A new behind-the-scenes look at The Sinking City shows off the new tools that the team has crafted to actually build the world of The Sinking City There have been a whole lot of dark looks at The Sinking City so far, which is not too surprising given the material they are working with. That is why it is now time to take a step on the brighter side with the game and have a look at how Frogwares and Bigben Interactive have put everything together here. Specifically the city and town of The Sinking City and the new system that they have built to make the process a bit easier and streamlined to turn them out rather quickly. Read More...

New gameplay for Devil May Cry 5 is here to give us a new look at Dante and just how combat and traversal will play in this Devil May Cry Here we are back with even more for Devil May Cry 5 and this time it is with some more footage of Dante doing what he is known for in the franchise. At least doing what he is known for here in the combat and traversal that Capcom has set up, but splitting hairs does not get us new and exciting gameplay to look at. Sometimes it does, but that is not what we are going for here in Devil May Cry 5 and with what we have scrounged up. Read More...

The release date for Sinner: Sacrifice For Redemption is now set and we will soon be playing Sinner on our consoles with PCs soon to follow Talk about a title, Sinner: Sacrifice For Redemption, which slightly fell off the radar but is coming back strong. It has been some time since we last heard anything about the game and the release date for it was still vaguely "before the end of the year" from Another Indie. That would be the studio working on Sinner and not just a phrase thrown out there for those who may have completely fallen off with it all. Thankfully, we are back with some new information and it looks like we will be spinning the game up on our PS4, Xbox One, or Switch on October 18th. Read More...

We have a look at the intro for Fallout 76 and with it comes news on when we will be able to join in on the B.E.T.A. for Fallout 76 The dates for the upcoming B.E.T.A. for Fallout 76 have been set down for those who are looking forward to breaking in the game before it officially hits the PS4, Xbox One, and PC this November 14th. Sadly, for some at least, it looks like it will be a timed kind of thing given how Bethesda has things set up here. Not much of a time though as those who have pre-ordered Fallout 76 for the Xbox will be able to jump in on October 23rd to get their test on. Read More...

The list of actors coming in for Kingdom Hearts III is revealed here and just as one would expect, it is a star-studded list for the likes of Kingdom Hearts It looks like we can put doubts away on some of those Disney characters not getting the proper voices for Kingdom Hearts III as we now have a list of who will be voicing some of these iconic characters. It looks like Square Enix has pulled out some stops and have been able to gather up a solid crew of voice actors to reprise their roles for this latest outing. Many of whom are the actual voices for the characters in the animated films. Read More...

The final trailer for Assassin’s Creed Odyssey has dropped and holds the right level of hype we should have for this new Assassin’s Creed title In under a week, for some of us, we will be diving into Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. Some of us on October 2nd and others on October 5th depending on how you threw your money at Ubisoft to secure your copy of the game. The countdown has started and it is not too long of a wait to get there. Thankfully, we have something extra to hold us over until we are able to unwrap our copy of Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. A new developer video for Mutant Year Zero: Road To Eden is here to demonstrate just how the music and audio for Mutant Year Zero will be When it comes to all of our games, it can be little things in the mix that we miss that can have a larger impact and that seems to be the way Mutant Year Zero: Road To Eden is going here. At least if you look at how the audio is being used in the game by The Bearded Ladies. Specifically, the music of the game as it looks like it will not just be the same set thing over and over but it will change and morph as the situations of Mutant Year Zero progress. Read More...

The last trailer for Life Is Strange 2 before launch is here to show us how hard choices may be in this new outing for the Life Is Strange story As if we have not seen how emotionally rough Life Is Strange 2 is going to be, we have yet another trailer to look at before the first episode hits the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on September 27th. Yes, that date is insanely close and you only have so much time to throw your money at DontNod before the launch. There are still some great pre-order bonuses to have there not to mention securing the full trek through this story for Life Is Strange 2. Read More...

New gameplay for Hitman 2’s Colombia location is here and it shows off a bit more of the new mechanics coming to Hitman 2 We had the nice little teaser for Hitman 2’s Colombia location and the possibilities it could hold for our murder spree. Now we are back with another look at the location from IO Interactive on just what we can expect on the basic level of the area. Not too surprising, we will be down there taking out the heads of the Columbian drug cartels as they visit one of their manufacturing locations down in Santa Fortuna. That is the name of the actual location in Hitman 2 here and not just the generic country name we have had before. Read More...

A new trailer for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4 is here to try to show how it is going to be the best Call Of Duty to launch to date The time we are going to have to wait for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4 is quickly coming to an end with only a few more weeks to go now. There has been a lot of excitement for the game and quite a few reservations held with Treyarch going with a multiplayer heavy option for the game. It seems like an odd choice to go there, I am a single-player fan after all, but we will see if it all pans out and makes huge profits for the studio and Activision. I have minor doubts about that as it is a Call Of Duty title and even when gamers complain about it, they still will gobble the game up on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC until they can complain about the next one. New gameplay for Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is here to show off what some may have missed in the recent demo for Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice It looks like there was even more to look at for Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice out of this year's TGS as we have almost twenty more minutes of gameplay to look at and get a better feel for what FromSoftware is aiming to bring us. We will still need to wait until March 22nd to get the true feel for it all, but for now we can look at some of the demo that Activision had out there and let gamers play. Some of which housed some never before seen locations for Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice as well as a hidden boss fight for those who were able to make it down to it alive and try to stay that way. Another confusing trailer for Death Stranding is here from TGS and it looks like Troy Baker will have his voice in Death Stranding to destroy us In no huge surprise, Death Stranding had a small showing out at TGS and it also brought with us a listen to Troy Baker as he is now part of the project. Not the biggest of shocks that Kojima Productions would add his voice in given how many games he is in for VO and the connection with Sony for their other PS4 titles. It was only a matter of time, but what is interesting here is that it seems to be his voice only for Death Stranding so far and not the full body renders we have seen for the rest of the cast in the game. A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week With all of that, we close yet another week of fun in the world of video games. So many great things and only a few letdowns near the end of the week. At least we all have a lot to look forward to as we have Pathfinder: Kingmaker and a new episode of The Walking Dead to look forward to next week. All as we see other video games like Assassin’s Creed Odyssey and Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4 march ever closer to their release date. Not to discount Red Dead Redemption 2 in the mix there. New gameplay for Devil May Cry 5 is here as well as a look at what will come with the Deluxe Edition of Devil May Cry 5 The headline more or less says it all here; we have new gameplay for Devil May Cry 5 fresh out of TGS and it offers up all of the fun we could expect and then a bit more. We also get to see the newly added V to the franchise who will also be a playable character in the game with Nero and Dante. Specifically how has yet to be detailed from Capcom, but I have a feeling it will flow in well. Read More...
