The Time Has Come To Resist The Albs Who Come For The ELEX

A new faction for ELEX has been unveiled and it looks like this could be the main enemy we are all fighting in ELEX when all is said and done ELEX is set to release on October 17th here and there is still so much we do not know about the game and its world. We do know enough to get a good feel for what Piranha Bytes has put together for us all, but there are still so many factions and enemies in the world to know just what we are poised to take on. We can mark one off that list as we are now introduced to the Albs Faction in ELEX who appear to be one of the main antagonists in the world besides the harsh landscape and creatures within. Especially since they are convinced that all weakness needs to be purged from the world of Magalan and they will use their power and evolution to do just that as they go. Read More…

The Age Of Heroes Is At Its End With New Extinction Gameplay

New gameplay for Extinction is here and it shows how much work has gone into Extinction since we last saw it at E3 of this year New gameplay for Extinction is finally here and it is showing off just how much work that Iron Galaxy has put into the game since it was first shown off and then demoed for the masses out there. Spoiler alert, it looks like they have taken huge strides to make the game look and flow even better than it did before. Get Your Own Small Advantage In Injustice 2 With The Atom

The first character for Injustice 2's Fighter Pack 3 DLC is here and Atom is officially joining Injustice 2 sometime very soon We just had Raiden join the roster of Injustice 2 and we are still waiting for Hellboy to finally round out the Fighter Pack 2 DLC, but that does not mean that we have to wait long to get our next update to the game. In fact, it looks like NetherRealm Studios has opted to just come out and confirm a character that we have figured was in the game since the UI was updated back when the first new fighter joined the roster. As we all figured, Atom is joining Injustice 2 officially in Fighter Pack 3 and we have a new look at the character besides the shaded out character select screen. Read More…

Projection: First Light Is Coming Out Of The Shadows Next Year

Indie title Projection: First Light is on its way and Projection: First Light is looking to hit all of the major platforms in 2018 It has just been announced that the indie title Projection: First Light is going to be coming to many of the major platforms now in 2018. The second quarter of 2018 to be exact as Shadowplay Studios and Blowfish Studios are aiming to bring the game out of development and to us all to play and, hopefully, enjoy. Also, as I mentioned, Projection: First Light will be coming to the PS4, Xbox One, Mac, PC, and Switch all at the same time. It has been what Quantic Dream has been showing off at each of the major events as of late and there is good reason for it. A new cinematic trailer for Assassin’s Creed Origins is here and more or less it shows the general life & world of Assassin’s Creed Origins Here we go with yet another trailer for Assassin’s Creed Origins here to give us more of a feel for the game. Sadly, this is all that this trailer does as it is all a cinematic trailer and does not dig deeper into much, but given that Ubisoft has given us so many bits of gameplay so far, it can be excused. It does give us another feel for how the world of Assassin’s Creed Origins is going feel as they dig deeper into the whole Egyptian culture here in the trailer. Just do not think you are going to get much more for that as we have already had so much before October 27th so far and need to keep some of the game hidden and ready for us to experience. A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week This was an exciting week for video games now was it not? It started to feel like it was going to be all over the place and then it was, but it also brought with it a lot more on God Of War and Star Wars Battlefront II so we cannot really complain. Not only that, but there was all kinds of Resident Evil news for all of the consoles out there and the continued push for more on Wolfenstein II and The Evil Within 2. Operation Cinder Begins At Once In Star Wars Battlefront II

Another new video for Star Wars Battlefront II is here and this one gives us a taste of the new Star Wars story that will be told in the game Earlier we had a nice new look at all the modes, maps, characters, and everything that will be coming to Star Wars Battlefront II on November 17th, as well as another reminder of the story that DICE has put together for the game. It really did dig into all of the aspects of the game to get us all ready and amped to play it in just over a month. A whole lot of gameplay footage straight from Machine Games on this that shows off a bit more of New Orleans after it has had a wall built around it and filled with Nazis. Nazi that are ripe for the punching and shooting here. Of course, there are many other ways to end their lives in Wolfenstein II, but this is where we are going with all of this as we see some new gear and gadgets we will get to use when the game hits on October 27th for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. More Monsters Of Myth Are Coming Out For God Of War

Another “Lost Page” for God Of War’s new mythology has been revealed and it gives us a few of the new God Of War creatures to look at Update Another beast of God Of War has been released called the Revenant God Of War — The Lost Pages Of Norse Myth – Manifestation Of The Revenant The latest Lost Pages catalog the Revenant, a creature twisted by zealous devotion to Seidr magic. The next "lost page" for the God Of War lore has been revealed and this one is all about a few of the foes we will being joining Kratos in slaying when the game launches on the PS4 next year. Sadly, none of the foes revealed here are anything new as Santa Monica Studio has already shown them in past gameplay and trailers, but we get nice little looks at just how they came to be in not only the game's world, but also out of the minds of the artists trying to give them life.
