007 First Light

007 First Light has its title song ready for us to listen to just ahead of 007 First Light launching out there

Just as all of the films we have had in the IP, 007 First Light is getting its own signature song to bring us into the world of espionage. Not overly shocking, as it would have been weird if there wasn't the traditional song, but here we are with IO Interactive making sure we all know that it is coming. Not only coming, but we can listen to it all as of right now to help get us to May 27^th when 007 First Light will be hitting the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. The Switch players will still have to stream the song a little longer, as that version is slated for Summer release. No matter the case, we have something to listen to, and get us all in the mood to play as James when we are finally able to.

Now that we know it is here, we can not only listen but see that 007 First Light is following the tradition of getting a massive recording artist to craft the title song for the entry into the IP. This one has Lana Del Ray and David Arnold coming together to bring us the song First Light. One that also flows just the same way as all of the others we have had over the decades, and one can almost see the sexy woman and bullets flying to the intro, just as in the films. Sadly, the following track we have for 007 First Light only gives us the song and the lyrics to follow along with, so we'll all have to imagine all of the other visuals that come along with this. Maybe, when the game fully launches, the title sequence will play out just as many have been used to when it comes to the films, and the song will take on a deeper meaning beyond just having the game's title in the mix.
