It was announced that a Need For Speed reboot is coming and we have a teaser trailer to get our engines running If you've been sitting around hoping for a new Need For Speed title to continue the franchise then today is your day. Not your lucky day but your day as a new Need For Speed is coming this Fall for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. The reason it may not be your lucky day is that this new installment for the franchise is a full reboot from EA and Ghost Games. The Executioner Is Here To Kill Your Demons In The Evil Within
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 20th of May 2015 - 07:01 PM ]
The first bit of gameplay for The Executioner DLC for The Evil Within has been released and we are getting a first person mode All things must come to an end and in this case it is the expanding world of The Evil Within. At least as this part of the franchise goes. The last bit of DLC, The Executioner, is coming on May 26th from Bethesda and Tango Gameworks and will let you play as none other than The Keeper. This would be the creature better known as Boxman by the internet and fans of The Evil Within. I guess that is one way to go out with a bang here but let's hope it is enough to drive the publishers to want The Evil Within 2 or some other spin off to make a true franchise. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 20th of May 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
Another promo video for LEGO Dimensions has been released from TT Games and this time we get a look at some gameplay for LEGO Dimensions So not only do we have a new promotional video for LEGO Dimensions starring none other than Doc Brown himself but we also have a nice new bit of gameplay showing off the Back To The Future dimension for the game. Pretty much just like we had back when TT Games and Warner Bros. first showed off the game only with the actor and from the sounds of things voice actor for the game. Read More...

Watch Hades Rule Again In God Of War III Remastered
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 19th of May 2015 - 07:01 PM ]
A new video for the God Of War III Remastered version coming to the PS4 has been released showing off the epic Hades boss battle The title here should really say it all but just in case, we have some new footage for God Of War III Remastered and this time it is the entire boss fight with my main man Hades. All of course in 1080p running at 60 frames per second so we can all get a good feeling for what we can expect to see from the remastered version Sony Santa Monica has been working on to bring us. Not a bad choice of fight or scene to bring us to show off God Of War III Remastered's new visuals if I do say so myself but of course I am a bit bias here. Read More...

We'll Sacrifice More Than Time For The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 18th of May 2015 - 09:00 PM ]
The launch trailer for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt has been released in preparation for the game's release date that is less than twenty four hours from now In less than twenty four hours from this posting literally over a million gamers will be enjoying The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. At least enjoying it as CD Projekt RED is hoping. Some may love it and some may hate it but none the less that wait is over for the game and we can see how it stood up through the massive development time it has taken. I know I am in the 'stoked' category for The Witcher 3 but many may still be on the fence. Read More...

The Sons Of Winter Are Coming With New Game Of Thrones Screens
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 18th of May 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
New screenshots for Game Of Thrones fourth episode have surfaced thus hearkening a release date coming soon for the episodic fun It's been about two months now so it is high time we had an update for the next episode of Game Of Thrones from Telltale. Like it has almost been literally two months since The Sword In The Darkness released and the TV show is half done with the season by the time of this being written. The synergy just isn't melding if that is what HBO and Telltale were going for with the episodic adventure of Game Of Thrones here. Thankfully though we may not have to wait much longer for the next episode to hit as we have a whole bunch of new screenshots for the next episode of Game Of Thrones titled Sons Of Winter. Get Ready For Our DOOM At E3 With A Nice Little Tease
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 18th of May 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
The first bit of gameplay for DOOM has been released to tease a world gameplay reveal at Bethesda's E3 event in June We've all been waiting patiently for something more on the upcoming DOOM title from id Software and Bethesda. Very patiently given that there were pre-order bonuses that gave us access to the DOOM beta when it goes live. We have yet to see a thing for the game but at least we all were sure it was still on its way. Today though it looks like the wait…now has a defined end date at Bethesda's E3 event when we should be seeing DOOM in action most likely on the PC version but possibly on the PS4 or Xbox One version. A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Oh and that new Assassin's Creed game for the year: Syndicate. That's also if we want to ignore all the new stuff for The Witcher 3 and Arkham Knight too. Read More...

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Will Give You A Night To Remember
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 14th of May 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
A launch cinematic trailer for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt has been released and it is as impressive as the game itself looks to be Next week is the big week for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. That of course being the week the rest of the world will be able to experience the game on their PS4, Xbox One, or PC. I am sure that CD Projekt RED has to be on pins and needles right now even though the first waves of reviews have been generally positive for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. For most developers this would generally mean sitting back on their laurels and waiting to see how the masses accept their game but instead we have an insanely high quality launch cinematic from The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt that shows off the quality we've heard and seen up to date. Nintendo Is Bringing The World Championships Back At E3 2015
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 13th of May 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
Nintendo has released their upcoming plans for E3 2015 and one of them involves bringing the Nintendo World Championships back after a long hiatus Normally it isn't big news, at least big news to me, when a company like Nintendo announces the times for their upcoming press conferences like the one that happens each year at E3. Unless there is a big hardware or franchise return update there really isn't much to go on, especially when it comes to Nintendo lately. Even the huge thing for the Wii U was kind of a bust and not all too much to write online about. Read More...

Many Reasons Just To Listen To The King's Quest Story
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 13th of May 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
A new developer diary for King's Quest has been released showing off the voice cast that will help The Odd Gentlemen bring King's Quest to life With a great narrative franchise like King's Quest has had and what we expect in our games moving forward, The Odd Gentlemen have their work cut out for them. Especially give the franchise's past and what nostalgic gamers are going to want to see from the new iteration of the franchise. I don't envy the developer at all here as they have a huge light on them and fans of the franchise over the long run will be rough. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 11th of May 2015 - 09:00 PM ]
The first bit of gameplay for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt on the Xbox One has been released to let us all compare between platforms now We have seen a whole lot of footage for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. CD Projekt RED has shown off quite a bit up to now and so far things have been overly impressive and it is no question as to why the game has over one million pre-orders already slated for May 19th. We've seen The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt played on PC as well as PS4 but until now we have yet to see it running on the Xbox One. Not that the game wasn't scheduled for it from day one but there just hasn't been a good public showing on that platform…wait for it…until now. Read More...
