A new puzzle game for The Walking Dead is coming with The Walking Dead: Solve To Survive that will task us all with solving the puzzles
We still have a few months before SDCC 2024, but that does not mean we are not seeing some of the fun starting to roll out like we are with The Walking Dead: Solve To Survive. A fun little game and event that Skybound is putting on for all of those who are part of the Skybound Insiders program. Something that they are claiming to have a Mass Community Play aspect for fans of The Walking Dead, to build hype up for the upcoming projects, and for us all to have a solid bit of puzzle gaming leading up to SDCC this year. All while also winning some fun prizes for the IP if the community and you are lucky enough or crafty enough to figure out all of the puzzles.
There are not many details out there for The Walking Dead: Solve To Survive, but it sounds like those will be coming very soon. To participate in the event, you will need to sign up for the program over on the Skybound Insiders site and then wait to see each puzzle that will be dropped. One will be this month, May, and then two more in June and July. The July puzzle is the one that will land during SDCC, so it is probably easy to assume there will be something else massive for The Walking Dead happening during it all. For now, we have a teaser to tell us the basics and then we just need to wait to see how this will all flow out there and keep fans engaged.

And now Insiders is partnering with the folks at Those Beyond for The Walking Dead: Solve To Survive, a pioneering trilogy of cryptic puzzles, the first of which debuts later this month. Skybound Entertainment, the creator-focused, multiplatform entertainment company behind mega hit franchises The Walking Dead and the Rotten Tomatoes “100% Certified Fresh” adult animated series Invincible, have partnered with tech company Those Beyond to pioneer an immersive form of fan engagement through a trilogy of cryptic puzzles called The Walking Dead: Solve To Survive centered around Robert Kirkman’s iconic IP, exclusively for the company’s fan loyalty program Skybound Insiders.
This will be the first global franchise on Those Beyond’s social gaming platform where fans will engage in ‘Mass Community Play’ to connect with one another through role-play, interactive chat, and puzzle-solving activities. The first game launches in late May on Skybound Insiders, with the subsequent two games arriving in June and July, culminating in activations at Comic-Con International: San Diego (SDCC). Throughout the three months, participants will have the opportunity to win exclusive The Walking Dead prizes, limited edition merch, and unlock Skybound Insiders points.
