Have a new dive into Pikmin 4 and see more of the new features on the way in the next big Pikmin game coming
We had a nice big look at Pikmin 4 not too long ago where we got to dive a little deeper into some of the new features and elements that Nintendo was going to bring us on July 21st. There was a whole lot to take in, but it looks like that was not it and the Switch is going to have a lot more to handle in the game when it launches. Well, more we will have more to handle in the game with a couple of new features we did not get to hear about until now. New features that should make saving those Pikmin out there a little easier. Along with a lot more gameplay to look at, if you have not already just picked up the demo to play instead.
You can see the longer overview for Pikmin 4 just below, and if you have been paying attention to the site already, it will be a lot more of the same. The bigger change is that we get a look at a new rewind system in the game that we can use in Pikmin 4 to correct faults we ran into while trying to save the little guys. That or how to better use them in other situations instead of the way we just did. This is not the first time any video game has done this, but it is something in this game we will get to employ to make it a little easier to make it through the full game.
In addition to this, we have another look at the multiplayer options in Pikmin 4 too. Options that will allow us to play along with a buddy directly, indirectly, and with some couch co-op too. Well, more couch VS mode with what looks like us being able to go head-to-head in the game as we have seen with the other modes where we need to save other recruits out there. Just one more way to enjoy Pikmin 4 if we so choose to and have a friend we want to sit on the couch with. That might be the harder part of it all when one of thinks about it. I guess we will see in the coming weeks when the game is fully ready for us.
