mirror now Twin Mirror is finally here as December 1st is upon us and the game has launched on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC. A nice smattering of platforms to experience it all on if I do say so. Something that I am sure DontNod is glad to have to as it looks like this new and twisted world they have built needs to be seen by as many gamers out there as possible. Soulcalibur Another DLC character for Soulcalibur VI is announced with the next big update for Soulcalibur VI coming this week If you have been waiting for more fighters to come to Soulcalibur VI, then get ready for December 2nd to come our way, as we have a new unknown soul joining the fight. Well, unknown until you watch the trailer where Bandai Namco tells us that it is Hwang coming back after fighting in disguise here. Not the biggest of shocks, but it does round out the latest fighter pack for the game with the character joining back in for the Soulcalibur universe. Grounded A new update for Grounded is out there and it will be adding a massive Koi pond to Grounded among other updates The updates keep flowing out there into the world of Grounded and this time we have a new one that will add in a Koi Pond for us to navigate and explore. I mean, the title here kind of gives all of that away but it needed to be said here before we go into the little extras that Obsidian Entertainment gave with that announcement. Animal Farm The release date for Animal Farm is set down for the PC with the concepts in Animal Farm hitting most of us in full force It feels about right for this announcement, as we now have a release date for the upcoming video game version of Animal Farm on the PC. It will not be here in time for the upcoming big event in the United States, but it does look like Nerial is trying to get it out there as close as possible. Hells, it could be even closer to how things will progress out here by the time Animal Farm releases and it will not be as much metaphor as well hope.
