Feral Rites Insomniac is working on two more VR experiences, Feral Rites & The Unspoken, for the Oculus and both Feral Rites & The Unspoken looks to bring us something completely new Fresh off their most recent amazing release it looks like Insomniac Games has two more games/experiences for us later this year in terms of Feral Rites and The Unspoken. Both of which will be titles for the Oculus technologies and feature very different forms of gameplay and experiences. Of course that would be the case and if it wasn't for the fact that all of the news broke together we would have wasted your time talking about Feral Rites and then go into a whole other posting about The Unspoken. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 15th of April 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Red Dead Redemption 2 Another rumored tidbit for Red Dead Redemption 2 has popped up in ways a of game map & points to Red Dead Redemption 2 being a prequel not a sequel Here we go with yet another Red Dead Redemption 2 rumor to get you all hyped up for a game that has yet to even be announced. A game that Rockstar Games has even yet to fully tease could be in the works but that of course could all be playing coy. Either way it looks like the game map for Red Dead Redemption 2 has found its way out there somehow and Take-Two Interactive has yet to shut it all down. Of course that doesn't mean much but there are claims it came right out the workshop somehow. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 14th of April 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Ghostbusters Another Ghostbusters video game will be making its way to us all and it so happens to tie into the new Ghostbusters out this July Yep, as you guessed it or read it there is a new Ghostbusters game coming to us all just in time for the new film. Of course since this is all based on our collective love of the 80s it is also coming from Activision as well; although the actual developer has been left nameless at this time. None the less we are getting a new Ghostbusters video game here on July 12th for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Also as it seems it is a tie-in title too so now we can all begin with a bit of the groaning… Alright, now simmer down as it looks like this Ghostbusters isn't going to be an exact film tie-in but more or less a continuation. Change The Hearts & Minds Of Homefront: The Revolution's Populous
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 13th of April 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Homefront Another trailer for Homefront: The Revolution has been released and this time we get a better look at Homefront's Hearts And Minds mechanic that was teased before During the last trailer for Homefront: The Revolution we caught wind of one of the game's mechanics, Hearts and Minds, but never really received a solid explanation on how it works. It was more of a footnote in the video by Dambuster Studios on how the combat and tactics of the game will be used in the game. It is almost like Deep Silver is releasing the videos for Homefront here while introducing the mechanics or features for the next video coming. Read More...

Black Ops 3 Another trailer for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3's upcoming Zombies DLC has been released and this time we get to see some Black Ops 3 gameplay mixed into the story of events A little while back we had a nice little taste of the upcoming Zombies expansion for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 Zombies mode. It gave us a look at how Treyarch is shaping the story up for us to make us want to keep blasting those damned things in the head. Of course being as before it was all about the story there was no real gameplay shown off to get us amped or ready for what this Black Ops 3 DLC is bringing. Read More...

7 Days To Die Coming To Consoles From Telltale Publishing
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 7th of April 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
7 Days To Die 7 Days To Die is making its way over to the consoles this June from Telltale and it looks like 7 Days To Die is the start of a new program from the publisher Looks like another blast from the past game, 7 Days To Die, is going to be heading to the PS4 and Xbox One here. This would be the Survival Horde Crafting title that was built by indie developer The Fun Pimps that only saw the light of day on the PC, Mac, and Linux platforms. Telltale Publishing couldn't have that be so now they are bringing 7 Days To Die to a bigger audience to help destroy the current sales of 1.5 million gamers to most likely a whole lot more. Review — Binaries
by Dakota B. Johnson [ Monday, 4th of April 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
Binaries We sit down and review Binaries. It's a quirky little platformer of sorts from another small developer. Here's our review of Binaries Binaries is the world’s first concentration-platform game developed by Ant Workshop. This is the Scotland based developers first project. Lead developer Tony Gowland has been a game designer for over fourteen years, and has quite the list of accomplishments along with Will Morton who has many accomplishments to his name as well. I found this game to be a love hate relationship. I would power through levels and get angrier with each death. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 4th of April 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Overwatch Another Overwatch video short has been released and this time we get a good look at Overwatch's Widowmaker and some of the events that led up to the brawl we will know Just as we were promised it looks like another great little animated short for Overwatch has been released. This time it is a solid look at the deceptive sniper, Widowmaker, and how her actions are part of the reason of the conflict in Blizzard's upcoming title. You have most likely seen bits of this over the weekend as it ran during a lot of popular shows but now you can see her in action in the world of Overwatch. That and the full six minute video instead of the little thirty second clip that has already made the rounds. Read More...

It Is Time To Ignite The Revolution In Homefront: The Revolution
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 30th of March 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Homefront A new trailer for Homefront: The Revolution has surfaced with a bit more of the story and tone for Homefront even though it feels a lot like stories of the past Here we go with yet another trailer for Homefront: The Revolution and this one is quite explosive. Literally here as it has been jam packed with all kinds of in-game footage from Dambuster Studios to show off just how poorly Philadelphia has fallen in the game's world. This of course is something that anyone who has kept their eyes on Homefront since the franchise popped up would know to be is "not good." If it was good then we wouldn't have much of a game and Deep Silver wouldn't be looking to get much back from us when it launches on May 17th. Read More...

Review — The Minims: A New Beginning
by Dakota B. Johnson [ Monday, 28th of March 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
The Minims The Minims is an enjoyable point and click adventure and here is our review of The Minims The Minims is the debut, 3D point and click adventure game from Beyond Those Hills. A new indie development studio in Athens, Greece. The game opens on a stormy night, slowly panning up to a single tree located on the rocky cliff-side. Lightning flickered illuminating the scenery as dull orange text appeared at the bottom of my screen. The tutorial prompted me to hold shift to rotate the camera and left click to interact with the tree. Read More...

The Vampire Magician Of Hitman Is Coming While We Wait
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 25th of March 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Hitman A new set of challenges for Hitman are coming as we are forced to wait a bit longer for the teased Elusive Targets that were supposed to hit Hitman already By now you have most likely burned through all of the main missions in Hitman and have been dabbling in the Escalation Contracts and waiting for those Elusive Targets to show up. This is the main bit of content that will help hold us all over as Io Interactive wraps up the next "episode" for April. Sadly though it looks like the wait is going to be even longer for the Elusive Targets as they have been delayed until around the time of the second episode's release but that doesn't mean that Square Enix isn't trying to get us more Hitman in the meantime.
