Kill Goths, Gingers & Hippies In South Park
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 11th of January 2012 - 12:01 PM ]
So given all of the issues that the kids from South Park have taken on in the show, you'd figure it would be easy to assume that some of these people, places or things would make it over into South Park: The Game. Those assumptions obviously would be right and by looking below you can see a few new shots of the RPG title in the works at Obsidian Entertainment and THQ. All of which are assumed to be in game of course. Read More...

Diablo III Delayed Until Early 2012
by Corey Dockendorf [ Friday, 23rd of September 2011 - 12:03 PM ]
The Diablo III Beta test hasn't even been live for a whole week, and Mike Morhaime announced today that releasing Diablo III "Soon" was too soon. Since February Blizzard had said they were "hoping" to have a launch by the end of this year, but never fully committed to it. Well looks like players are going to have to wait a while longer to get in on this hot title. Read More...

Final Fantasy XIII-2 Looks Amazing Even Without The Dress Sphere
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 30th of June 2011 - 09:21 AM ]
I swear that Square Enix has sold their souls to someone other than me. When it comes to making games look amazing, they are by far one of the leaders in video game visuals. Almost to the point it has to be supernatural. Read More...

Please No Dress Spheres In Final Fantasy XIII-2
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 20th of January 2011 - 11:44 AM ]
Well here is an interesting twist to the whole Final Fantasy XIII ten year plan. Just announced is the oddly named Final Fantasy XIII-2, a continuation to the story of FFXIII. I say it is odd because Square Enix tried this before with FFX-2 which didn't do as well as any of their wholly new story lined titles with Final Fantasy in the title. Read More...

Ninjas & Robots Team Up, Nothing Good Can Come Of This
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 12th of August 2010 - 11:11 AM ]
Instead of facing off in a bloody, futuristic main event, like they should have, 2K Games and Gearbox are teaming up to show their post-apocalyptic supremacy over everything. At least that is the premise behind the new DLC for Borderlands - Claptrap's New Robot Revolution. Wait, you didn't know there is some new DLC rolling out for Borderlands? Read More...

Review: Alpha Protocol
by Kevin [ Thursday, 3rd of June 2010 - 03:56 PM ]
There were few games I was looking forward to this year more than Alpha Protocol. With every new video and image released I thought the customization, character interaction and apparent polish on the title would really push it to the top of my "gotta play" list. I felt like Obsidian Entertainment wouldn't disappoint, with their history of working on Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II and Neverwinter Nights 2. Read More...

Lessons Learned: Record of Agarest War
by Michael Camacho [ Monday, 17th of May 2010 - 07:34 AM ]
Have you ever been excited for a game's release, and somehow found a way to ruin the game experience due to your own mistake? I guess in my case, it's more stupidity than a mistake. What I am about to recount is how I went from being in Heaven to dragging myself through Hell in a matter of 10 days. Read More...

10 Things You Ought To Know: Final Fantasy XIII
by Brian Bentley [ Tuesday, 11th of May 2010 - 11:18 AM ]
It has been two months since the release of Final Fantasy XIII on the PlayStation 3 and XBox 360. Some – including myself – were among the many people who began playing on release day, just clamoring for the return to the Final Fantasy series. Meanwhile, others lost interest in the game or are saving the experience in order to play titles that were released around the same time (read: God Of War III). Read More...

Review: Fragile Dreams: Farewell Ruins of the Moon
by Michael Camacho [ Friday, 9th of April 2010 - 02:22 PM ]
Fragile Dreams: Farewell Ruins of the Moon, developed by Namco and localized by XSeed Games, is an interesting game. I felt like I was playing an anime with many Japanese RPG elements infused within. Fragile Dreams is about a young boy named Seto, who is on a quest to find others in the world after nearly everyone has disappeared. Read More...
