A new collectors for Skylanders Trap Team has been announced called the Dark Edition It has been well reported that we will be able to trap villains and use them in the upcoming Skylanders Trap Team. This also includes the likes of Kaos, the main villain over the past few titles. This of course requiring a special add-on to the physical game in the form of keys which are purchased separately like all of the toys; this would include the special Kaos trap. A screenshot from the upcoming Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain looked real enough to be used for real news This news report has since been updated but it feels more like a PR spin than truly admitting that they screwed up and used an image from Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain to shock people into believing their propaganda or at least listen to what they were saying. "News" outlet RT and show SophieCo were recently covering a story on children soldiers and were speaking to a former child soldier when the camera panned by and showed a scene from the next Kojima game. Oddworld: New 'n' Tasty is the most recent HD remastering for Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee and it is releasing tomorrow (7/22) on the PS4 in the North American region. A new trailer for Destiny has been released showing off some of the timed-exclusive DLC If you were curious on what came in the Vanguard Armory pre-order bonus for Destiny then you need not wait any longer. For all of you who don't have to wait until Fall of 2015 here is what you will be getting if you pre-ordered Destiny on the PS4 or PS3. Sony and Naughty Dog just announced The Last of Us: One Night Live event for fans to see things, well, live It shouldn't be a hidden fact that many of us loved The Last Of Us. Hells, I'm included in that list there. It was one of the biggest games of last year and it was so popular that Naughty Dog was already working on bringing it to the PS4 shortly after the PS3 launch. During the Bethesda conference at Quakecon there was an announcement of a third release date for The Evil Within Unlike what will happen when playing The Evil Within, calm down. This is not another piece of bad news for The Evil Within but it is a bit of good as it was let loose that the game is now coming out a week earlier now. That means that evil will be taking hold on October 14th now instead of the 21st. That is as long as Bethesda doesn't change their minds after what they claimed at Quakecon here recently. A new trailer for Styx: Master Of Shadows has been released to show off the main goblin doing what he does best Last month we were able to re-watch the E3 gameplay for Styx: Master Of Shadows and it looks to be the perfect Thief-like game to me. Now we have a nice little extra look at a bit of gameplay and a bit more on the story that will be taking place during the game. It isn't all that much more but it is something for what I am seeing as a sleeper hit coming to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC this upcoming September. Ubisoft is setting up a Parkour obstacle course for those at SDCC to hone their Assassin's Creed skills in real life It really looks like The Walking Dead Escape started something at SDCC as it looks like Ubisoft and Assassin's Creed are now bringing their real world video game experience to the convention with the Assassin's Creed Experience. A new TV Spot and screenshots for The Last Of Us Remastered give us a look at the upgrades for the game A little while back we had some "leaked" screenshots for The Last Of Us Remastered to look at and see if the up-scaling for the game made things look any better. Well now we have an official trailer for The Last Of Us Remastered as well as quite a few new screenshots for the game and… I am still torn on if I can see any real improvement over the PS3 version to the PS4 version of the game. It is a bit tough to see anything with just stills and the little bit of in-game footage that we do get in this new TV Spot for The Last Of Us Remastered. A few new screenshots for the Alien Isolation DLC have surfaced showing a few scenes from the expansions I've been reading lately that people are upset about the pre-order DLC for Alien Isolation. I'm not completely sure why or if it is just the general hatred and Alien Isolation is just getting the backlash because it is the most recent that will have DLC for all platforms out the gate and not "exclusive" timed DLC like other titles that will remain nameless. In an interview with Mad Catz during EVO 2014 Ed Boon spoke about the possibility of guest character DLC for Mortal Kombat X It seems a bit odd to be speaking of guest characters for Mortal Kombat X when we only had the game's seventh main character announced during EVO here recently.
