Game streaming service OnLive is shutting down at the end of the month but Sony has purchased some of their tech for some reason Some of you may have heard of OnLive or maybe even used the video game streaming service over the last few years since its launch. For those not in the know OnLive was a cool litter service that allowed users to purchase and play PC games without the need for a high-end system to run the graphics at the best settings. I was lucky enough to have used some of their hardware in the past and while the controller to keyboard syncs were not always the best, the service was nice and it did what you were paying for. If you are playing the game on the PS3 or PS4 in North America then you have about 24 hours to wait as the third episode for Game Of Thrones will be out tomorrow. A new promo banner for Game Of Thrones — The Sword In The Darkness, episode three, shows that we may be seeing more Daenerys Targaryen in the game Here we are just over a month from the last episode of Telltale's Game Of Thrones and it looks like we may be getting the third in short order here. At least that would be the normal speculation as a promo banner for the third episode of Telltale's take on the franchise has cropped up. What is interesting here of course is that it proudly displays one of the great fire-breathing worms that everyone jokes about never coming. Deep Silver announced a new development studio under their wing and that they are at full speed developing Homefront: The Revolution For those who have been wondering about the status of Homefront: The Revolution, wonder no more. Deep Silver announced today that they have a new developer on board and they are hard at work to knock Homefront: The Revolution out of the park next year on the PS4, Xbox One, PC, Mac, and Linux platforms. The developer here being Dambuster Studios which was founded in July 2014, in Nottingham, UK, and is comprised of a majority of veterans from Crytek UK. Sentris, a weird rhythm/music game with a puzzle element, is making its way over to the PS4 from Steam When we hear about rhythm games we generally will fall back to Rock Band, Guitar Hero, or Amplitude. What I have here to show and talk about is another rhythm game that adds a bit of a puzzle element into the mix and it is called Sentris. Some of you may have heard about this title as it has released on the Steam service already. Bethesda has announced that they are releasing a new prequel to Wolfenstein: The New Order titled Wolfenstein: The Old Blood There is no doubt that Wolfenstein: The New Order was an amazing addition and revitalization to the franchise. In fact it was so good I wanted to play through twice not for the deviating story lines but to enjoy it all again. Well it looks like we are getting even more from Bethesda and MachineGames as they have just announced a prequel to Wolfenstein: The New Order titled Wolfenstein: The Old Blood due out on May 5th for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Game Of Thrones — Episode Two: The Lost Lords has its launch trailer released now just in time for the episode to hit our systems It feels like Telltale is a little off the ball when it has come to the next episode for Game Of Thrones. At least when you compare it to all of the other titles that they have released usually we have this kind of trailer the Thursday before a huge launch. Maybe they didn't want it to get lost in the myriad of Super Bowl ads over the weekend or maybe I am just skewed in my memory. White Night, a new survival horror title from OSome Studio, has been announced and is coming to the PS4 in March and other platforms in April Some of you may have heard of White Night as it was technically announced back in 2013 during the Game Connection Europe show. Don't feel bad if you haven't heard of the game though as it was only really shown to the press and potential publishers for the title. Well it turns out my second thought on what was being teased was pretty much spot on as we have Fahrenheit: Indigo Prophecy Remastered coming out tomorrow (1/29/15) for PC, Linux, Mac, and iOS with an Android version to follow sometime soon. The latest trailer for Volume has been released and it shows off the enemies we will be facing in the game Volume was teased and received its first gameplay trailer mid-last year. This is the latest title coming from the studio that brought us Thomas Was Alone and is a modern day-ish stealth telling of a Robin Hood story. Except that unlike other stealth games Volume wants you to be heard during the gameplay. Heard so that the enemies can come and hunt you down and most likely to make it easier to sneak by them all.
