A teaser for The Crow's Eye has been released to show off the dark environments of The Crow's Eye that we'll have to survive and solve puzzles in In the mix of all of the big horror going on today in gaming, let's take a moment to look at a smaller title that will be coming soon here in the way of The Crow's Eye. This is a new little title for the PC that will be launching here in Q1 of this year from 3D2 Entertainment and Nkidu Games that places us in a shutdown medical university with a very dark history. So dark that it was shut down in the game's world due to a lot of unexplained disappearances of students, police officers, and professors. Read More...

A new showcase video for Ghost Recon Wildlands has sprung up to show off the world of Ghost Recon Wildlands as well as the guns and how they sound Hopefully by now you have seen just how beautiful Ghost Recon Wildlands could potentially look when you spin it up on March 7th. So far it has looked amazing and sounds amazing but given how we've been burned in the past by other Ubisoft titles and the sizzle of promotional materials, it could leave one thinking that we are getting the razzle dazzle yet again. That's why I generally like to stay cautiously optimistic to pessimistic at all times so I won't be let down just in case games like Ghost Recon Wildlands don't live up to all of the hype and visuals that we are given during development. A release date for Tekken 7 has been set for the console and PC version of the game as well as some new mechanics coming to Tekken 7 for us all A lot of gamers have been sitting and waiting to find out when Tekken 7 would be coming to the PS4, Xbox One, and/or PC and it has been one long wait to find out. So far Bandai Namco has only shown the game off in its full arcade box form and little has been discussed on the home versions of the game. Now it looks like we have June 2nd to look forward to as that has been the date set for when Tekken 7 will be coming into our homes across the globe. Read More...

A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site Put one more week in video games in the bag and then get ready for even more to come here in the next few weeks. Not only do we have some solid titles releasing like Resident Evil 7 and some new Early Access and betas with Conan Exiles and For Honor respectfully, but it looks like the ball has begun to roll on many other of those video games that we've been waiting to hear more about. Hells, we will also hopefully have a better view at Call Of Cthulhu and Werewolf: The Apocalypse during the big event from Focus Home at the start of February. It totally looks like things are trying to be made right in 2017 given how last year rolled out. Read More...

The limited time Final Fantasy XV event, Moogle Chocobo Carnival, starts next week and we can see what it adds to Final Fantasy XV if you get the pack By now you have most likely picked up Final Fantasy XV Holiday Pack in either Free form or as part of the Season Pass for the game. It seemed odd to have been released so far back and with only a few bits of the content ready for us out of the box but Square Enix put it out there and it is still available for all to download in which ever form on the PS4 and Xbox One. Mixed in were a few new outfits for the characters of Final Fantasy XV and other minor bits but the bulk of it was listed as coming at a later date when the in-game event kicked off in the way of the Moogle Chocobo Carnival. A breakdown of Ghost Recon Wildlands' single player missions has been placed out there giving 22 minutes of new Ghost Recon Wildlands gameplay We've had some pretty good looks at Ghost Recon Wildlands in the past and I am sure we will see a whole lot more as we get closer to March 7th but here we go with yet another one to get us ready to play the single player part of the game here. There is still the multiplayer part coming and heading to beta as Ubisoft is want to do, but here we are to focus on the single player part. Ghost Recon Wildlands is an open-world game after all and even though you will have a squad to control, it should be seen as a huge part of the overall game. Read More...

The third developer diary for Conan Exiles has been released and this one focuses on the combat of Conan Exiles as well as how to summon those avatars In just under two weeks Conan Exiles will be moving into early access for those looking to give the game a go on their PC. It is still coming to the PS4 and Xbox One, but Funcom is only giving "the master race" the chance on January 31st for ease of getting some solid responses back to make the game better. That is what these things are supposed to be for and not just a demo of Conan Exiles to generate buzz before launch. That all said here, and back to the buzz, it looks like the third pillar of gameplay has just been shown off so we can all understand how to dominate the game in its many ways. Read More...

It has just been announced that Werewolf: The Apocalypse will be getting its own video game version for us to pretend to be a Werewolf out to save the world It seems like it wasn't that long ago that we were talking about a World Of Darkness MMO coming and then being canceled but now it looks like the universe is being brought back in video game form as we now have Werewolf: The Apocalypse getting the same treatment here. Yes, it looks like Paradox Interactive, the people who own the rights to the IPs, have given way for Cyanide Studios and Focus Home Interactive to give bringing this part of the universe to life and hopefully success. Werewolf: The Apocalypse wouldn't be my own personal choice to come from the WoD here but at least it looks like they are still willing to give it a try and give gamers a taste of the table top games in the realm of the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. New details on For Honor's upcoming closed beta have been revealed and it looks like we'll see nine of For Honor's warriors in action here soon Next week we will see the For Honor closed beta kick off on the Xbox One, PS4, and PC as well as the metagame they are calling the "Faction War." Not a huge secret and people are still holding out hope that they will be in on this beta as Ubisoft still has not sent out confirmations as of the time of this posting on who is in or not. What has just been shared though is just what parts of For Honor we will get to experience in the game here when everything kicks off on January 26th. Read More...

A new trailer for Call Of Cthulhu has released and we get to see how far Pierce, Call Of Cthulhu's protagonist, will dive into madness Here we go with yet another interesting trailer for the upcoming Call Of Cthulhu game coming to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC sometime this year. We've had a few good viewings of the game so far but here we get to see the level of madness that Cyanide Studios is crafting for us here in the game as well as a bit more of the story we will help unfold. Not only that, but as Call Of Cthulhu's character generally go insane no matter the medium you play it in, we also get to see what I am guessing is some of harsher stuff that the game's protagonist will go through as he investigates the weirdness going on in the game's world. Weirdness or madness, either one really works here for all of this. Read More...

Another Warhammer title is in the works with Necromunda: Underhive Wars and it aims to tackle the Necromunda game in a tactical RPG setting Maybe you were sitting around and thinking that we needed another Warhammer 40,000 game out there after the success of Mordheim and that it also need to be set in the Necromunda setting of the classic game. It isn't just you as it looks like Rogue Factor was doing that too and so was Focus Home Interactive as they are working together to bring us yet another title in the universe just as described. Yes, now we have Necromunda: Underhive Wars here to be announced for the PC, PS4, and Xbox One on its way due to all that success and also to bring another version of the universe off of the table and into a digital world setting. The release date for Little Nightmares has been set and it looks like Little Nightmares is also getting some rather cool bonuses to collect It looks like the date has been set and we now know when Little Nightmares will be hitting our PS4, Xbox One, and/or PC. Tarsier Studios has been hard at work to get us a really cool and creepy title to play here and it looks like we will all be diving in and watching Six die, or not, on April 28th here. The or not really refers to your ability to navigate the poor girl through the world of Little Nightmares and make sure she doesn't die and not the actually picking up of the game. It looks like a bunch of great titles we've all loved crammed into one big game with an amazing aesthetic so I'm pretty sure that many of us will at least give the game a try if not full purchase when it finally lands. First-person horror game Perception has just been slated to hit the PS4 as Perception is also slated for a release sometime this year Here we go with yet another video game that you may or may not remember is in the works but is getting an update and that title would be Perception. This would be the game that hit Kickstarter back in 2015 to help get The Deep End Games some funds to build and prosper. It is also the horror game that has us playing as a blind girl who has to use echolocation to move around the game's world to stay alive from all of the supernatural horrors dwelling within now. Now do you remember Perception or do you still need more? Read More...
