Now this is what I like to see, more DLC not too long after a game's successful release, absolutely free. BioWare is continuing this trend of rapid-fire assault on the XBox Live and Games for Windows Marketplace by providing some brand new armor and weapons for the Normandy Band of Brothers (and sisters.. and krogan.. and asari.. and..). In any event, both the XBox 360 and PC versions are getting "Cerberus Assault Armor" and the "M-22a Eviscerator Shotgun."

The armor in question raises heavy weapon ammo capacity, shields, and health by ten percent - a pretty awesome stat booster, especially for a Soldier class like myself. The shotgun will provide some greater ammo piercing rounds that are effective from a longer distance. Reports that the gun will provide Rainbow Six Vegas 2-Spas-Shotgun-Sniping-From-Across-The-Map has not yet been confirmed.
