The wait is finally over. The first episode of the Mortal Kombat web series is finally out for all of us fans and webiphiles to enjoy. The video is below, so I'll put the rest of my words after that. I know you're just going to jump down and press play anyways.

That small clip from before makes so much more sense. The creep factor from the very first "viral video" is a bit lost here, but then again this is just the lead up. I am sure that as it continues it will get darker and creepier, but not so much right now.

It is kind of cool to see all the fun throw-backs to the franchise. Like the Cyrax and Sektor bots being made and the eye that I hope gets lodged into Kano's head. That would make for a fun scene. Especially if they somehow link the Baraka from the "viral video" as the guy who has to surgically place it in. Now there would be a fun little bit of story.
