The launch trailer of The Division 2 is here to show off a different look at how the world has changed and how The Division will fight on The open beta for The Division 2 has wrapped up and we still have ten more days from now to wait for the game to finally launch. Some of you are chomping at the bit and some of you are definitely more blasé with what we have seen. You know what you like and Massive Entertainment is not looking to catch every gamer out there even though I am sure they would like to. It is not possible in video games. Read More…

The Serpent’s Heart Beats Now For Shadow Of The Tomb Raider
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 5th of March 2019 - 08:00 PM ]
The next DLC for Shadow Of The Tomb Raider is now available and brings with it more than you may have expected for this Tomb Raider title A new bit of DLC for Shadow Of The Tomb Raider has slithered its way out there in the form of The Serpent’s Heart. Yes, it is yet another bit that has not been given a huge build-up before now but Eidos-Montréal has made it and we need to play it. At least if you are still taking full dives into what Shadow Of The Tomb Raider has to offer in the mix of everything else. There is no doubt that it is still going strong post-launch but the way this DLC is dropping it seems like the team over there is only aiming at the smaller group of folks still keeping their discs inserted for now. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 4th of March 2019 - 08:00 PM ]
A new teaser for Devil May Cry 5 is here to give us a small taste of the live action cutscenes coming to Devil May Cry 5 here soon I joked about it last week when we had the "final" trailer for Devil May Cry 5 before it launches next week, but here we are again with another trailer to take in. Well, at least by name as this one does not highlight much of the action and story we will have in the game but it more focuses on a different feature Capcom has offered up in the way of live action cutscenes. The feature that has been included in the Deluxe Edition of Devil May Cry 5 and only been given a little bit of screen time to date. Read More…

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 4th of March 2019 - 06:00 PM ]

A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Thus concludes our broadcast week with so many cool new things coming out for all of our video games new and old. Even old in the way of Resident Evil and Final Fantasy find some new homes on the Switch. Some of the new in the way of World War Z getting another look at the undead and then The Division 2 flowing into its Beta right now. Something that I wish more video games would stop doing, as it is never a true beta. Read More…

Interpoint Is Announced To Twist Us Through More Horror-Filled Worlds
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 1st of March 2019 - 10:00 PM ]
A new psychological horror, Interpoint, is announced with mechanics and designs that make Interpoint look to pay homage to some of gaming’s greats There is another newcomer to the FPS psychological horror genre of video games, as we now have Interpoint to add into the mix. This new title comes from Three Dots and looks to give us some old sci-fi horror with a bit of the gameplay we have seen in some other great titles in the past. I am not talking about FPS titles in general but in the form of a special gun that can do quite a few different things and will be needed to complete the game. Interpoint will call it a Photon Gun while others can see how it links to, say, a portal gun. Read More…

The Division 2’s Post-Launch Content Has More Detail To It
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 1st of March 2019 - 08:00 PM ]
The free and paid post-launch content for The Division 2 is detailed out in the latest video for The Division 2 with plans following other title’s pattern The open beta for The Division 2 just kicked off today and here we are talking about what to expect down the road after the game launches on March 15th. It always seems odd to see all of this post-content talked about well before a game actually launches, but at least most of what we have here is being doled out for free from Ubisoft. Not just little things that could have been included in the launch version of The Division 2, but items and content that obviously will take Massive Entertainment just a bit longer to get done. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 1st of March 2019 - 06:00 PM ]
The “final” trailer for Devil May Cry 5 is here for one last push with another surprise for Devil May Cry 5 at the end mixed in Add one more trailer to the long list of trailers we have had for Devil May Cry 5 since it was first announced back at E3. Also note that this will most likely be the final one we are getting before March 8th as Capcom has listed it this way and brings us a launch trailer to take in. Something that usually happens around now, but in the case of Devil May Cry 5, shows off more of the story that will be going down in the game. Nothing too spoiler-filled, but those trying to stay clear of all of that may want to skip on by. Read More…

We sit down and review ToeJam & Earl: Back In The Groove. The aliens and crew are back and searching for their broken ship parts. Here is our review of ToeJam & Earl: Back In The Groove It has been a long twenty-eight years since the first ToeJam & Earl dropped and became a weird cult classic among gamers of the time. Not in a traditional remaster form, but as a title that could be claimed as a solid entry to what we had before. Read More…

A Plague Tale: Innocence Has A Darker Story Than We Thought
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 28th of February 2019 - 08:00 PM ]
A new story trailer for A Plague Tale: Innocence goes into more of the relationships of the characters and how it will be just as dark as A Plague Tale’s gameplay There was never any doubt that A Plague Tale: Innocence was going to be a dark and sad story given the concept and topic the game was aiming to cover. The Black Death is not a happy time for pretty much anyone and Asobo Studio is digging into it a bit more by aiming to tell a dark tale mixed into its stealth and puzzle gameplay. If you have been keeping up with A Plague Tale, then you know just about what we are all expecting of the game on May 14th. Read More…

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 28th of February 2019 - 06:00 PM ]
