The tease is finally over. Irrational Games has finally let loose the game play footage that has been seen by so few before today. Now it is open to the world in general; even though it was suppose to be only on XBox Live today and then open tomorrow. How did Irrational not think someone was going to snag the clip off their XBox to share with the rest of us fans chomping at the bit to see what new things they have come up with?

Anyways, the almost ten minutes of footage looks amazing. It is hard to gauge where all of this action is taking place in the game though. Both because the characters seem to know too much about what is going on for it to be at the beginning, yet the whole beginning of the clip has the player character picking up a gun for the first time. At least first time in the level.

I do totally dig the new use of plasmids, if that is what they are going to be called. We do get to see the ingestion of what looks like a tonic for a Murder of Crows power, but that doesn't seem the same thing we are used to for getting plasmids. Not complaining, just new.

Take a look at the screens and video and tell me you are not a little more pumped about BioShock Infinite.
