A New Tease Offers Up A Little More For Resident Evil Village
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 15th of January 2021 - 06:00 PM ]
Resident Evil Resident Evil Village will have a large showcase next week but we have a little more Resident Evil to see right now It may not be too much, but we finally have something a bit more solid for Resident Evil Village outside of a few seconds in a different sizzle real. This time it is in a teaser for what Capcom is going to bring us next week but at least it is all about this game and not something mixed in that we have to try to pinpoint. We have a new thirty-second tease for Resident Evil Village now, with a long trailer next week, and this one takes us into some of the other strangeness that will be coming in this one. This includes a look at someone that is going to be assumed to be a bigger antagonist in the final game than we might have thought. Read More...

Hogwarts Legacy Has Been Delayed Out Until 2022
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 14th of January 2021 - 10:00 PM ]
Hogwarts A delay has hit Hogwarts Legacy to give the team more time to perfect what we expect in a game like Hogwarts Legacy Well, that did not take that long to see as Hogwarts Legacy is now delayed until 2022. Given that it was announced only last September and was given the timeline of 2021 from Avalanche Software, it seems a bit odd to have this announcement. It is what it is and now we will have to wait just a bit longer to see Hogwarts Legacy actually become a thing on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC. Although, it would be possible to see that they might drop the last-gen systems to focus on the future instead. Read More...

We Have A New Roadmap & Some Explanations For Cyberpunk 2077
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 14th of January 2021 - 08:00 PM ]
Cyberpunk 2077 There is a bit more information around Cyberpunk 2077 from how it was developed to what to expect in the future for Cyberpunk 2077 It would be an understatement to say Cyberpunk 2077 had the best launch it could have had. That goes between not only the consoles but the PC version of the game too. Experiences have differed amongst gamers out there, but there were issues and it looks like CD Projekt RED is aiming to take responsibility for it all and get what we all expected out there at some point. A point that looks to span the full year until we finally see Cyberpunk 2077 get the next-gen update for the PS5 and Xbox Series X in the second half of the year and most likely after the first free DLC that is planned. The Combat Is Going To Be Extremely Dynamic In Returnal
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 14th of January 2021 - 06:00 PM ]
Returnal A new look at the combat for Returnal is here to give us a feel for how it will always be shifting within Returnal It is time to dive in more with Returnal here with a new look at how the combat in the game will function. Well, more on how the weapons and their attachments will function in the game. Given that Housemarque is giving us a rogue-like experience but it does look like the weapons we will gather can move along with us as we try again to get out of the time loop. This is where some of the alien objects in Returnal kick in to help us keep some of the things we find or use to carry over and be in the random mix to start with when we go back in once again on the PS5. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 13th of January 2021 - 10:00 PM ]
Iris.Fall We sit down and review Iris.Fall. A puzzle game all about the light and shadows. Here is our review of Iris.Fall In a world of fast-paced shooters and gritty adventure games, it is nice to see titles like Iris.Fall have a chance to get out there and shine. Sure, it had its time on the PC a little bit ago, but it felt like it went under the radar for many out there and it is time for NExT Studios to give all of the PlayStation, Xbox, and Switch games a chance to experience what this puzzle game has to offer. This is why we are here yet again to dive into Iris.Fall and give you our review on how the game holds up and managed to handle on the consoles we are all gathering around currently. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 13th of January 2021 - 08:00 PM ]
Hellpoint A release date for the Switch version of Hellpoint is now set with a new physical edition for Hellpoint coming too It is not like it was unknown that Hellpoint was going to be making the jump over to the Switch. We just did not have a solid release date for it, but that is all changing with the announcement that will now be February 25th or 26th. Not because there is some confusion or the developer not wanting to set a solid date. It is because there is a digital and physical edition for Hellpoint that will be dropping on the device respectively. Read More...

Story, gameplay, and the inspiration that Cyanide used to help bring this version of the game to life. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 12th of January 2021 - 06:00 PM ]
Indiana Jones A new Indiana Jones video game is on the way with a slight tease to let us know who is bringing Indiana Jones back to us Here we go with an interesting update so shortly after hearing about Lucasfilm Games being a thing again, as we have the announcement for a new Indiana Jones video game now. A new game coming from Bethesda and Machine Games to give us that classic pulp comic feel again with the character. That is the assumption of things with what little we have for Indiana Jones here. Hitman 3 Takes Us Into The Silent Assassin Realm With These Six Locales
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 11th of January 2021 - 10:00 PM ]
Hitman New Hitman 3 gameplay shows off how to go into Dubai silently as we get the full list of Hitman 3 locations too It looks like some of the sites out there have access to Hitman 3 or at least some new footage for the game, as we have a nice little treat with that today. A nice little treat that also has the added bonus of the full listing of locations we will get to murder in when the game hits the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Switch, and PC on January 20th. We will focus on the gameplay more for Hitman 3 instead of the locations, as many have not been shown off so we are going to be left to speculate what is going on within them. I do mean shown off in video form and not just word and images for now. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 8th of January 2021 - 10:00 PM ]
Returnal The next HouseCast for Returnal is here and the team shows off new gameplay for Returnal as well as how the controls will add in The developer interviews and podcasts for Returnal keep on flowing, as the third one is out there for us all to enjoy. Enjoy and also look for a few more interesting things that Housemarque are putting into the game besides going from 2D to 3D with the development process as well. That and a little more of the Returnal gameplay mixed in for us to see how crazy the world could be when the game hits the PS5 this year. It is colorful and it looks like the team is putting their pedigree on the line to try to bring us something new for the next-gen hardware. Read More...

Hitman 3 Welcomes Us All To Dartmoor To Solve A Murder
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 8th of January 2021 - 06:00 PM ]
Hitman Another location in Hitman 3 is here to give us a murder mystery while we go about our own murder in the Hitman IP Here we go with even more gameplay for Hitman 3 this week and with it comes a new location and setting for us to go through. Sure, it takes away a bit of the surprise when we play it all the first time but it does show off how IO Interactive is trying to build out the world and give us some variants to the style yet again. This time it is the location Dartmoor and it looks like there is a bit of a twist. A murder mystery is going on and one of the opportunities we can take is to roll in as the investigator to take out the target. Read More...

Gear Up To Play All Of The Latest Hitman Titles In VR
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 7th of January 2021 - 06:00 PM ]
Hitman New footage for Hitman 3 gives us a look at how the whole Hitman trilogy will function in a VR setting It was not a huge secret that we would be seeing all of the Hitman trilogy here in the past few years in a VR setting. On the PSVR and various PC VR settings too. This was something that seemed to be a bit of a rougher thing to do given how the games have been put out there by IO Interactive, but it looks like they are making it work. All of which comes to us when Hitman 3 drops on January 20th and now we get a little taste of how they are putting us into the role of Agent 47 a little bit more. Even if it looks like we are going to have some stretchy arms in the game. Read More...

Kelly Will Be Fully Back To Help Ash In Evil Dead: The Game
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 6th of January 2021 - 10:00 PM ]
Evil Dead The actress from Ash Vs Evil Dead will be back to fully voice her character in Evil Dead: The Game when it comes This may not be the biggest of break news out there, but as a fan of Ash Vs. Evil Dead and seeing some talent get more work, I am glad to report that it looks like Dana DeLorenzo will be lending her voice to bring Kelly to life in the game. It was assumed back when we first had the announcement from Boss Team Games that we would see the character as it did look like she was in there for a few seconds. Also, it was stated we would see some of those characters mixed into Evil Dead: The Game too. Read More...

Outriders Has A New Date To Look For With A Demo On The Way
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 6th of January 2021 - 06:00 PM ]
Outriders A new release date is set for Outriders with a demo for Outriders hitting us in February instead of the full title Just as we all thought would happen, it looks like Outriders is now delayed and will be heading to us on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC on April 1st now. Not as a joke, but when it looks like People Can Fly will be able to make sure we have the best version of the game. That is the hope, at least, but we will have to just wait and see for Outriders. That is, unless, you want to give the game a go in a demo form. Read More...
