The third DLC pack for Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare will be hitting the PS4 next week with all the usual Call Of Duty goodies mixed right in Not get all of the Call Of Duty titles all mixed up here, but the third major DLC for Infinite Warfare is about to drop on the PS4 so it is time to take note and not confuse this with any future DLC. None of that makes sense to me either. The takeaway here is that the most recent Call Of Duty title that Infinity Ward made for us last year will be getting its third major DLC drop as part of the Season Pass so get ready to dive into that and forget about the WWII one that Activision is also pushing at the same time. New screenshots for God Of War are out there as well as a fun look at how the new looks for God Of War came about from the previous titles With only two trailers for God Of War being out there currently, the game has already looked to take an interesting turn for the franchise and the character involved. Given the drastic nature of the shift, and the way all those internet fans are, it is no surprise that Santa Monica Studio has been harped on for having a different type of Kratos in the game. I know a lot of people saw the woodsman beard in the first God Of War trailer and gameplay we had and though he was going to be even more grizzled after the ending of the third main game. The latest episode DLC for Final Fantasy XV has just dropped for Prompto, and we have a tease for Final Fantasy XV's Ignis to get his in December Well it looks like the wait is now over if you wanted to get more on the fan-favorite character for Final Fantasy XV. The Prompto "episode" DLC for the game drops today, June 27th, on the PS4 and Xbox One and it looks Like Square Enix has taken their time with it all to mix up some of the gameplay and other mechanics to make it feel truly new. In fact, in this episode it looks like we will get some third-person run and gun play in Final Fantasy XV in terms of combat and also a slick snowmobile to drive around as we will be in some of the snowy wastes of the game's world. All things that you would know if you were following along and/or picked up the Season Pass for the game. Read More...

Three more characters for Agents Of Mayhem have been highlighted in a new trailer as the Bombshells in Agents Of Mayhem have been dropped Here we go with another trailer for Agents Of Mayhem to show off a bit of gameplay but also three new characters in the mix of things for the game. Maybe not completely new characters as Volition has shown the basic look of these characters already, but now the Bombshells, as they are called, have been shown off and a bit more in action. In action in Agents Of Mayhem but also with a bit more of the character descriptions for them as they have only been figures in the past trailers and on the promotional materials that Deep Silver uses for the game. The Super NES Classic Edition has been announced and this little Super NES will be bringing us a lot more of our favorite titles Get your nostalgia engines running as the Super NES Classic Edition has been officially announced now and will be bringing us many of our favorite titles from the '90s so we can relive them all. This isn't some little extra add-on for the Switch that Nintendo is bringing us here, but the same deal we recently had with the NES and all of those old '80s titles that almost no one could purchase online outside of eBay scalpers. Here we all go again to lose our minds over the Super NES and all of those older titles we loved when we were younger, for those '80s and '90s kids at least, but a way to show more of the current generation where all their current games started out. This isn't a completely new fighter mind you but another from the NetherRealm Studios vault brought to us just for this game. New gameplay for Observer from E3 has been released along with a description of how Observer is building its own sub-horror genre It looks like I missed out on Observer yet again at E3 this year, but it was only a miss by a little bit and I have recovered from it all. That is due to the fact that Bloober Team has released the gameplay that they were showing off out there at the expo, but also given the commentary as to what the end goal for the game is. Yes, Observer is another horror game set in a Cyberpunk setting, but it is using what they are calling Hidden Horror to drive the game forward instead of the high-action or pure gore that many other title rely on. Not that there is an issue with those titles, but this is not the game that we will see soon on the PC, PS4, and Xbox One this year. Read More...

A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week This was one jam packed week of news and updates for all of our video games now wasn't it? Of course it was. It was the week after E3 and there was still so much more to talk about before sticking a fork in it all until next year or the next big event in the industry. We did get to Call Of Cthulhu, Vampyr, and Werewolf: The Apocalypse to name a few but we also had a chance to bring more to you for Hunt: Showdown. That was all the stuff out of E3 directly too and there were so many more video games to look at and think about. Read More...

A bunch of new characters have joined in on Marvel Vs Capcom: Infinite & you can play with some of them in the Marvel Vs Capcom: Infinite story demo If you've been living under a rock then you may have missed out on the latest update for Marvel Vs Capcom: Infinite out of E3 this year. The game had more screen time out there and Capcom took to showing off a bit more of the game's story as well as giving us all a few more characters in the mix that we can now know we will play with. While I know there are some great characters that people are hoping to make it back in for Marvel Vs Capcom: Infinite, but with the latest update here I think you are going to be left wanting when the game hits the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on September 19th here. While at E3 2017 I was able to see ELEX in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here's my take on ELEX From E3. When I first heard of ELEX I was a little on the cautious side to get into the game at all out of fear that it would be just another bit of shovelware. It honestly looked like a weird mashing of Mad Max, something Sci Fi, and something fantasy all rolled up into one but thankfully Piranha Bytes was out at E3 this year to show off more of the game and I was lucky enough to sit down and have a look at it a bit more as well as get some questions answered about the game. Now my understanding of ELEX is a bit greater and here's what I can pass along to you to help you figure out if it will be on your gaming shelf here on October 17th on your PS4, Xbox One, or PC. Let's dive right in. Read More...

At E3, Beyond Good & Evil 2 was officially announced and now we can see Beyond Good & Evil 2 running in-engine as well as some of the scale of the game's universe There has been one title on a lot of gamer's tongues and minds for quite some time now and with the rumors all over the place it was not that big of a shock that Ubisoft brought out the big guns at E3 and gave the world confirmation that Beyond Good & Evil 2 is going to be a thing. A big thing at that as they gave it a nice, long CG announcement trailer to build all of the hype. Hype that was built so much that I ran into quite a few people on the floor hoping to see some actual gameplay footage for Beyond Good & Evil 2 in some form or another. Read More...

New gameplay for Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice has just released and it will make you question your own sanity in terms of Hellblade and Senua I don't think I can say this enough, but with each new trailer for Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice I don't think that August 8th can get here soon enough. Ninja Theory just keeps impressing with it all and this latest trailer for the game does exactly the same. Yes, we have a new trailer for the game again here and while they skipped out on E3, this completely makes up for it all as it came close enough for it all. Read More...
