A couple new trailers for Eat Sleep Play's Twisted Metal have been released, one featuring my favorite character, Mr. Grimm and the other featuring Dollface. The trailers showcase a little bit of each characters back story, a hefty dose of heavy metal and some sweet, sweet game play. I grew up playing the original Twisted Metal games, so seeing one of my favorite childhood franchises come back guns blazing in a hail of fire and bullets makes me crack a smile across my face, ear to ear.

The first trailer is Mr. Grimm, who is a different person from the last installment (Twisted Metal: Black) but is just as cool, showing us some of his signature weapons like the "Flame Saw" which is an exploding chainsaw that has been grinding on the concrete for a few hundred feet. There is also the Reaper Rocket which is essentially an ordinary RPG that Mr. Grimm carries around, there is also what looks to be a Boss fight featuring Mr. Grimm, The Brothers Grimm; two gigantic monster trucks that destroy anything in their path.

Next is Dollface's trailer, showing off her insanity and a few of her signature weapons. Apparently there is a Mac truck called "Juggernaut" that Dollface drives into the back of and controls, adding more of her gang's cars unlock more features to the truck, like "Murder Balls" which are giant exploding spiked balls that hurl towards their enemies. Another is the Meat Grinder which is a rotating turret with four miniguns attached to it.

I always said to myself "I'll get a PS3 when a new Twisted Metal game or another Legend of Dragoon game comes out" Well, it looks like I have some money to save up. Also, if you pre-order now you unlock Axel.
