The Blue Mountains Of The Secret World
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 30th of January 2012 - 02:45 PM ]
With trailers like the one below for The Secret World it makes it harder to remember that this is a new MMO and not a new Survival Horror game. Here we are getting a look at an area of the game called Blue Mountain and it feels just like another Silent Hill. Creepy mountains, mines, a slew of twisted creatures roaming the streets and crazy history dating back longer than anyone would care to remember. Read More...

The World Of Darkness MMO Not Completely Dead
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 20th of January 2012 - 09:16 AM ]
First off, please pardon the pun. It was unexpected. But in all reality, it looks like the World Of Darkness MMO is not as dead in the water as CCP might have led everyone to believe. Read More...

It's Illuminati Week For The Secret World
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 18th of January 2012 - 09:02 AM ]
Okay, so The Secret World's Illuminati week was actually last week. It just seems that the Illuminati wanted to slip a bit of info out there during CES to try and keep it a little hidden. Or at least that is how I am going to take it just to get a little more jazzed about the upcoming MMO from Funcom. Read More...

It's Templar Week In The Secret World
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 16th of November 2011 - 03:28 PM ]
Yea, I'll admit that sounds a lot like Shark Week on the Discovery channel, but damn it, Funcom wants to get some more info about The Secret World out to all of you. I am just trying to help them in this task. TSW does look like it can end up being one of the coolest MMO's out there. Read More...

I woke up this morning (9/24) around 10 AM and I did my usual rounds across the internet: Facebook, Pwned, YouTube. I then checked my email and whats on top in my inbox? "Mail from The Old Republic Community - The announcement you've been waiting for" Huh, seems interesting. Read More...

World Of Warcraft 4.3 Dungeons Part 1
by Matt Waitt [ Thursday, 22nd of September 2011 - 11:42 AM ]
So being a regular player of World Of Warcraft, I thought it would be good to give you guys some info on the new dungeons and raids coming in patch 4.3: Dragon Soul. Now I do have mixed feelings for WoW but the lore is what keeps me coming back for more, the stories told in Warcraft are vast, grand and epic rivaling and even surpassing the stories that started the fantasy genre. World Of Darkness MMO Seems To Be Keeping The Theme
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 21st of September 2011 - 11:23 AM ]
If you are not a huge fan of White Wolf Publishing and their games, you most likely have no clue that they held their largest fan convention over the last weekend. Most likely not all that interesting to those who don't care for table top gaming or LARP. But for those of you who are MMO fans and love the setting of a dingy darker world that we live in, then you might want to keep reading. Read More...

WarCorner: Blizzard Announces Vanity Pet Murkablo
by Corey Dockendorf [ Friday, 26th of August 2011 - 10:43 AM ]
Blizzcon is less than two months away and Blizzard has just announced that players who attend Blizzcon '11 on October 21st and 22nd at the Anaheim convention or those that pay $40 for the Pay Per View virtual ticket, will get the highly anticipated vanity pet Murkablo. It's like having a little Diablo in your Warcraft. Although this is not the first Diablo vanity pet found in World of Warcraft, as Mini-Tyrael was the pet given out at Blizzard's Worldwide Invitational back in 2008, it's still very exciting. by Corey Dockendorf [ Friday, 15th of July 2011 - 09:30 AM ]
Blizzard a while back made mention that players would be able to group together (same faction) and be able to run through random dungeons together across servers. Crazy I know, but it is Blizzard. They have the technology and the man power to make such miracles happen. Read More...

I Almost Forgot The Secret World Is A MMO...
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 11th of July 2011 - 03:20 PM ]
If it wasn't for the fact that I get reminded it is a MMO in every press release, I would swear that The Secret World was not going to be one. With each new screen and video that is ever so slowly hitting the web or my inbox I get a sense of confusion at first. So far the game doesn't look like a standard MMO. Read More...
