Here Is The Teaser For The Tester And...
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 18th of January 2012 - 11:00 AM ]
It looks like all of my thoughts from before about the new season of The Tester were about right. Either that or the editors of this teaser thought it would be best to show the entire cast failing and being told they ALL have failed. It's like they want to show that they chose the worst of the worst for the competition as long as they look good or 'act' humorous the entire time. Read More...

CES 2012 Hands On: Sorcery
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 17th of January 2012 - 03:02 PM ]
Here's a title that was announced when the Move controller was first brought up on the E3 show floor. Since then, there has been very little on Sorcery outside of the recent game play videos. You can only imagine how I felt when I saw that Sony was showing this title off in their gaming section at CES. Read More...

CES 2012: Sony Wants You To Go 3G
by Brian Bentley [ Friday, 13th of January 2012 - 04:53 PM ]
During CES this year, Sony made more than a few announcements to entice users to not only purchase a PlayStation Vita, but for them to invest the extra $50 and spring for the 3G model. For the unfamiliar, the 3G data will be provided by AT&T. Ever since Sony announced the 3G version at E3 2011, there have been more than a few skeptics as to how useful a 3G version would be. CES 2012: Six Facts About The PS Vita
by Brian Bentley [ Thursday, 12th of January 2012 - 04:55 PM ]
I will be one of the first people to admit that I have remained skeptical on the PlayStation Vita - even after putting hands on to the high-end handheld at E3 2011. The announced price point of $250 for the wi-fi version wasn't even enough to convince me. Then compounded on that the decrease in sales in the Japanese market after launch, I was beginning to believe that I would be definitely passing on the Vita. Read More...

New Twisted Metal Trailers
by Matt Waitt [ Tuesday, 20th of December 2011 - 09:35 AM ]
A couple new trailers for Eat Sleep Play's Twisted Metal have been released, one featuring my favorite character, Mr. Grimm and the other featuring Dollface. The trailers showcase a little bit of each characters back story, a hefty dose of heavy metal and some sweet, sweet game play. Read More...

Hey Look Another Post Apocalypse Game
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Sunday, 18th of December 2011 - 11:24 AM ]
So it looks like Naughty Dog is working on another new IP to try and move away from being stuck in the "We make Uncharted and Jax" slump they've been in for the decade. I mean really who wants to be known for making those games right? I jest and am happy to hear that the studio is going to try something new for themselves and move away from churning out sequels. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 7th of October 2011 - 09:51 AM ]
Looks like Sony took the time to answer that question for us in their latest promotional video for the Long Live Play campaign. Looks like they do and they are supposed to be. Sackboy I'm looking at you. Read More...

How Do The PSP God Of War Titles Compare To PS3?
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 16th of August 2011 - 02:17 PM ]
When I heard that Sony was going to bundle the two PSP God Of War titles, Chains Of Olympus and Ghost Of Sparta, for the PS3 I was a little upset. I already dropped the cash on these games for the PSP and the PS3 was already out. I thought then, why did they not just make these games on the PS3 and just make them downloadable or cheap disks? The Tester Season 3 Is Upon Us
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 4th of August 2011 - 03:56 PM ]
Well this was a little unexpected. Last time it was announced during E3 and was a major thing Sony wanted to bring up. Unless their plan was to use QuakeCon to help the announcement. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 21st of June 2011 - 01:54 PM ]
Well we've waited and wondered at what Sony had in store for the NGP and at the Sony Conference most of the details were revealed. We now have the PS Vita coming to stores in the not too distant future to snag our money and keep us gaming when not at home. For those who don't know or have strong logic skills, this is the PSP2 that has been all the rumor for the last year. Read More...

Ruin On The PS Vita
by Corey Dockendorf [ Wednesday, 8th of June 2011 - 07:14 PM ]
Multiple character classes, action based role playing, advancement and loot, Torchlight&helip;I mean Ruin is coming out on the latest announced platform, the PS Vita. It honestly looks like Torchlight/Diablo, but considering it's on the PS Vita I'm okay with that. This is the style of game the mobile platform was intended. Read More...

Aggrocast Episode Eighty: Returning Without Our Privacy
by Brian Bentley [ Tuesday, 10th of May 2011 - 01:32 PM ]
The Aggrocast is back in a big way with Brian, Corey and David discussing the recent doings (or undoings) of the PlayStation Network - where they went wrong and David's soon-to-be copyrighted idea to fix it. Nintendo's next console also makes an appearance, as well as two new segments - Community Spotlight and Care/Don't Care. No podcast would be complete without a Whatcha Been Playing where the guys talk Portal 2, Mortal Kombat, Magicka, Dragon Age 2, Civilization 5, Game Dev Story, EA Sports Active 2 and a few beta releases. Some Heavenly Sword 2 Information?
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 10th of May 2011 - 11:01 AM ]
It is hard to believe it has been almost four years since Heavenly Sword hit the PS3, but it has been. It was an amazing game even though its sales were not overwhelming. I'd blame that on the rocky launch of the PS3 and the titles that had been pushed out for said launch. Read More...
